other job so could not attended property to rectify issues mentioned on exit report. Because of them I am in such embarrassing situation in front of property managers. Don’t ever book this company l. Paid $765 upfront, all in vain with unfinished job.

Poor level of cleaning, did not clean pot marks on the newly installed balcony from the plant pots. Walls dirty and not scrubbed. marks on walls and bathroom has mould right in front , bathroom corners have mould. Very poor job. Called few times but… Read more

did not get back. I do not recommend this company. I called to speak with the manager but was not given. Can put almost 20 pics of poorly cleaned or untouched areas but do not have time to go through my phone. These may be enough to make your own judgement.

I am so happy with the work done by Narayan from Optima Clean. My oven, cooktop and range hood look brand new. He was quiet and polite, arrived on time and did a really fantastic job. were in a hurry to leave. They then packed the car and got in without letting us know they were done, so we went and asked for a walk through together. I received the response that they'd rather that than to have to come back. I pointed out a number of things that needed further attention. One cleaner attempted to rectify these things while the other sat in the car with the engine running. When they left there were still marks on the wall and benchtops, and the hard floors were still dirty. We ended up scrubbing them ourselves. I contacted Optima with my concerns and asked for a refund on the extra cost I paid to have walls cleaned, however they refused as we hadn't lost a bond (it was our own home we were moving out of, so no bond to be lost). Strongly recommend against using this company. Rude, unreliable and unhelpful.

done almost nothing. No explanation, no update, no communication.

They rescheduled for the following Wednesday at 8am. Three hours passed with no arrival, no returned calls, and no updates. In desperation—given the imminent sale—I had to begin the clean myself. Three hours later they showed and promised they would work through the night to complete everything on the list. To my frustration, when I arrived the next morning, it was clear this simply did not happen.

The toilets hadn’t been cleaned, the windows were untouched, the steam-cleaned carpets they guaranteed were never done, and the sliding door tracks were still full of debris. For a job that was paid in full upfront as a gesture of goodwill, the lack of service, quality, and accountability was unacceptable.

This was one of the most stressful and disappointing contractor experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid Optima Cleaners at all costs.

Further to this experience, when I requested a partial refund of just $250 to cover the works I now had to outsource to another contractor, they initially offered a token $160. I responded explaining that $250 was a fair and reasonable request given the circumstances. Three emails later, I still haven’t received a reply. This silence speaks volumes about the level of professionalism they lack.

Got a really bad feeling about this company while booking and it checked out. number”. Grudgingly agreed to cash on the day, but an email follow up also mentions bank transfers. Did they want to overcharge?

Ended up cancelling the cleaning and they insisted and insisted on re-booking. “Your cleaning team’s already been allocated so it would be best if you rescheduled”. Pressuring through guilt and strong arming are a very bad look!

I felt this wasn’t going to be a good experience and am relieved I cancelled outright. Deeper in their reviews reveals a telling pattern of disappointing service and a lack of accountability.

I hired this optima cleaners for cleaning my glass windows. After days of negotiations I was given a price of $370 in total to clean glass windows in September 2025. one of the cleaners was very rash in closing the windows and slammed very hard. They even damaged my new vertical blinds I installed in my bedroom by forcefully pulling the cords to the right corner of my large window, damaging the track, that I replaced it. Actually the blinds assemble in the middle of my windows operated by a wand. After rhey left my house, I realised that all blinds were forcefully pulled to the right corner instead of assembled in the middle from left to right and from right to left.

It took communication back and forth with evidence from my cctvv video footage to show this company where the position of blinds were before the cleaners started their job with other evidence.

I did not claim for scratches on my glass windows whilst they scrub hard to clean the dirt but the metal holding the bristles may have scratched and made damage to my windows.

Users of this company- be alert to engage this company at your own risks. The company will never cover their liabilities if you ask them to pay for their damages. After two days of stressful time, I managed to prove my blinds were damaged by their cleaners. The matter is now settled and closed. But going through this hassle, as a single parent and preparing to sell my house, I don't think anybody will prefer to spend more money and invest their time to repair the damages done by cleaning staff. This feedback is honest feedback from my bad experience.

A terrible service and [Content Removed]. Please be aware of this company, as it is [Content Removed] you from another country, making it difficult for authorities to catch them. Shows up late, not enough equipment for work and totally does a low-quality job, reporting doesn't help much as they do not contact with you.

AVOID Optima Cleaning at all costs — our experience with their builder's clean was extremely disgraceful. BEWARE. We encountered a series of serious issues from the outset. departing the property. Communication was consistently poor — cleaner arrived late, others not at all, lied about coming back to complete job on agreed day. Company refused to take calls or never got back when following up. Most concerning of all was the service we paid extra for to get the windows cleaned which resulted in the PERMANENT scratching and etching left on multiple windows that were brand new, resulting in thousands of dollars’ worth of damage. This was confirmed by both a qualified independent assessor and our builder, with both agreeing the damage was consistent with what would occur during a poor-quality window clean. Despite submitting all evidence, Optima has repeatedly dismissed our concerns and failed to take responsibility. The entire experience was deeply unprofessional and we would strongly discourage others from engaging their services.

They sent me a confirmation confirming my bond cleaning, pest cleaning & carpet cleaning. They have called me 12 hours before telling me they weren't able to complete this as they had no staff. Reach out to Jim Cleanings and they were amazing and were able to get this booked in on short notice and they helped out out so much on this.

Will never contact Optima Cleaners again as this appointment had been booked for 2 weeks.

Absolutely outstanding clean of my oven yesterday at east Melbourne. Was blown away by how incredible it looked compared to before, it was utterly spotless! Service could not have been better. 10/10
