packaging is in perfect condition. Despite my efforts and the product issue being genuine, they continue to refuse the return. This back and forth has been frustrating and unhelpful, and I’m very disappointed with the lack of support.

Reported the issue immediately. After hiding behind the Christmas shutdown, Elite Electronics came back weeks later claiming the monitor was “fine” — it isn’t — and then they stopped replying entirely when i asked about other return options.

They now refuse to acknowledge the defect and refuse to honour their own 30-day return policies.

Absolutely unacceptable. If anything goes wrong, expect denial, silence, and zero accountability. Avoid.

I will be contacting consumer protection and my credit card company.

 Follow-up  · EE finally replied to my emails after I left a review here. I shipped the monitor back at my own expense plus they agreed to process a refund less handling fees.

visible fine line was their soon as i turned on the unit and stays like that even when it is off. I paid $961 for a brand new item and i expect it to be working perfectly with no defects at all. It is obviously under warranty but no the business just disseared. For that price i would expect atleast a good customer service. Not doing any business from them ever again. Surprised – I got my product 2 days later express. I actually asked them to change the product as well because I ordered the wrong one. Since it was before postage they charged a change of mind/handeling fee. (Maybe 4 instead of 5 star then?) But I got what I asked for and had quick responses. end was badly damaged. Don’t know if it will work, because can’t use it. Too big. My tradesman carefully put it all back. Same day it arrived I let them know it wouldn’t fit. Before I accepted this replacement, I made sure I asked questions. I asked for dimensions for screen in email. He wrote back and gave me measurements without measuring top of motor for widest width. Didn’t fit on my wall. Wouldn’t exchange, because my tradesman had opened box with great care. Wouldn’t take any responsibility for not using common sense and ensuring he included the motor width. Then blamed me for it, when it didn’t fit and I asked for a return, saying, it’s not the responsibility of the company and the customer should have checked the dimensions. Well he sent me only a picture of the replacement screen. It had NO DIMENSIONS on the picture. Nor do their screens…only viewing height and width. So why don’t they write the full dimensions! So if they don’t and a customer asks, what is the width and height. surely anyone with a brain would know it’s for sizing up on the wall. I didn’t ask what the VIEWING width and height was. I asked WHAT IS THE WIDTH AND HEIGHT OF THE SCREEN. Just common sense he should have known to tell me the widest part of screen. I offered to pay for postage and professional packing, and to take a cheaper screen that fits. Still refused! Then I sent a official return request. Refused this, and then closed this immediately before I could respond. I contacted eBay help. The agent said that not allowing me to respond goes against their policy. Of course the agent from eBay help desk couldn’t do anything because elites salesperson closed the request within three mins, obviously because he knew if I complained, they couldn’t help, as soon as he closed it. The eBay agent said, after they close it, they can’t help me. That is just so disgusting, and dirty play. eBay has given me a complaint process under BUYER PROTECTION. I paid with PAYPAL so I will be contacting them also as they give me buyer protection. This salesperson for this company knew it was for my business for upcoming events! Disregarded me completely. Will NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN! Worst company and customer service I have experienced in 65 years in Australia.

so as a result I had to return them at my own expense (fair enough) this cost me $11 with Australia post to send back. Then when they arrived back, the company decided to charge me $10 for freight (thereby I had to pay freight twice to send the items back) their reasoning was to cover the original freight cost and after asking them kindly to wave it as their were still items in my order that I held on to they insisted charging me $10. (I know that's no big deal, but given how much I order from this company I think this is unreasonable) so after spending all the time repackaging and going to australia post the $75 worth of items cost me $21 to send back. Hardly worth my time. They did not tell me this was going to be the case from the beginning. If I knew I would have sold them on Marketplace for alot less hassle. I have had a few orders from them amounting $20-$30 recently also and never got charged for freight, so cannot see their reasoning when the remaining items in my order still total to $63. Anyway, I know it sounds pretty, but it's the principal of it, since they are not at all out of pocket. Will buy elsewhere in the future.

Unfortunately, the third unit made an unusual noise from the outset. I reached out to customer service and was connected with Tim – and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tim was a true professional: responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He took ownership of the issue and went well beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was sorted quickly and efficiently.

This was my first time purchasing from Elite Electronics, but thanks to Tim’s exceptional service, it certainly won’t be the last. The level of customer focus and energy he brought to resolving my issue was impressive – it’s rare to feel genuinely looked after these days, but Tim made that happen.

not recover my ebay purchase from Elite Electronics. I emailed the guys and explained the situation - they could have said, 'no proof of purchase, no warranty.' Instead, they tracked down my purchase order from 2021 and honoured the warranty. They organised postage and full replacement of speaker driver (woofer) and now I have my speaker back. The guys could not have been more attentive or supportive so I want to commend Elite Electronics, with the highest praise, to anyone looking for electronic/audio equipment. I will certainly be buying from them again. In case you're wondering, I have no affiliation with the company and this review/endorsement is purely from my own back. As a Christian, I believe in honoring and respecting others in the same way I want to be treated. Elite Electronics has been exemplary in this.

expected.” Even more concerning, after my complaint, they modified the product listing to include a disclaimer about known defects that were not disclosed at the time of purchase.

I returned the product for assessment, but their testing process was inadequate—they did not replicate real-world conditions where the issues were most apparent. They also failed to provide clear proof that the manufacturer even reviewed the device. Despite clear evidence of defects, they denied a refund and demanded an additional fee to return the faulty product.

This store does not stand behind the products they sell and will do everything possible to avoid issuing refunds for defective items. If you value honesty and good customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this retailer.
