was over. I took it to the nearby Mercedes Benz showroom and they took a day to find the fault and gave me a report the next day and charged me 319$. They gave me a quotation of $8,000 to fix the back differential. I gave a call to Eric warranty and mentioned to them my cover is getting over the next day and the car is still with Benz showroom, will you be able to fix it. They instantly opened the claim number and told me not to worry, and I can bring in the car whenever I get it back from Mercedes Benz.

I got the car from the Benz showroom and took it to ATA workshop in Green square and got my car fixed for no out of pocket charge. Also Craig/John were so sweet and asked me to send them over the invoice Benz charged me and paid me the entire 319$.

Eric Insurance definitely helped me (irrespective of other reviews here). I will definitely get another service from Eric insurance if they continue to be around.

Avoid At all cost ! Unethical – Avoid At all cost ! Unethical in my Opinion. I tried to transfer policy when attempting to sell my car and they created obstacles time & time again. Lost my sale! I had 4 months remaining on my policy, so tried to cancel & get a fefund! They Charged me the same fee I was owed for remaining 4 months dollar for dollar. Shameful!!! Avoid. Show details

Slow response and don't make sense – Very difficult to deal with. They requested me to pay the transfer of ownership of the policy but refused to give me the policy Disclosure details document until after I have signed and paid the fee. Show details

DO NOT BUY WARRANTY FROM THESE PIRATES – Tried transferring a policy when I purchased a car through a dealer, ERIC does not allow the warranty to continue if you purchase a car through a dealer, so basically they discriminate against car dealers & have made money for nothing & will not honour the warranty... Scepticism unfounded – I purchased a car through an online auction and Eric’s warranty was purchased with the car. Reviews about similar products offered by other insurers had me sceptical that this was worth the paper it was written on. 4 months later the auto transmission in the car died. Transfer of Warranty – I have an extended warranty on my Ford Ranger. Only have had to use it once when an EGR Valve needed replacing. That was$850repair Paid before I picked up the car from the Ford dealer. Recently I emailed Eric regarding the possible selling of the Ranger and the transfer of the remainder of the warranty to the new owner. needed their permission . They covered 4 investigative hours of labour ( which they did not have to do ) as well as the purchase of parts and Installation of the new parts .. very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend them .

I always had doubt about Aftermarket Warranty. Thes guys have changed my mind – My 2012 Mini Countryman had a problem with the thermostat and it's housing. Skeptical - proved very wrong! – Due to less than favorable reports about the warranty insurance industry in general I was naturally very skeptical about submitting a claim to Eric Insurance after I experienced problems with my car's cooling system.
