Love the Ergopouch sleep sack, but not overly happy with the quality of the material. We bought one 2 weeks ago, it’s been washed twice (according to instructions) and the material looks like it’s been worn for years. I have clothes from my own childhood 30 years ago that looks better than this does after 2 washes. And our baby is now 6 months,… Read more

can’t imagine what one would have looked like if we used one the first 2 months with the constant blow outs and daily washes.

Appauling customer service what a joke. Been waiting 2 days for a response as to WHY the sizing is so off for exactly the same size. the 2.5 and 3.5 tog bags are heaps different. When emailed via their website and messaging the AI bot NOthing has come back. So went on instagram and whoever is controlling that needs to go back to customer service… Read more

Amazing customer service. I was given the wrong tog sleep suit and they very quickly rectified it with the right one. The quality is next level. Keeps my boy very warm and comfortable. Highly recommend. Show details

I recently purchased two Ergo Pouch swaddle bags in the same size (0000 newborn) but noticed a significant difference in measurements between them—one being 50cm long and the other 54cm. The stitching patterns were also different, which added to my confusion about whether I had received the correct items. The swaddles themselves seem like great… Read more

quality, although I am yet to use, so the issue right now doesn’t lie with the product.

I reached out to customer service, and while they responded, they repeatedly focused on a standard 1.5-2cm manufacturing tolerance rather than acknowledging the 4cm discrepancy I was seeing and told me to just wait until my baby is born to see which on fits. She said next time I should adhere to sizing guidelines. I just didn’t expect to order two swaddles, and for them to arrive 4cm difference in size, along with different stitching. They also avoided clearly addressing my questions about the stitching differences, only mentioning in the final email that their products come from two different manufacturers.

While I appreciate handmade variations, a 4cm size difference in newborn sleepwear is quite significant, and clearer communication from the start would have helped. I was left uncertain about what I had actually received and what to expect in future orders. The ‘customer service specialist ‘ said it shouldn’t matter because it doesn’t impact function , only I ordered two of the same product and assumed they would be the same.

Considering I spent over $100 on these pouches, I expected better customer service. She wasn’t outright rude and attempted to be polite on the surface, but definitely dismissive and lacked any effort to help a customer. This experience has made me hesitant to purchase from Ergo Pouch again purely due to the poor customer service.

No response – Ordered 2 sleeping bags weeks ago , still haven’t received. Tried to reach out to customer service via emails and phone no reply or call back from the message I left . Assuming it’s a lost order but just can’t speak to anyone. Bad service

Beautiful, warm and organic, but runs small – ErgoPouch have got the art of temperature-for-sleep down to a T. In fact, their whole product range of TOG rated sleep pouches and clothing slots nicely into specific room temperature ranges, which is displayed in the free Room Thermometer and What to Wear Guide that comes with an ErgoPouch (which is really just a card - see photo). Really appeals… Read more

to parents with analytical minds who love to be organised!

Ergopouch cleverly markets their whole system as a solution for sleep - for both babies and parents. Room temperature is one thing, cluster feeding is another…

PROS

TOG rated Organic material feels beautiful and warm The ErgoCocoon is versatile: a swaddle which transforms into a sleeping bag via snap buttons at arm holes (see photo) Easy to dress baby in it Classic, timeless graphics to suit most tastes Excellent, organised system to ensure your baby is wearing the right weighted ErgoPouch with or without a onesie or singlet (easy to figure out on the card) Baby seems comfortable in it, with arms swaddled in or out through the arm holes

CONS

Runs small. My baby is fairly average in size; I purchased size 000 which is meant for ages 0 to 3 months. He is 6.5 weeks and the ErgoCocoon is already snug. I can’t really use it as a swaddle anymore as it’s too tight. Purchase size up!

The material is starting to pill after a few washes.

Ergopouch 4ever – I’m surprise at all the negative reviews! I LOVE ergopouch. It’s given me peace of mind being a first time mum that bub is always kept warm through winter being a July baby! Could not rave on about these sleep sacks enough… I always recommend them to mums when the topic of swaddling comes up. Ditch the swaddle and get an ergopouch! Show details

It's good but there's issues – It's ok but there's a few issues. Armholes are small so for chubby bubs it's tricky to fit armes thew. Seems narrow around the hips and when he stretches it goes over his face. Also he can escape too.im needing 3 layers of clothes and a blanket still to keep him warm Show details

Very narrow in legs/hips – There is no room for legs and I feel this may be dangerous for hip development. The shape should be much looser for babies comfort and development. Wish I could return these. Show details

The best swaddle bag – After wasting money on the love 2 dream arms up swaddles (my bub hated them), I bought an ergoPouch praying that it would be better, as these things aren't cheap! Thankfully it was amazing and bub slept so much better with her arms swaddled to her chest comfortably and not tight. Material is comfy and good quality. I love that there are snaps for… Read more

the arms to transition out. Now that she is arms out, I've just purchased the 3.5 tog sleeping bag. Only thing is they take forever to dry when you wash them, not convenient of you don't have a dryer.

