Endeavour College is so highly regarded in the industry – I am so thrilled to have graduated from Endeavour College in 2023, after commencing my BHSc - Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine in 2019 while working full time in Sales and Marketing. As soon as I graduated I was offered a role at one of Perths most comprehensive Wellness Clinics as a Clinical Nutritionist. Having now had the opportunity to meet… Read more ·  1

other health professionals at seminars, product events and industry nights it has confirmed how well Endeavour College is regarded. I really appreciated learning from the Endeavour lecturers who shared their industry knowledge in a supportive and encouraging environment. I believe what sets Endeavour apart from other institutions is the Wellnation Clinic where we had a year of treating clients under supervision. I believe having this hands-on experience set me up to go straight into a professional clinic without any hesitation or nerves. I would recommend Endeavour College for anyone wanting a qualification in the health and wellness industry.

I started in 2016, as a new mum, with the intention to move into public health space, and so commenced the BSc in Complimentary medicine. 2 years in, part time, juggling family, i knew i wanted to practice, to become a qualified Naturopath. helped me to find my calling. I switched degrees, effortlessly and continued my journey to becoming a Naturopath. Through bumps and highs, through pandemics and curriculum adaptions, and through research and learning curves. Endeavour has held space for its students, held grace in difficult times, and helped launch many wonderfully adept, well trained Naturopaths into the Australian Alternative and Complimentary medicine field. Thank you Endeavour.

Syd Nat – The degree has challenged me from day one, the variety of teaching staff and their knowledge has been very beneficial for my future career in Naturopathy. ignore the reviews – I signed up without reading the reviews and in first few weeks of study I read the reviews and considered dropping out and changing to another Uni.. So glad I didn't.. to do paid work through them even in my first year.

The practical is done through Endeavour which means you don't have to be just an observer in a place you find yourself, you get hands on experience and also cheap and free treatments in all modalities like Naturopathy or even massage..

I thought being at home would be isolating but there are so many opportunities to connect with other students online as well as lecturers. The text books are available online too for free and can use text to speech readers so you can utilise that time to do other things while studying which I loved.

You can also start subjects at the beginning of each month, so you have the option to fast track your degree.. There isn't any compulsory times to study, you can catch up on webinars and classes as you need or watch again to study for tests. I did struggle with the science subjects

You hear good and bad about everywhere you go, some people may have not given it a proper go.. Thing is most people don't talk about the good only the bad.. When things are good people don't think to say anything.

I have been a student with Endeavour for nearly 7 years. During that time, I have had challenges with various aspects of Endeavour College including customer service, lecturers, and communication. Most recently, I have been informed I need to make improvements in a subject I am doing. I am quite ok with the feedback. However, the lecturers… Read more

keep telling me I would not be able to progress but without putting into place any significant mechanisms for me to progress. In addition, one lecturer publicly declared in front of the class recently I will not progress. Is this good behaviour for a senior lecturer? I am aware lots of students have transferred to another school and withdrew from Endeavour. The courses are not cheap. In addition, some lecturers are very negative. The most important thing to know is Endeavour expects you to find your own clients in clinical practicum. If you have trouble doing so, you might not be able to complete the course. Your clinical practicum progress IS at the mercy of your clinical supervisors!! Not a good place to be. Naturopathy is fine but some people in it are not.

Student Experience – Throughout my journey here as a Naturopathy student with Endeavour College, I have had to overcome so many personal challenges and have develop more as a human being and slowly transform into not only the future practitioner I will be, but the person I would like to be. Like any other educational body, Endeavour has had many changes over the last… Read more ·  1

5 years. I have been a student during many challenges,, including; COVID, change of ownership and a change in staff. It would be unfair of me to say there is no support, poorly run, and overly difficult. Everyone here including the staff, students and everyone behind the scenes is doing the best they can given all the changes. I have found more common ground and support with the current staff (and some past) and students as we have gone through the trenches together. I have watched so many of us grow as individuals and our knowledge expand since being here and it is like a beautiful time lapse watching everyone develop.

