automated response received 5 days ago. The generated label never appeared so I took to phoning customer service which was a very unpleasant experience. The advisor was impatient, rude and unhelpful and then cut me off before he sent the label. He required the same authorisation that I have already provided all over again even though it has been approved and supposedly generated. Who knows whether I ever receive the label or a refund (just need to brace myself for another call). Might be time to take this to another level and contact Consumer Protection as my patience is running thin. Whatever you do, avoid buying from this company unless to you plan to keep their products as the call centre and online help is highly unsatisfactory.

It would be great if you could secure the topper to the mattress being a restless sleeper the topper keeps slipping off. Then next morning have to pull sheets off reposition topper and make bed again. Would be ok on flat top mattress but the way… Read more

they are made these days they all have those pattern tops so the topper anti slip surface not worth anything. Wouldn’t recommend for the $400 paid but will say it’s comfortable

Communication regarding back order was fantastic, options to wait or cancel were given. Regular updates were sent. Product arrived and was packed very well. Since putting it diamond topper on the bed I have noticed a difference to my sleep comfort as I am a side sleeper. Pain level has dropped a little which was the desired goal. Recently bought my second Emma Pillow. The previous purchase close to ten years ago and that pillow looks and feels as good as it did when I bought it. I decided in past weeks to try the new Emma Diamond Degree pillow and there are no regrets. The moment my head hit the pillow, I knew I'd made the right move. Customer service was useless most of the time People could speak English properly Waited a while for the bed Product is good , recommend to by but from another company

The Emma luxe plus king bed mattress we bought is comfortable enough but way too soft leaving us both waking up with aches and pains especially in our back. Next time I won’t be buying online. Definitely need to try a mattress before you buy and not buy because the sponsored ads all say how good it is

We slept on an Emma mattress years ago while visiting family. So when we needed a new one we naturally chose the Emma Lux. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. It does not feel the same. I still wake with a sore lower back. My husband is not keen on it either. We are considering returning it.

I have found my flip mattress topper very comfortable. I am a senior person and side sleeper, and I have noticed a decrease of pain that I sometimes experience from my hips during the night. I do recommend this mattress topper Show reply

I have enjoyed receiving and sleeping on my Emma mattress. It was easy to set up on my bed frame. It’s lighter than conventional mattresses so it’s easier to change the sheets if you have old muscles and joints. It is very comfortable to sleep on. Excellent mattress and value for money. Helpful proactive customer service identifying the mattress purchased was out of stock , but offered an upgrade and immediate delivery. That's where the lost star comes from,delivery only dropped it at the front door and left me struggling to get it inside. Emma Luxe Plus Mattress for 1/5 of the price. It’s honestly the best mattress I’ve slept on. When I go back to my girlfriend’s house to sleep, she always says “Your bed is way more comfortable”. I didn’t like the idea of buying a mattress without testing it aswell but thank god I did. The mattress was delivered the next day which was crazy to me. Also lads, just because the brand is called “EMMA” doesn’t mean you shouldn’t buy it ;)

We received our new mattress and I loved it from the first night. My husband wasn't so happy and said it was too hard. I contacted Emma Sleep and they sent us out a mattress topper to soften the bed. It was so nice and comfy. My husband is now totally convinced and we are keeping the mattress. Show reply

Not as happy as I'd hoped! Having slept on my daughters 2022 Emma mattress which I found very comfortable the hybrid version is somewhat disappointing and seems to be lacking depth on our slat based bed!

so soft and comfy it takes me to cloud 9 as soon as I sit or lie on it, all my back probelms and insomnia all sorted(remember I'm still dreaming), from ordering product to receiving product was a breeze.

As only thing I received immediately within 2 days was pillow, so given below is the honest review of pillow.

It's a nice pillow, speaking from the experience, someone who has spend almost $250 on a single high end pillow to Kmart $15 pillow, but still can't find the balalnce, it is a nice pillow, misses love it more then me, so atleast someone is happy in the family with the purchase.

Overall purchasing experience just like every single website on planet earth, was a breeze. Money was taken as quickly as possible, now just waiting for mattress so I can see and feel is it worth it or not.

The mattress is very comfortable, and the delivery is super quick. I was really impressed with how quickly and satisfactorily my request was handled after the purchase. I'm extremely satisfied the level of customer service I received. Thanks Show reply

I ordered 2 mattresses. Incorrect ones were sent to me. Now the ones I wanted are completely out of stock. I have an Emma matress from 5 years ago. It is amazing. The ones they make now are cheaply made. I wont ever purchase a matress from them again unfortunately

The customer service team went out of their way to assist when I wanted to exchange my topper for a smaller one. They made sure that I received a smaller topper even though the smaller version of my original purchase was no longer available. I ordered the mattress late on a Sunday night and received it within 24 hours the next day! Good job someone was home as I wasn’t aware it would be that quick! The mattress was for my son and he seems very happy with it. Loved taking it out of the packaging and seeing it expand! Show reply