We use them everyday – I am so reliant on my ergoPouch cocoon swaddles and sleeping bags. During winter I use 2.5 tog and 3.0 tog. It great knowing my baby is comfy and safe while she sleeps and in natural fibers. I try and have 3 on rotation so that there is always a clean one available to use (I use them for day naps too).  Show details

I love the warmth but it covered his face – I was so so so shocked, I got the 3-12 month 2.5 tog, and was fine for the first two nights until I woke with his face completely covered and I freaked out. It happened again at nap time, and I’m so gutted as it’s such a perfect temperature. But I’m scared to put him into it if it’ll cover his face when I’m not there. Show details

Baby loves this! – We purchased the rolling swaddle and sleepwear pack from ergo pouch and the product has not disappointed. Keeps bubs nice and warm and it’s perfect for cooler nights. I wish they had adult sizes!

Best sleeping bags that I've found – I've tried a number of different sleeping bags for my biys and ergopouch are easily the best. Both my boys wiggle and roam around their cots while they sleep so sleeping bags are a must. The quality of fabric and fit are great with all the sleeping bags - I have a selection from 0.3 to 3.5 tog - and maintain shape even after being washed multiple times. Show details

Loved these for winter bub who didn't like wrapping! – I loved these for my winter baby born August 2017. They were warm and fit nice and snug. She went to arms out early on, and the MCHN praised these bags as being better than the Love to dream ones. Now 19 months old and she's in the Ergopouch sleep suits. Love the brand! Show details

The best swaddle - my daughter loves it! – I used the 2.5 TOG ergopouch swaddle (0-3mth size) when my daughter was born (July 2018). For the first 2 weeks she liked her hands being down, but at 3 weeks she liked them up so i undid the poppers and she had her arms out and slept like a champ! From 6 weeks she slept through the night. I have since purchased another 2.5 TOG 1.0 TOG and a 0.3… Read more

TOG all in size 2-12mths. These are the only swaddles i have used, and will use as my daughter loves them and so do I!

They wash up great and i just put them in the dryer and haven't had any issues with zips or quality.

I swear by the ergo pouch and ergo cocoon! Easiest bag to use and so simple to transition Bubs from – So stoked! The Ergo Pouch saved us! Bubs hated being swaddled for the first few months, so when he transitioned to ErgoPouch he was free to move around and wriggle, but also safe and warm! The cocoon model was our first love, it saved us. We got more sleep and so did baby. Also very reasonably priced for the type of product you’re receiving.

Good Sleeping Bag – Started using this sleeping bag at 4months when bubs was breaking out of her swaddle and waking countless times during the night to be re-swaddled. We moved bubs into her own room the first night we used the 2.5tog arms tucked inside and she slept the whole night! It is stretchy which enables her to move around freely inside the sleeping bag… Read more

without being startled. This bag also enables the option of transitioning her arms out when bubs is ready. Only thing is whens she keeps moving inside the bag the sleeping bag can start to ride up to her face which is quite scary.

A must!! – When we brought Bub home for the first night, she was crying for hours and nothing could put her down until we put her into one of these sacks! Since then we have bought larger sacks and different Togs for the spring and summer. These things have been our life savers!

Nice product – I bought this for my 5 months old son. It is fantastic. He sleeps so well in the bag. I love the material. Only issue we had is some times the zip handle touches the neck of the baby. For one of the sleeping bag the press button lost in the night which was bit chocking hazard for the baby I felt. They replaced with new bag for me. However if they… Read more

Brilliant – My bub sleeps with his arms up and hates been swaddled. But this would cause him to wake as he would swing his arms everywhere and rub his face. He became a cronic cat napper and used to wake every 3 hours at night. I tried the ergo cocoon as he can still move his arms inside the sleeping bag but not rub his face. At first he didnt like it but now… Read more

Ok as a sleeping bag – This sleep bag is a lovely weight and fabric and fine if you use it as a sleeping bag.Unfortunately as a swaddle it is not great/safe as baby can lift their arms up inside so their face is covered by the thick fabric. the zip also bunches up around their face.it is also on the small side around the neck. My baby is 5.1 kilos and the 3-12 months is snug on her neck - no way it will fit her at 12 months of age.
