I love that I went with Emma! I did a ton of research - a few of the top brands were much of a muchness, so I went with an Emma - as they were on sale. I LOVE my mattress. It's perfect for my partner and I. It felt a bit firm at first - after my previous plush mattress - but Im really used to it now - it's just so comfortable. Great customer service too. Amazing comfort, it is like sleeping on a cloud. The bed base appears to be excellent quality however took a very long time to put together. It was worth it in the end. Delivery was extremely quick, we couldn’t believe how quickly it turned up after ordering online, less than 48hrs. Show details ·  1

Incredibly quick delivery (next day), and easy to unpack D let expand. Veery comfortable bed. Unfortunately we had some damage to the outer cover but they happy sent out a replacement cover for it. Show details ·  1

Poor customer service and not a great mattress – The delivery of the mattress was good and fairly easy. However, the mattress was too soft and caused pain and swelling in my legs and hurt both our backs. There appears to be more sagging. They offered to give us a comfort layer which we accepted. received an email stating that it will be delivered in 1-3 business days. 6 days later, no delivery or email. I contacted them again and it took awhile to respond. They said that they are restocking and only Queensland is getting them and no word on the time for the other states. I have since asked for a refund as it will be an unknown amount of weeks before it arrives, if it even does, and I need a different mattress much sooner. Their customer service is AI only, I believe. I would not recommend this company at all, unfortunately.

A must have mattress for great sleep – The mattress is great, it was more firm that we expected but that turned out to give our backs for more support than we realised we needed. This is quite a firm mattress, which has turned out great for us and we sleep very comfortably on but just something to be aware of. This mattress has led us to having easy, deep sleeps and was a great purchase for us, we definitely recommend it. I dont feel my partner moving in the night all either. Show details ·  1

No hesitations – Super fast and efficient delivery. I will only buy Emma mattresses now. Also love their mattress toppers. This mattress is not quite as comfortable as the OG which is available in the UK, but it is certainly helping me to stay cooler at night. Show details ·  1

Best mattress – Best mattress ever. I suffer from arthritis in the upper vertebrae and since we’ve had the Emma mattress I wake up so much better. So much! No more back issuew – This mattress is very supportive, I suffer with back issues and would wake up 5+ times a night in pain before I got this mattress. There is slight sagging where we get in/out of bed the most but manageable with regular turning Show details ·  1
