When we first started to sleep on our Emma Luxe Plus mattress I was worried it was going to be too soft, after our previously very firm mattress. and woken up with a bad back every morning. Emma's Luxe mattress had a soft to firm rating, one of the only ones that had this, and this was good enough for me.

The price was reasonable and delivery time excellent. The only thing I objected to was the delivery fee. I didn't think going from Brisbane to the Gold Coast would incur a cost but the latter was deemed 'regional' so I had it delivered to friends place at a sbururb in the middle of nowhere that was 20km closer to Brisbane so it was then free delivery. This was almost the deal breaker, just on principle, so would suggest Emma review this policy and their regional boundaries.

I've now had my king size mattress for over 4 mths. It to⁰ok a few weeks to get used to the softer edges (they all have this) but now it's great. It's 100% better than my old mattress and best of all, I wake up with little to no back pain and feeling like Ive had a great night's sleep. My partner is also sleeping so much better and no complaints so far. I'd highly recommend Emma Luxe Plus to anyone who is looiking for that little bit extra softness and a mattress that you can just sink into and actually enjoy a good night's sleep.

Initially the mattress went missing in transit for over a week but once I contacted Emma chat support it was delivered that day within hours. to my previous king size and much flimsier so you need two people to move it as it folds on you and the zipper pulled apart while trying to get it on the bed.

Apart from the nightmare delivery it's quite good. The feel of the springs around the edges feel like they break through the fabric before the warranty does so we will see. Show details ·  1

Such a beautiful soft mattress, I was scared buying online but I'm glad I got this. I also got the wooden bed frame. It's been 3 months and still incredibly soft. Maybe even softer than when I first got it! Very happy! Show details ·  1

This mattress was not for me, Emma couldn't get anyone to collect the mattress, and at my cost, I had to dispose of it, but the refund was very quick. That I was thankful for and that's why it got 3 stars Show details

It's just an old fashioned inner spring mattress with a layer of foam that gets hot on top.Extra bouncy. Much lighter than previous mattresses. be there in 30 minutes , just as they were actually there. Delivery cost over $100 to central coast. Would have been smarter to purchase from local OMF that had a very similar feeling mattress at a much more economical price.

Straighter already ! Unfortunately still not sold – The first few weeks I struggled to get used to the mattress. Good value for money. It's a bit soft but I kind of like it. If you sit on the mattress (when the pressure area is small) you're sinking deep but when you lie flat it's getting more firm (I assume because your weight is distributed equally). Softest bed I've ever lain on. I went to a few mattress shops to try them out, And all of them felt like my old bed, just more foam, and then I got the Emma and it's like sleeping on a cloud, and it doesn't transfer bounces and shakes from my partner Show details ·  1

We absolutely love our new mattress. After trying several in the shops and not being happy I went with the internet recommendations and the sale price was great. We are so glad. Definitely worth it. My new mattress is so comfortable. I have a back issue which was becoming progressively worse with my previous mattress. My Emma mattress has taken away nearly all my pain and stiffness and my back issue is improving every day when I wake up in the mornings. Show details ·  1

I could not be happier with this purchase. Firstly, the delivery was so quick. It said it would be a week as we live rurally but it was only 3 days. It is so comfy, not too hard but not too soft also. but there is also just no disturbance from the other side. I thought about getting this mattress for a long time before I actually got it, but now I wish I did it much sooner.

I’ve been sleeping on the Emma Luxe Line for a few weeks now and it’s been a noticeable upgrade. The mattress strikes a great balance between support and comfort — firm enough to keep my back happy but still cushioned enough to feel plush. Mattress has taken a bit of getting used to, it’s much softer than our last one. Unfortunately it was nicked when unwrapping with the so has a slight tear with is a bit disappointing. Show details ·  1

It's taken some time to get used to, but it's supporting back well enough I guess. I did request a call back from an Emma Sleep Specialist but that is yet to come. Delivery was good. I probably won't win the pillow now that I've said this. Show details ·  1

Love my mattress, however the delivery experience was terrible and when Emma was contacted about getting it delivered in a timely manner, they weren't exactly helpful, or seemed to care too much, I guess they already got their money. Show details ·  3

I have had the Emma Mattress for couple months now and with a little adjustment and great communications with Emma have found the quality of my comfort and sleep is very good at present it has also maintained its shape and firmness even though Im a single person I can switch sides now and then when I need a change at this stage no signs of sagging in any direction up down or sideways Show details ·  3

Beautiful mattress, and the best night sleep for a long time and I don't feel any movement from my husband or when our 40kg Golden Retriever decides to launch on to our bed. The pillows are fantastic no more neck issues. Great package all round. Show details ·  1
