Where does one insert the SD card on a emporium solar camera 2?
i tried setting my camera yesterday it started saying something which i could not understand and that's as far as i got. i could get not get it to pair and kept going round in circles. if someone could point me in the right direction would be great. i tried for 2 hours and got nowhere.

Reset your Wi-Fi router and the camera 2. Remove the camera from the device list on the Tuya app 3. Reset the camera with the pin in the reset hold for 5 seconds. It will say reset complete or similar 4. Follow the setup instructions again to try and reconnect Notes: When choosing the Camera option in the App, make sure you choose -- Smart Camera(WiFi). As the camera is for 2.4Ghz WiFi. If you choose any other device on the list, the connection will fail
It seems your review may be bogus as well as the camera. What you do not mention is that to get all the features you need to pay a monthly subscription on top of the price of the camera. Please amend your review.
Hi Reg I have purchased 3 of these cameras for inside and I can confirm they work fantastic and you don’t need to pay any subscription. All u need is a micro SD card and it plugs into camera and you can store footage on the card. You can also view live stream from your phone and playback and you can set up camera to follow motion and alert you on your phone. Camera quality is fantastic even better than my NVR 8 camera setup outside. I was sceptical at first but now that I have these they are really good.
What I sat is true I have not had to sign up I just have motion detection on and when I want to record anything I'm the one that has control of it, and I agree with Tony awesome product
Hi. Can someone please advise with the Emporium light bulb camera, can you use a standard Micro SD HC/XC card do you have to use a TF card? I read online that TF is essentially the same as Micro SD but I was told that it will not work with a micro SD and would like to know why? They are both formatted in FAT32 anyway.
I have a wired in surveillance system and need another camera. If I installed one of these would it interfere with my wired in system ?
Hi Wayne no it doesn’t. I have wired 8 camera set up and these cameras run on wifi and no issues with other system. Cameras are good quality and great for price
Hi Wayne and many thanks Tony for the quick on point answer! It would not interfere with your wired cameras at all as they run over WIFI and not wired connection.
I only have an exterior light that is mounted on the wall NOT on the ceiling. Does your camera allow for this type of mount?
Yes it just screws in your existing light fitting
My cameras work but don't swivel to detect motion. Any ideas on how to rectify this issue

Where would l find this order number. On the camera itself?

You are expected to buy an additional cloud service at $60 per month I was able to download an app to bypass the above but, couldn't configure the last camera I was then asked to agree to their own terms which I refused, they then RESET my cameras calling that REMOVE ALL DATA I then tried to re-configure all the cameras unsuccessfully DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY're NOTHING MORE THAN ARTFUL DODGERS
I have not purchased a subscription. I found them easy to install. I purchased micro sd cards and can view my cameras from anywhere in the world. The subscription is for phone alerts. I get text messages notifying me of movement, and I don’t pay a cent..
