Your 120 day return guarantee is a joke. I received several quotes to send the mattress topper back & because once it’s opened from the vacuum seal it’s is so expensive to return. Minimum price I was quoted was $266

No happy – Because bit made the bed to soft. When I ask about a refund I was given transport companies. 2 wouldn't do it and one quoted $500 to transport it back. What a joke.

The mattress was fantastic but not suitable for a new bed with a deluxe topper factory fitted. It made the bed too soft and too hard to roll over. However on a hard or worn out mattress I feel it would be terrific.

along with the pillows and upgraded to the correct size. Both the topper and pillows are the best. I highly recommend them. So, if you have a very uncomfortable mattress, buy one of these toppers and you won't regret it.

I still get hot some nights, it has made my mattress more comfortable. Don’t like the pillows not used them, thought they were the ones you could take stuffing out and make lower profile, they are sitting in cupboard very disappointed about them. Show reply

The topper a lot firmer than I was expecting. The pillows I did not like one little bit . In fact I ended up with a sore neck from them . Far from 5star motel comfort. I was really looking forward to having a comfy nights sleep with both of these on the bed but that did not happen unfortunately.

Appalling service & product. It arrived in a very narrow box, impossible to repack for return & is a below standard product. The only way to return it was through Pac & Send, at $450.00. I did look into returning it, however the return process was quite difficult and expensive, so I decided to keep it rather than send it back.

If you’re confident this style of topper will suit you, it may work well, but I would recommend carefully checking the return conditions before purchasing, and bear in mind having to get the previously vacuum packed topper into a bag or box to send back - a very difficult task - just in case it doesn’t meet your expectations.

The staff (particularly Ciara) were wonderful though.

The Super Sleeper mattress topper is very comfortable to sleep on, the pain I was experiencing in between my shoulder blades has disappeared. I would suggest more edge support though as it feels like your going to roll out of bed if you are close to the edge. Show details ·  1

Not what I’d hoped for. Feel like after the first two weeks it’s much the same as before - waking up with sore shoulders, hips and back, just lying in a body shaped hole. I slept on my friends topper before I bought this. I absolutely love this topper, it’s worth the money, I usually have pain in my back and hips when I sleep but with this topper I wake up with no pain. It definitely is perfect for me. Show details ·  1

Very happy with this mattress topper, it makes our bed feel much more comfortable and you don't notice the dips, where you lie anymore. Laying on your back feels awesome when you first lay down but I am a side sleeper and it is still very comfortable for side sleeping. Back pain isn't as noticeable either. well supported it is slightly more difficult to change positions during the night. Definitely recommend this product.

I placed the Topper on a New Super Firm Mattress. It took approx. a week for me to adjust to the topper The reason for is that I Lifted something I should not have done prior to purchase. Now, Very Comfortable, no more tossing and turning. Very Happy Show reply

love my matress topper and pillows. The bed im sleeping in is too soft and was constantly waking me up during the night from an aching lower back which i injured at the gym. extremely overpriced, nothing to rave about its a hunk of memory foam inside a bamboo cover, pillows are ok but nothing special, expected far better for the expensive cost, doesn't make your old bed feel like new it just feels like your old bed with a bit of foam ontop, worth have the price they charge but even then itwould be a bit expensive for what you get, the sheets are good but extremely overpriced as well half the price would be fair

As well as the mattress toppers, I ordered king sheets and king single sheets 3 weeks ago. An "AI" agent stuffed up the order. I was told the King sheets would be delivered yesterday (27th August) but they didn't turn up so... maybe, they'll come today or next week or next month! How knows!!! Not happy! Show details
