Contacted them on the scheduled day of delivery to see if I could get a delivery window, only to be told that the mattress I had ordered and paid for was out of stock and wasn’t restocking for 3 weeks. mattress that morning. The only solution they had was for me to refund my order and buy a different mattress from their line (for more money). So I’ve had to spend more than I wanted, am out heaps while I wait for the refund to process, and will be sleeping on the couch for god knows how long because they couldn’t do anything to expedite the delivery despite it being their mistake.

Update, after reading many more awful reviews on here I have cancelled my order and will be looking elsewhere.

continue using it for a few more months to see if it would ‘settle.’ Unfortunately, the mattress has now started sagging, and because the 150‑day trial period has passed, I have no choice but to keep it. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience and I cannot recommend it.

Absolutely loving my new mattress. Needed a mattress for a second bed and am genuinely impressed by how comfy this is especially as I was hesitant about a mattress in a box. We have had the Emma comfort mattress for about two years now, and for the most part it has been comfortable. It's a medium-firm mattress and so far there is no sagging in the foam. However, I have noticed some partner disturbance - I am smaller than my husband (55kg, vs 100kg) and can definitely feel his movements through the mattress. Show details ·  1

it's way", "we have your parcel". Clearly not. When the day came for move, no sign of the mattress and no communication. About a week later I received a"sorry we are out of stock". Err, I bought and paid for this, so stock should have been put aside! A series of seriously patronising emails overflowing with platitudes "understanding my frustrations" followed. Two weeks later the mattress arrived. Simply not good enough.

Within three years the sag and dip is almost as there is nothing below. It's such that if I sleep on it with my baby next to me, the depression will make the baby roll. that will serve you for 7-10. So if you have lots of money and love changing mattress every three years then please buy Emma sleep mattress. If not, then avoid the sale and marketing for Emma and buy something else please

has sagged while not being slept on to 2.1cm). This does not explain or show the extreme sag we have while sleeping. Avoid at all costs! I'm sorry to say but it's to landfill with this mattress. Don't waste your money on this junk!

The mattress is very comfortable. Not too hard nor too soft. I roll around during sleep and I don't get any stiff neck or anything. Support is great for my weight. Show details ·  1

Really bad support – I’ve developed back pain over the last few months of owning this mattress. I wake up half way through the night in a hole. The mattress sinks and doesn’t keep its shape. So I’m not getting any support. I have to rotate the mattress every two days to get a firm flat surface to sleep on. Show details

Bought for my teenager. Very comfortable mattress. Thinner than most mattresses which just means fitted sheets become a bit loose. I also bought the Emma mattress protector which fits perfectly. Came folded in half and then rolled in vacuum pack, so box wasn't ridiculously huge like my sleeping duck mattress box. Initially very firm to the point I was sore every morning for 2-3 weeks. Either my body has adjusted or the mattress has soften a bit without sagging and is much more comfortable. I’m hoping it will continue to soften a little bit more in the months to come. Show details ·  1

I have had a couple of weeks to adjust to a decent mattress, so far, very good. My sleep patterns are stabilizing and I am waking up from more restful nights sleep. Best move I ever made. I bought the comfortable adapt Queen size mattress. At first it felt slightly firmer than I had anticipated but after 2 weeks I feel super comfortable. It relieves pressure on my hip and gives me a supportive night's sleep. Very happy customer. Show details ·  1

I thought it would help my back pain but it’s made it worse. However after 18 months it’s so soft and uneven. someone overseas named ‘Princess’. She asked me to take a range of photos including the label. I did this and emailed the pics back to her - that was 6 days ago , never heard anything more. Interestingly, a mattress business in Port Macquarie, told me these mattresses in a box have a shelf life. They can only stay in the box for a certain time (12 months) before they start to deteriorate. Mine was manufactured nearly 12 months before it was sold to me. There is no such thing as a 10 year warranty, or mediation, so now I’m sleeping on the sofa (I’m 73), because the mattress is unusable. I’m absolutely stunned by their lack of concern, this company have no moral ethics. UPDATE: Emma Customer Service contacted me and said they would replace the dreadful mattress I had. They said the replacement would be with a much better design of the same model. The male person I spoke to said he wanted me to cut off all the tags on the mattress and cover, take photos of the removed tags and send them to him. I did this and several days later he said they would send the new mattress and pick up the old one. THIS NEVER HAPPENED, I’ve not heard anything and not received the replacement. The sham courier business is uncontactable. What a nightmare this has all been. Learn from my experience/ never, ever by an Emma Mattress. Footnote: Customer service is off shore.

So comfortable and supportive and soft all at the same time. I had an old mattress and couldn't sleep because my hips were giving me problems ( I am a side sleeper). After two nights, I slept through the night. Because we had a reno ungoing a few months later I went back to sleep in my old bed, and my hip was once again sore. Pretty fast delivery. I initially didn't like the mattress as found it too soft so I contacted Emma to arrange a refund. They sent me out a firm mattress topper to try which worked the trick - I've kept the mattress and no more lower back pain. Show details ·  1

So disappointed. Have 2 Emma mattresses in the family. Upgraded to a king. I was told that I can't order the comfort foam layer until my mattress arrives. Waited for it to arrive and ordered one straight away. Was told it will take 1-3 days to arrive. 3 days pass and nothing. But then that they out of stock and none will be arriving for months. But not to worry- i get 14 days of a sleep trial to add on after it arrives. I wasn't happy as I was lied to when I was told my comfort foam layer was sent. And also what am I to do with a mattress I can't use for months? A 14 days sleep trial is also not enough. So I return the mattress. It's taking over 3 weeks to be collected (actually I think it is 6). So I have a king mattress sitting here that I have to somehow make sure stays spotless. And a massive box to discard. On the plus side I got a ikea matress and omg it is so much better (and cheaper). You can sleep at the ends so don't lose space. Plus it isn't hot. We still have 2 Emma beds in the house but after this time, I wouldn't waste a cent on another one.
