it's way", "we have your parcel". Clearly not. When the day came for move, no sign of the mattress and no communication. About a week later I received a"sorry we are out of stock". Err, I bought and paid for this, so stock should have been put aside! A series of seriously patronising emails overflowing with platitudes "understanding my frustrations" followed. Two weeks later the mattress arrived. Simply not good enough.

continue using it for a few more months to see if it would ‘settle.’ Unfortunately, the mattress has now started sagging, and because the 150‑day trial period has passed, I have no choice but to keep it. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience and I cannot recommend it.

So disappointed. Have 2 Emma mattresses in the family. Upgraded to a king. I was told that I can't order the comfort foam layer until my mattress arrives. But then that they out of stock and none will be arriving for months. But not to worry- i get 14 days of a sleep trial to add on after it arrives. I wasn't happy as I was lied to when I was told my comfort foam layer was sent. And also what am I to do with a mattress I can't use for months? A 14 days sleep trial is also not enough. So I return the mattress. It's taking over 3 weeks to be collected (actually I think it is 6). So I have a king mattress sitting here that I have to somehow make sure stays spotless. And a massive box to discard. On the plus side I got a ikea matress and omg it is so much better (and cheaper). You can sleep at the ends so don't lose space. Plus it isn't hot. We still have 2 Emma beds in the house but after this time, I wouldn't waste a cent on another one.

No lumps in this King Comfort mattress! – This is my second Emma mattress, the first being a single Original Emma. I like the single mattress and the Comfort King mattress. not be right for her. She doesn't like the soft edge when she sits to get into bed. Apart from that, she likes it. I like the firmer middle, hips are supported comfortably. A quirky thing is, if you sit on the mattress where is goes from less to more firmness, you tend to lean over a little. We both sleep well on the Comfort mattress, I had occasional neck issues on our previous mattress (not an Emma mattress). The Original foam mattress wasn't hot last summer so I'm not expecting the King Comfort to be either (better not). It's too early to comment on durability; the single Original, over 12mths, hasn't shown any weakness. Perhaps I'll be able to add to this review in the future.

Took some getting used to – The initial unboxing was a bit concerning - the mattress was left, flat on the ground and after 48hours of resting still had corners which were sunken in and not expanding. Initial impressions were “meh, it’s fine”. Our last mattress was a very firm Avatar which I loved. However we were moving up from a queen.

I like a firm bed and my husband softer - so this was a decent compromise.

It took a couple of weeks for us to really start finding it exceptionally comfortable!

I found that my pins and needles from shoulder compression as a side sleeper disappeared. My husband no longer complained about the mattress being too hard.

Fast forward a year - and I absolutely love our Emma Mattress! Well priced and very comfortable. Love being able to remove the mattress cover for washing - so bloody handy after having the 8 year old vomit through sheets, mattress protector and down to the mattress cover. Would never buy a mattress without a removable cover.

The only real negative thing I’d have to add would be the fact that it feels quite soft right on the edges - so when you’re sitting on the edge you sink quite a lot. However when laying down and near the edge, even weight distribution seems to avoid this.

This is a quick review of the customer service received from Emma - we haven't had a chance to try the mattress out yet. It is not suitable for someone with any joint issues, it is so hard and cold! I reported this issue immediately, wanted to return it. Instead they sent a thin piece of foam “to make it softer” it seemed to improve a bit. It is still the worst mattress I have ever wasted money on. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND Show details

Worst service – I ordered a King mattress and protector. Two months later I revive a Queen mattress and Double protector. There is no phone number or email to contact Emma Sleep, so I had to communicate with a Bot. in photos proving I had the wrong order! Eight weeks later nothing and I heard nothing further until I fortunately got a call from Emma Sleep that I could pick up (they don’t leave a number so you can’t call back if you miss the call). I had to be forceful and threaten legal action until they finally agreed to issue a refund. I then had to arrange pick up of the items myself. Absolutely crap service.

Worst piece of crap I ever bought – Piece of crap, poorly made, was destroyed before fully assembled and full refunded, dumped on the front lawn for bin scabs to get. If desperate grab some cardboard from Woolworths, it will do a better job. Show details

Great value and quality, very firm feel – Supportive and zero partner disturbance, however, it is very firm. I've generally been a firm mattress guy but with no pillow top it does feel very firm particularly when on my side. severe loss of support, it is molding better to us but still just as supportive as when we purchased it over 3 months ago.
