Emma Luxe Pro Mattress King

This is my second Emma King mattress. I love the first one, and have moved it into my guest bedroom. The new one is even better than the older one - and that really is saying something! Both are the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on, including others many times more expensive. The first one is now 4 years old, and is still as good as the day I got it. I absolutely love my Emma Luxe Pro King mattress! It’s the perfect mix of comfort and support – soft enough to sink into but still firm enough to keep my back happy. The cooling layers make a huge difference (no more waking up hot!) and I wake up feeling rested and pain-free. The edge support is great too, and the quality feels truly premium. I was hesitant in buying a mattress like this, and put it off for years dealing with my old standard mattress. After years of waking up stiff and sore, this is no longer the case, for both myself and my wife. Can't believe the difference in softness, comfort, and waking up without being sore now is amazing. Mattress is nice and on the softer side. A little lower than we expected however we added the diamond topper and that firmed up and added height. Have been enjoying the upgraded sleeps. Deliver on mattress was longer than expected. Topper was next day Show details ·  1

Excellent Mattress, Sub-par Shipping Experience – Had a below par experience with the shipping process - delivery was attempted, but there was no phone call to say anybody had arrived with the delivery. We just received an email that said they had tried to deliver and nobody was home so the mattress had to go all the way back to the distribution centre (3 days). follow-up with me same day to organise re-delivery, I was the one who had to follow up every day for 5 days before anything actually happened.

Despite this, we eventually received the mattress and have loved it so far. Feels incredibly comfy and supportive. I was nervous as I saw reviews that said it was way too soft. This is only the case when focusing all your weight in one spot. Once you are laying down, it is evenly spread and definitely an upgrade from my previous mattress.

Excellent mattress and great customer service – This mattress is definitely what I was looking for, softer than average to allow my light body to sink enough and be comfortable without having to toss and turn all the time. the top was sticking out on the left side. I made Emma aware of that and they immediately sent a replacement mattress. I bought it during Black Friday sales and got an excellent discount too.

Extremely Happy – We have now had our Emma Mattress for over a month and we couldn't be happier.. Not great quality overall and not willing to help customers – We had a really bad experience with Emma. The actual bed was somewhat comfortable (on the harder side) but the smell after one month did not go away. A strong smell which i guess might be the latex? return process for us. The company could not provide a service within a reasonable time to collect the mattress, without collection we couldn't get a refund and so it was advised that we organise our own collection / donation of the mattress. This was going to be at our expense. We needed the money/bed gone to take advantage of buying another bed on boxing day sales. $1300 is a lot of money. We paid out of pocket for collection and when i asked if we could get compensation, it was a hard no. All that was offered was a 5% discount which was useless because i wasn't going to buy another thing from them. I asked if they could at least refund my pillow cost given the trouble and again hard no. I organised my own mattress collection and when we put the bed in the hallway the whole bed crumpled over in half. Shows that the quality is not great. The pick up guy also said that was a bad sign! Overall not happy but i would like to say that Mark was nice to deal with and i understand it wasn't his fault that higher powers didn't help us out. I would spend the extra money and buy from a reputable company.

Very comfy mattress – It’s surprisingly comfortable - I must admit I was concerned when I took it out of the box! The only thing that isn’t great is it has no side support on the edges of the mattress and it doesn’t quite fill my whole bed base so I can see the slats Show details ·  1

Very satisfied – I wasn't really sure what to expect of my Emma mattress but we have been pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable. I can't say I've noticed a major difference in quality from our previous store bought mattress.
