seeing ongoing unplanned outages at multiple large generators' (this is in reference to coal power generation). Feeling like electricity purchased (at extra cost compared to my previous energy provider) should be fairly immune to some of these impacts.. but it's not

Excellent customer service – I have dealt with Enova staff on various occasions when I have bought and sold property. I have always found their customer service to be excellent. Easy to deal with and efficient re connections and disconnect process. We had smart metres installed and I could not fault to communication between Enova staff and myself. Show details · 1

So Far So Good – Made the switch to Enova from one of the big retailers and haven't looked back. No dropouts, no difference in service, just a cheaper price (so far). Once you've decided to switch they do it all for you - nothing to do your end and no long endless phone calls to your old inefficient electricity provider trying to get answers. portal for you to log into and manage your account and a simple quarterly billing cycle (which you have to keep track of) but importantly when comparing my first bill over summer to the unscrupulous thieves (see my other reviews) that were my previous electricity providers and the same billing cycle and time last year, i can report around a 20% saving through Enova, which is a great start. Hopefully they keep to their core values overtime and promises as i've seen new companies come into a market (in many fields) to make their mark early, take market share only to get bought out by the bigger guys with the prices going back to status quo. Anyway, so far so good - what you pay for electricity is important so don't hesitate to make the switch!

Doing what I can – I joined Enova in 2020. I'm in an urban area in Sydney & I wanted to support a community based company that drew on renewables and employed locals. They also let me pay a low fortnightly payment, that suited my finances. Customer service is lovely and I feel like I play a part in change by supporting providers like Enova. I appreciate getting bulletins about partnerships and their charity work. They don't "greenwash". Show details · 1
Keen to change to an electricity provider with a green focus – Jumping over to Enovo is not a difficult decision. Choosing to support an electricity provider with a foundation of renewable power rather then fossil fuels is a start to helping our environment and the globe. 5 Star Green Electricity Guide Rating => 5 Star Rating from Me – Late last year we switched from Powershop (which topped the Green Guide in 2018) given its recent sale to Shell to another provider. Its been a while – I was visiting my sister at her place in Dunoon when the story of the Byron community asking for people to buy shares in this community electricity distribution company first came up. ENOVA ENERGY. I think we all decided to buy in. One of the best decision I have ever made. The next was getting Enova to supply electricity to my house down here on the Blue Mountain. So far so good! – Setting up electricity for our new place was really easy, they answered the phone quickly and set up took 10 mins. Got $50 off first bill (also had the choice to donate the $50), and found out they only have two plan types - solar and non-solar, which is sooo much simpler than the other companies with their bazillion plan types.
