Terrible Company, rip off, don't buy their spas – This is the worst company to deal with, terrible service, no follow up, crappy product, don't buy it, their service is non existent and the product woeful, breaks down and they don't have the service back up for it.

to help with it. It did cost us more money with the plumber because the paving had to be removed and the garden bed had to be dug out to insert the required pipes. We were dissappointed because it should have been made clear to us what was outstanding with the pool before we went ahead with the landscaping. In terms of the handover process, special call out to Phil and Kazz for a fantastic job for cleaning the pool. 5 stars for them. The pool was very dirty (it was there the entire time the house was being built). Phil and Kazz was extremely patient and returned a number of times to properly clean the pool. I can't believe the water is now crystal clear. Highly recommend Phil and Kazz!

hazardous materials and can not be delivered via post/currier, which I didn't realise at the time of my order. Their customer service team reached out to me to suggest an alternative chemical and were able to swap it for the one I ordered and then posted everything to me the same day. I highly recommend Endless Pools and Spas not only for their extensive selection, but their fantastic customer support. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Buyer beware, do not buy from this company – Do not order from this company. We ordered a spa bath over a year ago, it still hasn't arrived. When we ring the company the people who answer the phone tell us the person we need to speak to is out and he will contact you. He never contacts us and we can’t get any answers. long. We are yet to receive our spa and the company has not even made contact with us since March of this year. We have emailed them again and again requesting information on an estimated delivery and have not even had the courtesy of a reply. At this stage, we are completely over it and just want our substantial deposit refunded as we do not trust a company that will not reply to requests for information. Once again there are no replies to our requests for refund. What would happen if something went wrong once the spa was delivered?

their builders, their tradies, their planners, and Endless just washed their hands of us once they got our money. Terrible, terrible service. Took months to get it working, for months the "pool" was just a dirty puddle in our yard. Plus their builders didn't know the pool fence regulations so the advice they gave us was completely wrong, now we find ourselves having to replace the boundary fence despite being told by Endless this wouldn't be necessary, and them giving us plans that said the existing fence could stay. Nothing but trouble from start to finish, and the cost has blown out endlessly - many, MANY thousands of dollars more than we were ever led to expect. Once they got our money Endless had no interest in helping us resolve any problems with our pool, they just weren't interested. So if you just buy the pool you'll probably like it, but I would never, ever recommend you use them to get it installed. I never leave negative reviews but their service was SO BAD I signed up just to leave my experience.

Very disappointed – We have a bath spa ordered back in November of 2020. Still do not have it. After multiple contacts we have been told that it is due to Covid. I advised that it is going to hold up our certificate of occupancy and was told by service officer that there are lots in my predicament. We were going to buy a $50000 outdoor spa from them but will not be now. The updates to what is happening has been ordinary at best. We have had to call. Very frustrated customer.

building process consisted of the perfect storm, LITERALLY! In the middle of our dig a freak storm hit and greatly complicated the process. But through calm communication from both parties and Endless Pool and Spa's experience, we were able to quickly resolve the issues with minimal delays and additional costs.

Overall we felt we were looked after and in safe capable hands from start to finish but when the road got a little rocky COMMUNICATION from both parties was key.

6 months after our pool and spa combo was completed and handed over, we couldn't be happier and I would recommend Endless to anybody wanting a pool or spa.

Endless Spas – Endless were amazing and a dream to deal with. We live on the other side of town but nothing was a hassle. The spa was ready when we arrived to pick it up, they loaded it, tied it down and even sprayed some WD40 on our ratchet straps. It is now installed and we use it every day. Endless Spas, Endless Problems – Issues started with installation. Insufficient sand was placed beneath the spa left gaps and inadequately compressed. This meant that the spa was not supported on a firm base. The Spa moved and ended up not being level. Overtime, the sides of the spa developed surface and deeper cracks. defensive and blaming. After months of waiting, the owner of Endless visited the site and tried to blame the cracks on water run-off. There was no water run-off. Spa was positioned higher than the surrounding land.

I had photos of the poor installation work that clearly showed a lack of sand and spaces left under the spa before backfilling. Endless ignored these and did nothing to mitigate the cracking spa, nor resolve the issue or provide a solution. Eventually, the spa cracked even more. We went to another manufacturer who removed the spa and installed a new spa which as been terrific.

I will never buy from Endless Spas again. They didn't communicate well when issues were raised and took zero responsibility for the installation problems.

Most horrendous experience – Spa shell arrived with scratches and 2nd hand bleach stained head rests. Took 2 months of chasing to fix this and caused massive delays in our back yard project.... finally got the job finished and less than 12 months later the spa shell has cracked. As a result of this phone call and the excellent customer interpersonal skills from Trent we visited the showroom and purchased the Bimini 52 ( not my husband initial idea to purchase a new spa) however with a great price and product knowledge from Trent this Spa is perfect for our family needs.

Once again I would sincerely like to thank Trent Taylor for his honestly and assistance with problem solving any of our logistic concerns and if you have salesperson of the year for 2018/2019 I would certainly recommend his nomination in the award.
