Be careful

Just received a bill for $1300 for a tiny mark on the bumper. 20x3mm. Hardly noticeable. The bumper had lots of pre existing scratches. The bill claims 5 days loss of car usage and 3 days repair time.
We have photos of the prior damage. Waiting for them to get back to me.

Never again

Booked a Yaris at $29 a day for 13 days, a week before needing. Turned up on the day, no small cars available. Had to take a Kluger at $10 a day more.
When I returned the vehicle I told the young man I was over charged. Instead of charging me $29 a day, I was charged $39 a day plus $10 a day for the Kluger. The young man agreed and apologised profusely and said his boss will fix it the same day. In-between, I noticed the addition on the contract wasn't correct also.
Three days later I went in because they hadn't bothered to contact me. The young man wasn't there but I am guessing the owner. Apparently it was my fault for over paying because I did it online. No refund.
For $29 a day for 13 days, cost me $862.83.

Great Customer Service - Michelle Awesome!!

Best customer service experience. I travel a lot and hire cars all over the world and this is by far the best customer experience I have had experienced. Michelle was so professional and courteous and went way beyond what I expected. She was so lovely to myself and my kids after we arrived from a long flight from London.

$1000 bond?

We ended up cancelling our rental car. We were rung couple hours before pickup and advised of the $1000 bond. Hired rentals all over the world, and bonds never more than $250. We're seniors from Victoria, not likely to steal a budget rental car!

Enterprise Shysters

Never use this rental service. Charged $2000 to credit card for two tiny windscreen chips. Charge made without authorisation or notification (which breaches Australian Consumer Law and the industry standard set by AFIA). Lied that the windscreen had to be totally replaced, saying it was required by law. Could provide no photographic evidence that the damage was not pre-existing. Also charged $100 administration fee. In addition sent a booking confirmation that highlighted a price in Australian dollars three times but on arrival charged twice the amount (written in very small print) under the highlighted cost. Car not available at pick up time

I rented a 12 seater mini van a year in advance to transport 11 clients to start a hike in Apollo Bay- received emails confirming pick up etc...only to arrive at the desk to be told there were no vans available. We were forced to then take 2 smaller cars- which resulted in a further cost for petrol, insurance, not to mention the responsibility of another driver- which was a very bad look on our professionalism for my company. They seem to think a suitable explanation for this is- overbooked! NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Show details

I just dropped my rental car back at Enterprise Melbourne Airport where Mohammad kindly offered to accompany me to the service station so I wouldn’t incur the refill charge. Poor customer service and average vehicle availability

I was given a Mitsubishi ASX and it had damage to the rear of the car, cabin smelt like a stock room and the dash said maintenance required so I couldn't see the digital Speedo. I emailed them to ask to swap the car as it was quite unpleasant. They have not responded 2 days later. I tried calling the site office with no success and got through to Melbourne who told me the quickest way to get a response is to email. I'm still waiting. I had to pay $1000 deposit and $230 in hire fees for 4 days, to get a car that is unpleasant to drive and look at and potentially unsafe as has a msg regarding maintenance. All this considered, wont hire there again. Show details

The service sucks

We rented the car for 5 days, paid almost 300 for the full coverage for insurance.
Got a flat tyre, and want to call them to check if it's covered, after couple dozen phone calls, they picked up and said " we cover everything but tyre" ** sure you do great business.
And we returned the car with only one almost full tank ( only missing one bar) they charged us AUD58 !!! which we can buy more than half tank of petrol! Show details
