Sleeps reasonably cool. Definitely doesn’t feel premium but that’s fair enough at the price point. Minimal zoning is actually a huge positive. customer support phone number when I bought the mattress. The number on their website was disconnected, which was ridiculous, and even after searching around online and finding a second phone number, that one was disconnected too. Finally managed to find a working phone number through their instagram. Once I did call this number the support agent was great.

We love our recent purchase of a Emma mattress. We slept on one when on a recent visit to the UK and decided to purchase our own on returning to Australia. Delivery was fast and easy. This review comes after owning this mattress for 2 and a half years. Initially the mattress was extremely firm and we had to buy a mattress topper for it be comfortable. in pain every single day for the last 4 months. Emma offers a 10 year warranty, however it's a replacement warranty and there is no way I wanted another one even if it is free. Unfortunately these mattresses are a huge waste of money in the long run. If you are looking for something to last longer than 12 - 18 months just avoid these mattresses!! Emma did respond to this review offering a replacement mattress - however as per above in my review I rejected the offer, I am uninterested due to the long term quality of the mattresses and have purchased a different brand mattress.

Great mattress although I had issues, firstly there was no edge support, and even though I got a firm layer to add (little later on) that didn't help me as I was still getting back pain, I felt lost. I love that I went with Emma! I did a ton of research - a few of the top brands were much of a muchness, so I went with an Emma - as they were on sale. I LOVE my mattress. It's perfect for my partner and I. It felt a bit firm at first - after my previous plush mattress - but Im really used to it now - it's just so comfortable. Great customer service too. Amazing comfort, it is like sleeping on a cloud. The bed base appears to be excellent quality however took a very long time to put together. It was worth it in the end. I absolutely love this mattress, I noticed I was sleeping a lot better on firmer mattresses than my old pillow top and so glad I made the upgrade! an order confirmation after delivery, I’ve been chasing an invoice for over a month now with no luck.

Really comfortable and has solved my hip pain issues in the morning. It took a little bit to get used to the bouncer feel of a hybrid mattress but it was comfy from first night. Point off for strong smell that took a while to settle down and the topper could be more cooling. Show reply

Naturally after about Fifteen years since having to purchase a new mattress We didn't no where to start. Fortunately, after spending the morning on the computer and considering each of our options, We finally settled on an Emma. It has proved everything that we had hoped for. Was sketchy about buying before trying but the reviews and ratings online were resounding; and my sleeps have been sound. We received our Emma Mattress a week ago and I thought it would take longer to expand but night one, it was like sleeping on a cloud. I'm finding I don't even feel my husband rolling over and after starting chemo recently, I am spending more time in this lovely, comfortable bed now. I would love an Emma pillow.
