Great mattress topper. Bought to make a very firm mattress soft and snuggly. The only complaint is it is slightly too big by about 0.5 centimetres. But loving it nonetheless. Show reply

All around fantastic experience – Shipping was extremely quick and easy. Packaging was easy to get rid of and then i put it on the topper on the bed - This is the most comfortable topper I have had! Super pleased with the Emma bed topper – I had a feather topper before my Emma topper. It was hot, would go flat and generally not what I wanted. I am super pleased with the Emma, no flat spots, no need to turn often during the night, cool and no sore spots in the morning. Show details ·  1

Can't really tell tell the difference between which side of the mattress is which - it's also not labelled which side is which so no clue what side of the topper I've currently got on. But it is comfy. Only downside is that it curls up on the sides if you don't lie on the edge or have a super tight sheet. Show details

Incompatible with other Emma products – While this seemed to be a comfortable product, it was not compatible with the Emma mattress protector that came in the same bundle. The mattress protector will not fit over the Emma topper with an Emma mattress, which is almost beyond belief. returns as stated on their website and they are happy for you to put it on the bin, out on the kerb for collection or donate it to charity (with evidence required). These options are either considerable effort or entirely wasteful and don’t demonstrate a company taking responsibility for their products.

Not good value – My mattress was starting to feel a little uncomfortable so I though I’d try mattress topper. Though after about 2-3 months, it’s completely lost its form and sags. If I had paid full price, I would have been extremely disappointed and was initially contemplating the diamond topper which I’m now glad I didn’t purchase. Didn’t really notice a difference either with the cooling factor.

If your after value and quality, I’d stay away from this product and invest in another mattess if you are having issues. Alternatively go get some cheaper from Clark rubber. I will give Emma props for the ease of ordering and how quick they get the product out

Tried a couple of different brands but definitely happy with the Emma Cooling topper. My current mattress started feeling very hard and causing me back pain each night. topper doesn’t have a cloud feeling softness if you’re after very plush but it did help soften my hard bed just enough to have a restful sleep every night since I purchased it 6 weeks ago. Also, I don’t feel any extra heat from the foam, so I definitely recommend the cooling option.

I did have a hiccup with the first topper, but Emma was on to it & replaced it straight away - could not fault the delivery speed or ease of replacement. Its made our hard mattress softer & given us a better night sleep Show reply
