Shocking delivery experience. Driver rolled “ yes rolled” my mattress down a 20 metre driveway. Several issues with much later delivery than delivery times stated when ordering. mattress with this one, it is SO comfortable - firm but but not hard, doesn’t jiggle about when one person moves and my daughter is sleeping like a dream - HIGHLY recommend this mattress.

Pretty amazing mattress in a box – Very supportive mattress but also very firm. I bought a topper to soften it and it takes some getting used to. Excellent customer service, you just need to wait a bit for them to get back to you. I had a couple of issues and everything was resolved and they were always very helpful. A good purchase! – I bought this mattress for my spare bedroom. My guests have found it very comfortable. I did have to buy a mattress topper though as I personally thought it was too firm without it. But I believe it will soften with more use so it can only get better! Disappointed – We selected the mattress based on it apparently being highly regarded in Europe. When it arrived we tried to sleep on it for a few nights but finally had to give up and seek a refund. Best Mattress EVER – I like how the mattress comes in a box. It was easy to transport, unbox and let it puff up after removing the plastic cover. The mattress is nice and firm. Perfect for me. Take's a while to get used to the firmness – At first I just could not get used to the firmness of the mattress. Emma were good however in sending a foam topper which made a difference. The good thing is that after about 4 weeks the mattress (or I) seem to adapt and it's less of an issue. I may invest in a thicker topper later on but hoping it will soften more. Love my Emma Mattress – I love sleeping on my mattress. comforter on the bed to make it a bit softer but all in all I love my bed, the team at Emma are great! Highly recommend for a great night sleep.

maneuvering it during the setup process was a bit challenging. Some wheels on the box would make moving it much more convenient.

Comfort plus – Great comfort, mattress is not overly thick so you can use standard depth sheets. Only thing I suggest is to not dispose of your old mattress prior to airing the new one first as it has a rather strong smell to it initally. This has made such a difference! – We were advised by friends to upgrade our 11yo mattress, and they recommended the Emma brand. We were sceptical at first, but the comfort of this mattress has made all the difference in getting a good sleep overnight and not being achy and sore in the morning.
