30 money back trial was useless – It was not comfortable and the money back guarantee was worthless. Trying to return it to the seller was far too difficult and pricey. None of the suggested couriers were interested in carrying the product and far too heavy to package and post through Australia post.Waste of money.

I have a very bad Back and this mattress topper is not the answer, Not 4" thick even after a week on Bed, as hard as sleeping on a rock and the sheets slip all over the bed also the topper cannot be turned around on the bed as only goes one way so I can't see this lasting Show details

Your 120 day return guarantee is a joke. I received several quotes to send the mattress topper back & because once it’s opened from the vacuum seal it’s is so expensive to return. Minimum price I was quoted was $266

The topper a lot firmer than I was expecting. The pillows I did not like one little bit . In fact I ended up with a sore neck from them . Far from 5star motel comfort. I was really looking forward to having a comfy nights sleep with both of these on the bed but that did not happen unfortunately.

sleeping etc but this overlay has really helped with my sleeping very comfortable indeed perhaps not quite as cooling as I had hoped but certainly okay and being 7cm it certainly adds to your mattress height which was substantial in my case already but luckily I had some sheets that could just fit. The protector was packed very tightly but not "vacuum sealed" as I had expected so it unrolled easily with the included pillows. I left it for 48 hours as with these things having bought a "bed in the box" before I learned they do need a few days airing, but I have to admit the first night on it - it was very firm indeed and not really comfortable but I was quite surprised that each night it got better and better so after a week it was super- so all in all thank you I am very happy with my purchase but one does certainly have to stand "tall" for the privilege.

I am not in love with the straight to sleep topper. It is a bit to firm for me. I thought from all the reviews i had read I was going to sink into it and it feel so comfy. Insead it feels firm. I still get hot some nights, it has made my mattress more comfortable. Don’t like the pillows not used them, thought they were the ones you could take stuffing out and make lower profile, they are sitting in cupboard very disappointed about them. Show reply

Appalling service & product. It arrived in a very narrow box, impossible to repack for return & is a below standard product. The only way to return it was through Pac & Send, at $450.00. I did look into returning it, however the return process was quite difficult and expensive, so I decided to keep it rather than send it back.

If you’re confident this style of topper will suit you, it may work well, but I would recommend carefully checking the return conditions before purchasing, and bear in mind having to get the previously vacuum packed topper into a bag or box to send back - a very difficult task - just in case it doesn’t meet your expectations.

The staff (particularly Ciara) were wonderful though.
