The dress I received was VERY small. At least 10cm smaller in the bust than their online size guide showed. The waist and hips were smaller too. I returned the dress within the 7 day return window and got a refund for the dress but they refused to refund my postage costs saying that the dress wasn’t faulty. closer to their size Small not the size Large I ordered. The customer service from Eliya The Label is terrible - they choose to reply to some of my emails and not others. Like other reviews I have read they ghost you and then try and lie. They sent me measurements of a dress saying it was the one I returned but it wasn’t as the pattern on that dress was in totally different placement and when I pointed it out they didn’t answer my email. Don’t buy from this company.
Do not buy from the company. But an outfit for almost $400 and it didn’t fit which is strange as I am always a standard size 10. Their customer service refused to exchange or credit and what’s worse they won’t reply to my emails. Completely ghosted me

Given the significance of the occasion ELIYA THE LABEL garment, this level of quality is completely unacceptable. What was even more disappointing was the company’s inadequate response when I raised the issue. Instead of taking responsibility for a clearly faulty product, ELIYA THE LABEL offered only a $30 voucher, which does not reflect the seriousness of the problem or the inconvenience and embarrassment caused. I would certainly NOT use a voucher to purchase yet another potentially imperfect garment.
I expected far better quality control and customer service from a brand positioning itself as luxury fashion. I will now be escalating this matter through consumer protection channels, including Fair Trading, and sharing my experience publicly to warn other customers about the potential risks associated with purchasing from this brand.

At this point, Eliyah the Label has effectively stolen $400 from me while providing neither a wearable product nor valid compensation. For a brand that positions itself as “luxury,” this level of quality control and service is unacceptable.
Luxury fashion demands accountability, transparency, and respect for customers – Eliyah the Label has demonstrated none of these. I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase to rethink it. There are many reputable brands that will stand behind their products; unfortunately, this is not one of them.
I bought an outfit on sale and they refused exchange for a different size even after sending me an email prior to receiving my order offering help should I be dissatisfied with my order. All that changed once the purchase was made. If they knew they had no intention of keeping their word, I would never have gone ahead with the purchase. what is clearly a design flaw. Invisible zips are notoriously unreliable—brands like Aje have already moved on from them for this exact reason. But what was most frustrating was the service. Instead of owning the fault and standing by the customer, I was left to deal with it myself. Customer satisfaction should always come before profit, but here it’s clear that principle was forgotten. This experience has been unnecessarily stressful, and so I’m sharing it here so other customers know exactly what to expect when trying to return a faulty item. If you’re considering buying here, be warned: if something goes wrong, don’t expect help. You’ll be left out of pocket and frustrated. You can do better Eliya. Extremely disappointing.

Beautiful clothing – Not only do Eliya have beautiful quality clothing, they also have lovely customer service. I recommend Eliya for anyone looking for a unique and special outfit. Their clothes are divine. Their staff are patient, prompt and helpful.

returned them within the 7-day period. Despite this, they refused the refund, claiming "stains" and "extreme cigarette odor."
When the dresses were returned to us, I inspected them. The supposed stains were nonexistent—just light glare from the material or lining, which I showed them in photos and videos. One dress had a small white mark that easily brushed off. Neither dress smelled bad, let alone like cigarettes. This was impossible, as neither my sister nor I smoke. They were also both tried on in separate non-smoking homes, making it even more ridiculous.
I asked them to reassess, but they refused, sticking to their "quality control" claims. Integrity is important, but there was none here. The basis for refusing my refund is blatant lies.
I’m beyond disappointed. I trusted this Australian business for their quality, and now I’m out $860 with two dresses I don’t even want.
To make things worse, I only ordered two dresses because ShopPay defaulted to my address (even though I entered my sisters) and Eliya wouldn’t change the shipping address, even though I contacted them right away.
Sizes are so wrong – Sizing is so wrong and the return policy very bad. It used to be good but lately their customer service is shocking and their sizes even more. bother replying to be after I showed them the evidence. How do you buy from an online store when you have no idea how their measurements are going to be in reality and you can’t return them?! Don’t waste your money with brands that don’t care, there are so many out there to choose from.
