Would give zero stars if I could. The material is horrible and tight. Upsized as recommended and didnt fit. Customer service is awful, asked for a refund. Told me I could get a store credit and proceeded with the returns process and still no response from their customer service team. This company took $146 of mine on the 6th of August 2025. Today is the 9th of October 2025 and they are yet to deliver my leggings. They have been giving me the run around . Do not order from this company, they are a FRAUD.

Not bad – I ordered a pair of pregnancy shorts and leggings. The leggings were great but shorts were the wrong size due to an error when scrolling on the purchase pages. Frustratingly, they would not give a refund, just store credit.

Great maternity leggings – I really like this brand for maternity and post partum leggings/shorts. They have lasted me through two pregnancies now. The material is buttery soft, and I never found the waist rolled down for me as it sat quite high over my pregnant belly. Also bought some of the shaper shorts but I found they didn’t sit as well, so I now stick to the bodywear shorts as they sit much better on me! Sizing runs large, so I tended to size down.

Good product and service – I recently bought 3 items from Emamaco for the first time, and when they arrived they were all true to size, very comfortable and flattering, and the pet hair repellant claim is true! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I returned an item as it was too small. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a month. They do not reply to messages or emails. I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The quality of the products are awful, cheap and nowhere near the size recommendation on the website. The response from the team is non-existent and with no reply or maybe 2 weeks after. No refund offered, just a store credit which I will never use. Disgusting company ripping off pregnant women with false advertising. I will also be following up with consumer affairs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I placed an order on the 7th of September and am still waiting for over half of it, despite being told twice now that its been re-sent. They refuse to give me a refund and will only offer for the items to be re-sent (even though one of the items supposedly keeps selling out) or a store credit. received any order status update or shipping confirmation/details. After a few ignored emails, they eventually responded to say it would still be weeks before the item was shipped and it would be shipped from an international warehouse. This extensive delay was never communicated in the sales process - we had no idea it was on back order and wasn't in stock and would take ~3x the processing and delivery times stated on the website. 4 weeks after ordering, the surgery had already happened and the product still hadn't even left the offshore warehouse. When we finally received the garment, it was wildly smaller than other products purchased recently from Emamaco of the exact same size - they were entirely unusable. They were also received three weeks after the surgery, by which point much of the recovery had already occured. Emamaco refused to provide a replacement in a different size and refused to provide a refund. The only options were to (1) keep the unusable product (incorrect sizing) that arrived way too late (well into the recovery period) and was deceptively sold to us (with no mention of the stock issues and delays), and with absolutely no financial compensation for the cost of the product or shipping, or (2) we were to pay for shipping the product (again) back to Emamaco for them to then eventually process a store credit for us to then pay even more to repurchase the same product in another size (product was bought on sale so would cost more) and pay for a third lot of shipping, to then (eventually - maybe another 6 weeks later?) receive the product, by which stage it would be entirely redundant as it would be over 3 months since the original purchase and well past the period required for recovery. We were left without a recovery garment after major surgery. We lost the money we spent on the product and shipping. And to add insult to injury, our only alternative is to spend even more money for something we now don't need due to Emamaco's deception. It's deceptive, heartless, cruel, and bordering on predatory.

9 weeks postpartum and no longer needed the product. I requested a refund, but was told it was not possible according to their “terms.” Waiting two months for a product to be shipped with no updates is not reasonable under Australian Consumer Law, and I would have cancelled the order if I had been informed.

This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Poor communication, unreasonable shipping times, and refusal to provide a refund make this a company I cannot recommend. Do not order from them

tape measure as per their sizes, the shorts were obscenely small and clearly incorrectly made. (Even my tiny size 4 sister could not get them on). Due to this, wrote to the company, expressing my confusion about the incorrect sizing. As they had not shipped the other leggings, I asked if they could change my size to a larger size, due to this clear manufacturing issue on their end.

They refused, saying the warehouse would not alter orders, despite being within the 2 week advertised window of waiting period before shipping. Of course, the leggings were not ACTUALLY shipped for nearly 3 months after that. I received them on the 30th October, and had to purchase other items in the meantime. I was assured I would be able to return them for a full refund upon their arrival, due to their delay. However, their returns portal is only offering me a discount code with no option for a refund. I never want anything to do with this company again, so I don't want a discount code. I want a refund.

I wrote to Emamaco about this, and they are now refusing to reply to my emails. I normally read reviews and am careful of scams. But this one got me. Avoid my mistake, this is a horrendous company with cheap, poorly made and incorrectly sized leggings and zero customer service or protections due to their own poor manufacturing.

EmmaCo’s customer service is rude, unhelpful, and unresponsive. Do not waste your money — you will not get your items, and they will not help you.

it was 10 days to be a shipped from their international warehouse plus up to 2 weeks to be delivered after arriving in Australia ‘depending on how busy AusPost is’ - I call nonsense. When they arrived sizing guide was wildly inaccurate (they ran extremely small) and seller has never responded to my requests to exchange for a larger size despite multiple follow ups. This is really not what you want to be dealing with when you’re heavily pregnant. Be warned and do not order from this company.
