I still get hot some nights, it has made my mattress more comfortable. Don’t like the pillows not used them, thought they were the ones you could take stuffing out and make lower profile, they are sitting in cupboard very disappointed about them. Show reply

Appalling service & product. It arrived in a very narrow box, impossible to repack for return & is a below standard product. The only way to return it was through Pac & Send, at $450.00. As well as the mattress toppers, I ordered king sheets and king single sheets 3 weeks ago. An "AI" agent stuffed up the order. I was told the King sheets would be delivered yesterday (27th August) but they didn't turn up so... maybe, they'll come today or next week or next month! How knows!!! Not happy! Show details

The Super Sleeper mattress topper is very comfortable to sleep on, the pain I was experiencing in between my shoulder blades has disappeared. I would suggest more edge support though as it feels like your going to roll out of bed if you are close to the edge. Show details ·  1

I did look into returning it, however the return process was quite difficult and expensive, so I decided to keep it rather than send it back.

If you’re confident this style of topper will suit you, it may work well, but I would recommend carefully checking the return conditions before purchasing, and bear in mind having to get the previously vacuum packed topper into a bag or box to send back - a very difficult task - just in case it doesn’t meet your expectations.

The staff (particularly Ciara) were wonderful though.

along with the pillows and upgraded to the correct size. Both the topper and pillows are the best. I highly recommend them. So, if you have a very uncomfortable mattress, buy one of these toppers and you won't regret it.

Very happy with this mattress topper, it makes our bed feel much more comfortable and you don't notice the dips, where you lie anymore. well supported it is slightly more difficult to change positions during the night. Definitely recommend this product.

I placed the Topper on a New Super Firm Mattress. It took approx. a week for me to adjust to the topper The reason for is that I Lifted something I should not have done prior to purchase. Now, Very Comfortable, no more tossing and turning. Very Happy Show reply

extremely overpriced, nothing to rave about its a hunk of memory foam inside a bamboo cover, pillows are ok but nothing special, expected far better for the expensive cost, doesn't make your old bed feel like new it just feels like your old bed with a bit of foam ontop, worth have the price they charge but even then itwould be a bit expensive for what you get, the sheets are good but extremely overpriced as well half the price would be fair

All i can say is that th product was righ for me ,the description and istallation instructions were easy, the delivery process via Aust Post was smooth and a dat early !! It is very comfortable and supportive, but the middle section where it was folded is still a little flat which makes me roll into the middle of the mattress every night.

another box to fit the expanding topper into and then had to wait again for the new replacement. The replacement is very good and we are now getting a better sleep. If it wasn’t for the problems in the beginning, this could have been a better outcome for us.

The Mattress Topper is better than expected - no more problems with aching hips and tossing and turning to try to get comfortable. I was skeptical about how good the mattress topper would be but was very pleasantly surprised and would recommend that everyone should try this product before buying a new mattress. Show reply

sleep in the hopes that it would become that warm hug for this new mattress. It is quite the opposite. I feel like I'm laying on top of a table. I am about to purchase another topper, to go on top of the current set up that is more pillow like in the hopes I can salvage this situation.

I live with a chronic pain disability so a mattress that is both supportive and soft are extremely important. Sleeping on the wrong one leaves me unable to walk the next day.
