perfect night sleep
Comfort Mattress QueenWe have been so thankful for our Emma mattress. We get a perfect night sleep, no aches, no pain, just comfort and support. So very impressed with how light weight the mattress is also, makes making the bed so much easier. Would highly recommend. Thank you Emma!!

Don’t believe the hype
Comfort Mattress DoubleMattress is rock hard, not comfortable at all. Yet, at the same time, it also developed a severe dip in the middle after a few months. My partner and I called it the “dip of despair” as you roll towards each other and cannot roll back as it’s like rolling uphill.
We bought a new mattress from a proper retail store just 8 months later, which sleeps like a dream. What a waste of money the Emma was.

Worst customer service
Comfort Mattress KingI placed an order for the Emma Comfort 2 mattress over five weeks ago. Throughout this period, the customer service team has consistently provided misinformation about the status of the mattress. Initially, the team stated that it had been shipped but we won't receive the shipping information, only a call about an hour before it's delivered. A week later, they said we should receive some shipping information shortly. Then, after a month, they claimed it was out of stock and a week later, they said it had been shipped without providing any shipp
... Read moreing details, again. Later, it was revealed that the mattress had not been sent at all, and I am still waiting for the mattress to be sent. The concerning part is the repeated dishonesty from the company, seemingly to avoid issuing a refund. Despite my multiple requests for a refund, they continue to provide false information, keeping me waiting. This experience has been frustrating, and the company's lack of transparency and reliability is disappointing.Purchased in .

Comfortable but kinda out of shape (clearance mattress)
Comfort Mattress DoubleThe mattress is very comfortable but I wish I hadn't been cheap and bought it on clearance because unfortunately now one side is way higher that the other. It's okay for me because I sleep alone and can just sleep on the good side but imagine that if I was sharing it would get annoying.

Very happy with our purchase
Comfort Mattress QueenWe're very happy with this mattress. It's convenient to have delivered and arrived quickly. We've been using the mattress for a number of months now and find it really comfortable to sleep on. I love being able to was the cover as well. The mattress is durable and exceeds my expectations for quality.

I am so disappointed. It is hard as a rock to lie on. I get a sore back each time. It’s not just me as others have tried it and the same result
No matter if you lie on your side or your back it’s the same result
We did not use it at the beginning as it was in a spare bedroom and now I have passed the 100 day return policy, I am stuck with it
I now have to buy another mattress

Time to adjust then I was very happy
Comfort Mattress KingOur old mattress was quite soft and had a large pillow top, so when we first slept on the Emma I wasn't immediately convinced. Emma provided us with a small foam layer which did help but after about 10 nights I was converted to the firmer mattress type, we thought we would still buy the topper but its been over a month now and I no longer feel we need it.

Appalling- terrible quality and dismissive customer service
Comfort Mattress KingIn essence the mattress was overly hard and uncomfortable. We added an expensive topper to compensate but could not account for the mattress. We initiated a return process which was met with silence. The only thing that promoted action was threats to engage consumer affairs. Their claim about an easy return process is laughable. It took multiple emails and follow up and regulatory threats to get action. Shameful company and misleading advertising

We are looking to purchase to place on top of a lounge for when my son visits from Uni.
Will this help with not feeling the join between the two (seat) cushions on the lounge? It’s also important it’s not hot.
We’ve already placed our self inflatable mattress on top and it was comfortable but too hot. Thank you
Well I can only go by my purchase and our mattress is so comfortable I Dont think he would feel the joins at all and the mattress stays cool I should know I’m one who sleeps with the fan year round and I can honestly say I haven’t had to use it hope this helps .

Hi there, I purchased Emma over the phone 02/04/2023 and requested to be delivered on Fridays as this is the only day. I also received an email confirming it. Yet I get an email, txt and calls on a week day which I couldn't answer due to being at work, advising me that it has been delivered and left at my front door. I had to call the courier who advised me they have not received any specific orders for delivery. Called Emma 4 times to ask for the mattress to be picked up and delivered on Fridays. After 16 calls to Emma and courier, I had to decide to cancel the order and request a refund. Emma is failing to co-ordinate with the courier. I am soooo disappointed
