Scam Website – I have purchased 1 item from their website Essential Mall Australia and i purchased for $28.70 NZ but they charge me $98.25 NZ and I've yet to receive any invoice through my email. Try many time contact them by Email no one reply. Please do not trust this company. They are scamming.

Zero response to post-sale query - Twice i have had an order issue and twice I have had no response – I will not be using this company again as they do not respond to any post sales queries. The first time they sent the incorrect product (I submitted a query 4 times with no response) and this second time, the perfume I ordered is either a dud product or a fake (again I have received no response to my query I have submitted).

Original Product – I placed order and received original product and received within time limit. i am happy customer of essentialmall. good purchase and totally satisfied with product because i am afraid of fake perfume but this is original.

Worst Internet shopping – In stock usually ship in one day..., took them 2days to email back to me to conform, then another 4 days to ship. 18days after still not received. Well at end I canceled my ordered and got refund. Funny thing is if it's on my way like they said how can they refund me before I return their product???? I think they never send it to me. After 3 weeks never seen product then they refund......

I have sent many emails regarding this product to essential mall, to receive one brief email in return, and phoned them with no response whatsoever. Every single day I am phoning them and emailing them trying to get some response from Essential mall. They say on their web page to leave a phone number if you want them to call you back, which I have done numerous times. I'm starting to wonder if they even bother contacting people and trying to organise some help with orders. I bought this as a 21st present the date has now passed, and I could give my daughter nothing for her birthday as I'm still waiting on this product or some communication to let me know what's happening with the item ordered. It is still sitting in my account with processing after the order. Item was exactly as described. One very happy customer to finally receive it. Thank you

Overcharged – After charging my credit card more than the advertised price I was informed the item was out of stock. This company needs to ensure items are in stock before charging for them.

been burned by other untrustworthy sites before. I was delighted to find that my parcel arrived the next morning, exactly as promised and I also received a prompt and very kind email response. Very Happy Customer – I ordered some French Perfume in a particular purse size spray size that I couldn't find in Australia any more and nor could I find it in duty free in UK, HK or Melbourne. 6 days later I have it! Apparently shipped out of Sweden with Australia Post delivering here so I am amazed. Speed of delivery Surprised not to be told surcharge for PayPal until I was about to pay.

Great Service – I ordered my favourite perfume at a great discounted price. It was dispatched immediately to Australia. Unfortunately when it was cleared by customs and sent to the Australia Post delivery warehouse, it was somehow lost. Very Happy Customer – After seeing my Clarins skincare products on special (41% off) I ordered the products during a weekend, which arrived on the following Thursday...a very speedy four working days. I got a little surprise on my credit card of an extra $2.89 as an Offshore Service Margin, but with the savings I made, this is one very happy customer.

Great Customer Service – I placed an order via the web site for gents frangrance for my husband for Xmas, but I unfortunately typed the incorrect PO address on order. Received an email telling me couldn't be delivered but was given choice for re-delivery or refund. Hopefully will receive it in time for Xmas, but if not, my fault!! Easy on line site

Fast Delivery – Although they ran out of one perfume that I ordered, they sent me the remaining of my order and also refunded the money for that item immediately. They have excellent and fast customer service. I ordered at the end of the week and early next week I could receive my whole order. The prices are reasonable and strongly recommended. So I emailed Essential Mall and they were very helpful - they simply said return the item to their store, and they gave me the option to choose something else. So I found something I liked, and ordered it.

Popped down to the post and sent the item from NZ to AU, and emailed tracking codes to them. Next day they sent me tracking codes for my replacement item!!

about 4 days later - I got the box, and not only was the fragrance I ordered in the box - but they also sent me an additional item as a gift.

How good is that for customer service!!!

Terrible – It is a con. I strongly doubt that this is a legitimate business. I guess a warning sign is the lack of phone number on the site. responded to my first query saying they would check and get back to me, but have not. They're now ignoring my emails. Am going to have to complain to the bank and hope they will reverse it. Will also complain to Fair Trading - reading the other reviews this is obviously pretty standard behaviour for them.

Quick and easysolution to gift buying this Valentine's Day – Yeah, this place was able to deliver to me in time for Valentine's Day, so I'm happy and my wife's happy. Hard to find perfume are made easy with Essential Mall – I'm thrilled with Essential Mall. I wear older and difficult to find perfumes, and I am delighted that they pretty much always have the things I want. Perhaps once in five years, a particular size of something wasn't in stock, but that resolved itself quite quickly.