I personally have changed as a human being, and I thank this degree and the ongoing support and understanding from lecturers and students to get me through this last 5 years and overcoming extreme personal challenges. Doing a degree that enables you to think outside the square, to really understand how much our daily habits, choices, social circles, environments, foods, attitudes effects our health made me come into center with myself and help me understand myself more and overcome issues like addiction and self-sabotage. Being here and speaking to lecturers and students, we all come from different backgrounds and most of us with colourful experiences and stories. You feel (or I feel) more understood as a person, I do not feel judged and have found peace in myself and my path as time has gone on. I feel there is such a community here and as you become more integrated into the on-campus subjects and clinic, you are able to create more beautiful friendships and connections.

I am grateful for this degree and how it has changed my life, challenges and all. Yes, I do the work, but I could not have made it through without the patience, understanding and help from all the staff and my peers here throughout my educational journey at Endeavor College

Practices what it teaches – I am currently completing my final year of the Bachelor of Clinical Nutrition at the Gold Coast campus and have truly loved my studies. been the biggest pro. Being part of an intimate group with dedicated supervisors has fostered a supportive, personal learning environment. The lecturers and supervisors are very approachable and proactive. They have diverse backgrounds and experience in a variety of specialty areas which has afforded valuable insights into different approaches to clinical practice. Much of the course is delivered online and the clinical practicums are offered at the local campus meaning I haven't had to travel or be away from home for long periods to log experiential hours, allowing flexibility to work and study at the same time. I've had no issues with getting support when needed, regardless of the online approach. Whilst this course is more expensive than comparable others, having completed a previous Bachelor's degree at another major university, it has been a much more supportive learning experience feeling like part of a team and not just another number in a big system. Personally, that's been worth the expense and has motivated me to be more dedicated and get more out of my studies at Endeavour. If you're looking for a university that lives and breathes what it teaches, supports the individual and promotes student success, I would absolutely recommend Endeavour.

Started off well and went downhill – I have graduated from the Clinical Nutrition degree at Endeavour in Adelaide in July 2024. My experience studying with Endeavour was a mixed bag. I started in 2018, before COVID and the shift to online learning. I found the learning prior to COVID gave the opportunity to interact with local students and make more connections, and the learning was… Read more

more personalised. Post-COVID, nearly all Endeavour subjects moved permanently online, and I feel the quality of lectures was reduced (not in all cases). The clincal practicum component of the Adelaide Campus was disappointing to say the least. The first clinic block had two dietitians supervising, whose skills were not in alignment with a Clinical Nutrition subject and had no knowledge of supplements. The second and third block superviser was a clinical nutritionist with a lot of knowledge, however the way they spoke and treated the students was atrocious and very much limited the opportunity to learn. I cam out of this degree lacking the confidence I had hoped to gain during clinic and feeling very disappointed after 6 years of studying. I have heard that there are new supervisors now in place and things are improving, so it may be a better place to study than when I attended.

Endeavour College: You need Passion, $$$ and Resilience to Complete the Course – I have been a part-time student doing a BHSc (Naturopathy) degree at Endeavour since 2020. I really enjoyed studying at the college for the Year 1 and 2 of the degree. The course materials were stimulating, enjoyable, and I got along with most lecturers very well. They were very responsive. However, as I entered Year 3, things have begun to… Read more

change. Last semester, one lecturer suspected we were using AI to do our assignments, and they refused to release our assignment mark. Me and some other students emailed the lecturer in charge many times, but she never replied to our emails. None of us used AI. The other issue is their attendance marking for pre-clinical subjects. I have had to remind some lecturers to mark the attendance of the live sessions because you need 100% attendance to pass. In this semester, one lecturer even did not turn up for class on time, and 90 of us had to wait for her, not knowing what to do. I feel something is amiss. I have provided the college with feedback. Look, the course is very expensive, and you should only do it if you are really passionate about it, and you can put up with some lecturers they have that are not up to the mark. Also, the course is female dominated, and some female students DO NOT want to work with men. All and all, 2 years ago, I would rate it 8/10. Now, I will rate it as 6/10 by the end of 4th year. It is always the people you work with that are challenging to you. One other review said that you will be 'grateful' you finish this course. I will say you will be 'gravy' for the rest of your life.
