Quick And Hassle-Free – I've only bought one product from Eljo, but first impressions are good. The price was very competitive, the ordering process is simple, and the product arrived in a very reasonable time frame. Good price, website is simple and quick service.

Item Was Advertised As Available But Was Not Available – Item arrived after two weeks. However, I was informed about the delay so no complaints. I hope the red cross receives a $5 bill after I submit this rather feeble review.

Worst shop ever!! – I ordered rice cooker which was in stock on website and yes rice was heapest but they never sent me confirmation e-mail to me. Dyson Animal Handstick DC59-absolutely brilliant! – Friendly, efficient service-didn't have in stock on Wednesday, but advised as soon as restocked on Thursday and supplied overnight to Geelong on Friday. Extremely pleased with the prompt delivery as well. Very price competitive, up to $100 cheaper than some competitors. Miele staff at South Melbourne and on the customer service line are disgraceful and I dread ever having to get the machine serviced or buy spare parts. Miele need to do something about their staff.

Refund – After no return calls, no returns emails, and no tv, I have now requested a refund from our credit card provider. Eljo appears to have gone bust. Glad the website is off line, so they cannot take money from other unfortunate customers. Please do not purchase from this website, if it comes back online, you may lose your money. Paid for a tv and no delivery.

Ignored – The product was reported to be in stock but once I phoned after a few days it was said to be in backorder. Subsequent attempts at contact was met with no response. The customer service line is unavailable and no response to emails. I now see the website in offline. No response

Very happy – I bought a portable cd/radio, very compact but still has a good sound . I wanted it for taking with me when babysitting and it is ideal for this. I was finding it difficult to find a portable cd/radio player and was happy to find this one online and delivered to my door. Good sound for its size. Easy to carry and doesn't take up much room. Was a little expensive considering it is old technology

Waited all my life for this!!! – I bought a Dyson DC54 multifloor and it's the best purchase I've ever made. Spent so much money searching for a perfect cheap vaccuum - money wasted!!! I got it for the best possible price - trust me, I did the research and it arrived promptly and exactly as promised. Quick Service – Ordered on Sunday night received product by Thursday even though there were difficulties with delivery. Expecting Oz Post which means pick up but got courier which means a different delivery address, unfortunately the order page incorrect. The service though was good to get the product redelivered despite the change in address.

Should have bought a Dyson Vacuum ages ago – Bought a Dyson DC59 Vacuum cleaner online and received a phone call the same day advising me of estimated delivery. Which I greatly appreciated. Have to be one of the best purchases I have ever made. Love it. Compared to my other big bulky vacuum cleaner, this actually makes me enjoy vacuuming! Absolute ease of use. So light and extremely efficient.

Joby – I ordered through online the television- Samsung UA55F6400 55" 3D LED from Eljo, i collected same day itself. staff helped me to transfer the box to my car; shopping was excellent.
