Worst customer service I have ever experienced, as there is none !! Tried to contact multiple times over phone, email and their service chat on their website. There is just nobody to be reached or to get back/respond. Don't even know if it's a real company. Stay better away from them

continued until i spend more money on an SD card. I reported more problems on the 29th January 2021 explaining that the camera dies every week even though it has a solar panel (in full sun). They said to send it back which i did. I was never contacted at all but received a new shipping numnber so i assumed they were sending me a new camera. I received the camera and it was my SAME CAMERA. I emailed them asking if they sent the same camera back and they said they could see no issues so sent it back with a new solar panel. I explained AGAIN the issue occurs about every week with the camera dying - not overnight. Nevertheless, I hung it back up and tried again. Unsurprisingly the same issues occurred so i reached out to Elinz AGAIN. They said i could send it back and the would send a replacement and they refused to refund as it had been more than 60 days (even though i first reported issues a month after receiving it). I pushed for a refund and didnt hear anything. I sent 2 follow up emails before finally a week later they said i could get a refund. I returned the camera and once again, heard nothing. I reached out AGAIN on the 24th March (wednesday) and they confirmed they have it and they would refund that friday. Friday night i emailed chasing the refund. The next day they said they would follow up. I sent another email on Monday explaining we are now in a lockdown and i need the money as i dont get paid for not working, They said they would follow up. I sent another email on Tuesday and Wednesday (today). This is just getting ridiculous. I have had to reach out to them EVERY TIME about whether they received the item, about why they just sent back the same camera. I am so over dealing with this company. I have arranged a dispute through paypal as im truly worried i wont every get my $150.00 back.

I will never shop with this company again and i will be reporting them.

writing was in Chinese, the only english words said "photography time delay". The rear camera wiring came with a red cable, the instructions said this to be connected to the power side of the rear side lights (my installer did not understand this as the camera worked ok with the red cable not connected). The install kit came with two clear plastic sheets which are to be mounted the front and rear screens before attaching the camera's. (Again my installer did not understand the reason for these sheets, he installs many BlackVue camera systems, but we fitted the sheets anyway. on returning home i checked the resultant stored video. I had the camera set with WDR on and no auto switch off to off. Also the time loop to 5 mins (64GB class 10 sd card fitted. Front camera shows lots of dashboard reflections, also there is a blue light on the front of the camera always on. I turned the auto time out to 5 mins. No change, it's been on all night. my video is not as good as shown the in your site demo. not able to read number plates of passing vehicles. Also the screen on the camera does not stay on during operation, why not. Hope you are able to assist with resolving my problems

A few niggles with Solar powered CCTV – Found the product quite easily as it came up when searching. far enough to allow the screw to engage the thread, that is the recess in the column was short of where it would allow the bolt to engage the thread. I then used a bolt with the same thread but with a flat end. However, the ball that the camera attached to was then loose. I added a spacer but even with that the camera is still too loose but just about usable, although I can't tilt the camera as gravity wins over the friction of the spacer.

The second issue is that the solar panel appears to be able to only run the camera but not charge the battery. When the solar cable is plugged into the camera and when solar is being generated the camera says battery 100% but if the solar is then removed the battery remains at around the same charge %. A standard USB wall charger charges the camera in addition to running the camera. I tested the solar today as it was sunny, the last few days have been pretty poor for solar.

Some good News – been struggling to contact the call centre, very very poor support with emails going back and foprth with no help at all. My outdoor cammera is not being picked by by my recorder and my recorder has recording problems. Warranty is rubbish – Purchased a reversing camera which was professionally installed. Never worked properly. Picture was always dropping out. Got in touch with warranty section and sent video’s eventually sending unit back. Elinz sent back a video depicting the camera working and refused to replace it. I re-installed and same issue - not transmitting Warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Buy from a shop and at lest they will replace on the spot. Cheers Show details

Elinz Dashcam and doorbell are rubbish – Dashcam wouldn’t record a car hitting mine while parked ($1100 damage). motion detection don’t work. As well app map says cars where I am when it’s 5 suburbs away.

Door bell wouldn’t sync or setup up properly so it went in the bin with in 2 days and we purchased a ring brand which is way better.

VERY Average Product Quality – I purchased two different products from Elinz a few months ago at the same time and both have been VERY average in quality. While the video quality of the dash camera I purchased is great, when it actually works properly, it does not keep saved videos and the rest of the videos skip up to 2 hours between recordings! The light bar I purchased is okay but definitely not to the quality of light emission as shown in the promotional photos. Show details

A good company to do repeat business with is one that supports its customers – As a distributor of factored products, the products are as good as the original manufacturer made them and the quality of the product is down to the manufacturer so when a product fails what is reassuring is that this company did not fob me off with "can I send a picture" "can I send a video" "sorry I don't understand" they accepted the problem… Read more ·  1

For this reason I would like to say that I am now a customer happy to buy from this company. And they are easy to contact by phone and email unlike many others.

Intelligent Solar Energy Alert PTZ Camera – Purchased 2 x 4G and 1 Wifi camera back in December. the wifi configured easy and worked fine. the supplier to respond and thankfully i was refunded for the 2 cameras less a restocking fee some 5 months later! Spend the extra $$ and buy Uniden, all 3 new cameras working within 15 minutes!

Poor quality and devices do not work the way they describe – I bought few items here and very disappointed with the products, I report the issue they answer but they dont give options only blame the supplier and that's it. Terrible Terrible Terrible - Worst customer service ever! – Purchased a CCTV camera and upon installation found it to be faulty. Returned the item more than 4 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing back from these clowns. Have sent two follow up emails and no one has responded to those either. Stay away, buy a different brand and avoid the headaches. Very disappointing customer service and I'll have to lodge a charge back to get my money back. Show details

Good service and follow up – I bought an inexpensive drone to take away on holidays. While the drone exceeded our expectations and is a lot of fun, one of the batteries was faulty. An email to Elinz was replied to the next day with a postage paid label to return the battery. A replacement battery then arrived in a few days. Drove 7 times from Adelaide to port Douglas with a raa map because the nav system supplied by elinz was illegal – Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with sells you a nav unit with an illegal program sends you a sd card with new program after arguing for month but cant tell you how to install wouldnt bye anything from them. Show details

Elinz Car vacuum cleaner – I have received a 12v car vacuum cleaner, and on inspection of the product the handle was separating away from the main body of the cleaner !!
