Worst build quality ever – The hose have wires inside going to the handle and on to the powerhead - the break - when they are broken the vacuum wont start. The handle breaks. - I have never owned anything that is so bad. .. You cant even use an unoriginal handle because the machine wont start.  Show details

Heap of rubbish – Bit late on the scene with this review. Brought an Electrolux because I thought they always stood for good quality. Did not work from day one and had to be returned to be fixed. Dealer was not all that interested. Even after being repaired things went wrong with the powerhead. I brought a refurbished powerhead as the cost of new one was… Read more

astronomical. Then both the floor brush and powerhead cracked at the join to the hose then broke altogether. Not like it was used for anything other than cleaning the house.

Will never buy Electrolux again!!

Electrolux Quality Takes a hit – I have always associated Electrolux with high end quality products. Their reputation has been totally destroyed in my mind with the UltraOne vacuum. I have had mine for 3 years. It has quit 4 times, each time related to poor quality components i.e. circuit boards and wiring. Trust is lost, I will never buy the Electrolux brand again.

Worst vacuum cleaner – I own different vacuum cleaners in many houses a week and empty bag or tub regularly and clean them after used. This is the worst expensive vacuum cleaner I've never seen. Bad suction that it doesn't even suck hair or flour, Very heavy weight that make you back pain if you have to carry upstairs to use, doesn't rotate that requires push/pull/turn… Read more

manually, too big useless accessories to vacuum narrow places, remote control is located on the spot on handle where actually need to hold on, very expensive defect vacuum cleaner that is cost $650 in Goodguys 2 years ago. Now the machine come up error on the main machine where auto button keeps flushing and doesn't work after turned on a few second. The warranty has finished and needs repair.

Take everything apart and disconnect the auto unit and fixed temp.

Never buy this again.

Never again/ wastage o money – Just before the end of warranty (2 y) the switch for brush operation was not functional. Replaced the whole house under the terms of warranty. After 2 years and 8 months the motor lost suction, started to overheat and switched off. It went where it belongs to the rubbish tip.

Electrolux UltraOne vacuum cleaner – Mixed review. Suction is great and motor head does improve the suction, but hair and string does clog it up quickly. My major disappointment is with the suction hose - it continually twists up and chokes off the suction. It doesn't rotate easily like it should. Second major disappointment is the 3-in-1 plastic nozzle. Electrolux have tried to do… Read more

it all in one attachment with the nozzle splitting in 2 to act as an upholstery brush. When you are trying to clean along a carpeted area and moving the nozzle back and forth it splits into 2. Most annoying!

Worst choice – Purchased an Electrolux because I thought it was a quality product. What a disappointment. First week the powerhead stopped working. The store I purchased it from wasn't interested and had take it an approved repairer. Has never worked properly since. It cuts in and out, is of poor quality construction and is now cracked where it connects to the… Read more

hose. It has now ceased working altogether as the power connection pins have come loose and no longer properly connect to the hose fitting. Worse still, the expensive Electrolux bags do not fit into the holder properly and have to be held in place with an extra strip of cardboard otherwise dirt leaks into the vacuum chamber. Paid a lot of money for what I thought was a quality product. has put me off Electrolux forever.

Waste of money – Being a Mum of two and vacuuming most days, I depend on my vacuum cleaner to do a good job. I have owned Nilfisk cleaners in the past and thought I'd try something different. I spent the money thinking I would be getting a quality product. I was wrong. It is hard to push around and doesn't suck up much at all. I find myself praying as I vacuum… Read more

that it will pick up even the smallest and lightest of dirt. I am off to shop for another vacuum cleaner. Thanks Electrolux.

Very heavy to push, isn't powerful at all.

Too powerful to move across the carpet. Save your money – Researched this vacuum thoroughly. I currently own a 5 year old Miele Cat & Dog which has been excellent.Thought I would try something new. I vacuum frequently as I have children with asthma. All the reviews for this partlicular model are completely wrong! Seriously. Electrolux states about this vacuum that it "turns vacuuming into a joy". Utterly… Read more

disappointed for a vacuum that is $649. This is heavier than the Miele and it sucks so hard with the motorhead that it is so, so difficult to move across the floor. You can use it on maximum and vacuum only in the backwards direction and even then it is still hard. OR.. You can use the motorhead on the carpet when it is turned down to minimum. On minimum the suck is so pathetic and doesn't lift a biscuit crumb. If you have a bad back, sore shoulder, neck pain or don't have time to vacuum backwards....stay away from this model. You will wonder why anyone would recommend a vacuum that is ridiculous to push. The electriclal cord length is good Expensive but would be worth it if you could actually push the thing around on carpet. Great on hard floors but watch out carpet...you are stuck there
