When we first started to sleep on our Emma Luxe Plus mattress I was worried it was going to be too soft, after our previously very firm mattress. I love it - it feels like laying on a cloud, soft but supportive. It reminds of staying in an expensive hotel where the beds are always amazing and the most luxurious sleep is had. Show details ·  1

Apart from the nightmare delivery it's quite good. The feel of the springs around the edges feel like they break through the fabric before the warranty does so we will see. Show details ·  1

This mattress was not for me, Emma couldn't get anyone to collect the mattress, and at my cost, I had to dispose of it, but the refund was very quick. That I was thankful for and that's why it got 3 stars Show details

I’ve been sleeping on the Emma Luxe Line for a few weeks now and it’s been a noticeable upgrade. The mattress strikes a great balance between support and comfort — firm enough to keep my back happy but still cushioned enough to feel plush. Love my mattress, however the delivery experience was terrible and when Emma was contacted about getting it delivered in a timely manner, they weren't exactly helpful, or seemed to care too much, I guess they already got their money. Show details ·  3

Suffering from arthritis of the spine, my back and shoulders were hurting every morning when I got out of bed. Bought an Emma mattress, and the difference has been amazing. Less tossing and turning, and waking up with no pain. It is a great mattress. Show details ·  1

The mattress is comfortable to sleep on and seems better than most others we looked at. Having the 150 nights to see if we liked it to sleep on was the deciding factor. delivery date we selected on the Emma order system and the delivery instructions of when not to deliver before and so the mattress was delivered while we were on holidays. Delivery was prompt but we did not want that.

I love this mattress! So so comfortable, I can’t recommend enough. I had used the Emma flip topper (which I also love) for a few years on an old bed to help with my back pain but I no longer need it with this new mattress. Super happy with our mattress. We bought it for our camper bus and it is wonderfully comfortable and we've had great sleep. Thanks to Emma M for her video promotion of the product in her camper bus. The comfiest mattress ever! – The Emma Luxe Plus mattress was a lifesaver. I got the queen size and it has really improved my sleep. Super easy to set up and fits snuggly on the bed frame.
