My kid is finally sleeping! – My son was waking every 2 hours with his old mattress. I replaced it with the Diamond Hybrid Plus because it sounded comfy and had a hypoallergenic cover. Now the depth of sleep he gets is intense and as a result I am getting a great rest too - although I suspect it has something to do with my Emma Zero Gravity mattress. Super comfy for my pre-teen – We purchased this firm mattress for our pre-teen boy, as an option that would support his sleep into early adulthood. He immediately - and still - found it to be comfortable no matter which way he slept, and two years on it has maintained it's shape well with no sagging at all. including photos and them wanting us to arrange a charity to pick up wrong mattress and supply proof of pick up before sending the correct mattress. Once I said to them that as they hadn’t fulfilled the originals sales contract for a KS mattress and we’d like a refund, suddenly the correct mattress was on it’s way and they arranged pick up of wrong mattress. * it ended up taking around 3-4wks from time of purchase to finally the delivery of the KS single. * the 2nd mattress was the correct size but faulty, when it expanded out it split along one side. * more back and forth with customer service including photos and wanting us to get this 2nd mattress picked up before they would send replacement. I again stated the original sales contract had not been met and we wanted a refund. * they finally agreed but it was 7 weeks from the original date of purchase to receiving our money back.

Customer service was fairly unhelpful at 1st but towards the end of the process they were ok.

FYI - we purchased a Sleeping Duck KS which was delivered the next day & no issues.

Zero communication. Out of Stock and won't let customer knows until customer chase them – I bought 3 King Single Emma Diamond Mattresses online on 26 Nov 23 during Black Friday Sale for all my kids. "Contact Us" link. Still no reponse after a week. Submitted another ticket a week later and we went overseas.

Came back after 10 days and still no mattresses. Found their support email online today and sent them an email this morning. Got a response this afternnon saying they went out of stock and have till next shipment arrives which is due first week of January. It is very frustrating. If they let have let me know within a couple of days after purchase that they are out-of-stock, I can still look for other brands which are still on Black Friday Sale.

I haven't got a chance to try their mattresses yet so can't comment on quality. Hope they are really outstanding that worths the wait.

leaving a slight 'hump' in the middle, I also find it to be a 'hotter' mattress than our old one. This is the most expensive mattress I've ever purchased & was expecting better performance.

Sleep soundly – Mattress is generally very comfortable. We both have back pain but we are sleeping longer now. It is easier to change the linen, not as heavy or high as some mattresses. It feels sanitised and fresh all the time, it is ‘cool’. It doesn’t disturb us if one of us gets up and off the bed. So far it has no permanent sinking from body impression. Show details ·  1

3. Durability: its also very durable. It has held its shape well and hasn't developed any noticeable sagging which again because of my weight is awesome. Other mattress's only last a month or so with me.

4. Cooling Technology: The mattress incorporates cooling technology, which helps regulate temperature and prevents overheating while I sleep.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Emma Diamond hybrid mattress to anyone that has trouble sleeping or even if you just need something incredibly durable and comfortable.

my back. It is very, very cool - the “diamond” tech does work surprisingly well. Great in summer but needs some warm bedding options in winter. I like the ability to pull apart and clean. As it is in the guest bedroom we have a protector on the mattress for extra protection and cleaning. They do have a chemical smell initially. Goes after a week or so, you need to ventilate them a bit. It is likely that we will get a queen for our room when we replace our current mattress.

Still perfect over one year later – I bought this mattress after sleeping on a similar Emma model due to it's firmness ,comfort and warmth, without getting to hot in summer, yet it's warm in winter , it hasn't sagged and when you rotate it, you get a brand new mattress feeling again every time. DO NOT BUY – I placed an order for this mattress my child 2 weeks ago. The item was available and in stock. Once payment was taken, I was confirmed I would receive the item for next day delivery. the point here is that Emma Sleep are taking money from customers for out of stock products and not telling customers about it. That’s illegal as business HAVE to tell customers the item is out of stock and on back order. Do not buy from @emmasleep.au I have asked for a refund and have been promised I will get refunded within 24 hours. Let’s hope they aren’t lying about that too!

Beautiful Sleep – Really amazing sleep. So restful that I go to sleep earlier than normal to just enjoy more sleep. Hubby loves it more than I do and he keep sleeping hahaha. He gets more restful and less cranky. Show details ·  1

Horroble customers support and delivery – The website may advertise next day metro delivery, but that is completely untrue. I've contacted Emme for an update. They said delivery has been prioritised and i will received the mattress the week after. Waited another week, contacted customer support again; this time they said sorry, we must retract thay upgrade we promised you, and the delivery been delayed for another 5-6weeks. Naturally I was not happy about this and tried to reasons with Customer support. This is the point where customer support starts to respond really slowly and limiting to the 'take it' or 'cancel it' options.

Cancelled my order eventually as i do not wish to deal with them anymore. The refund process are fine, however i will recommend anyone i know to steer clear from this company.

fairly sore due to my previous sinking mattress but this mattress felt exceptional and my quality of sleep has been great. in terms of maintaining shape, i've had no problems with the firmness perfect for me

Best mattresses ever !! – We bought 2 x king single mattresses (premium) plus beds and a queen comfort mattress and bed. Both are extremely comfortable and great support. The premium mattress is my preference for support. I suffer from migraines and these mattresses have improved my condition quite substantially. I haven’t noticed any sagging in any of the mattresses.
