Reasonable price, great comfort and communication – We are loving our Emma mattress so far. It has the right level of firmness and support. Delivery was fast and the communication was excellent from purchase to delivery. We couldn’t look past the price and reviews. Better than we expected first mattress bought from Emma and everything was faultless. so good – It was a little hard to start with but I got use to it quicker than my wife as she’s a lot lighter than me. Mattress was terrible! – We brought the mattress offline after several reviews but have found it very very uncomfortable. My husband has had a sore back since we have had it and I get a dead side which ever position I lie on. We wouldn’t get it again. Show details

Not what I expected – My partner and I have been sleeping on the Emma sleep mattress for 8 months now and I can honestly say I’m not sleeping better even with the mattress topper the mattress is so hard and I am waking constantly through the night with discomfort and pain wake every morning with lower back and hip pain. Show details

Way too hard – This mattress, according to Choice, is a quality build. Unfortunately it is just way too hard. Even with the offered Emma soft topper for a bit more comfort (very thin foam), I still wake up with sore hips and lower back. I would not recommend unless you are specifically after a very firm mattress. Show details

Great purchase!!! – The mattress is exactly what I had anticipated - a little on the firmer side (and that's from someone who likes a firm mattress), but I think that it's slowly being worked in. Finally a good night sleep – I am very happy with my Emma Mattress, and at last am getting a better sleep. We previously had a store bought expensive plush mattress and after a few years it was giving way on the sides, and we had difficulty turning over. Best mattress, hotel quality – The mattress is the comfiest mattress we have ever slept on, hotel quality at a fraction of the hotel pricetag. Way too Firm! – From day 1 the king size mattres was too firm. They sent out a queen sized confort layer by mistake then sent thew correct king size. Even with both comfort layers fitted the mattrress is still too firm. My wife an I wake up with sore neck and shoulders after experiencing broken sleep. Very misleading – The mattress itself is good quality and has a good amount of resistance to movement, but my gosh is it harder than expected. For lighter/slimmer people it is rock solid. Needed to get a mattress topper. It was putting pressure all over my body and was causing morning joint pains and stiffness. Show details

The pillow is weird though. Comfortable but tiny, easy to lose and swims in our pillow cases. I have a large head so would go for a full size option in future.

Wonderful bed at a wonderful price! – I looked around a lot of different beds online and ended up going with Emma. They had one of the best prices around. When the bed came I gave it a couple of hours to come to form. One of the best beds I have slept on in Australia. I absolutely love it! Very happy with it – We are enjoying our mattress. we had some teething problems trying to get communication though about needing the complimentary mattress topper but once this arrived, the mattress is perfect. mattress which is the firmest one they sell thinking it may still be too soft. My husband LOVED it from the 1st nights sleep. I took a little longer as initially thought it was too firm. But now I wouldn’t sleep on anything else. The queen size from the other supplier is in the guest bedroom and my husband said it doesn’t even compare to the Emma mattress and that other supplier was double the price for a king size, compared to our Emma mattress. We love it!! Best value for money & far superior product. Best night sleep we’ve ever had. You won’t be disappointed.
