Unbelievable. Ordered in September 2024, seven months later still have not received. Initially had responses from them and they even sent a tracking number - but the number is invalid and never received the item, $130 lost and now being ghosted.
Scam!!!! Orders 2 pendants. I was told their were on back order from warehouse and to wait 3 weeks. After 3 weeks were unable to get any response. I was able to get a partial refund for Paypal
CROOKS, STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Ordered a sofa cover that never arrived, there customer service is nonexistent, no phone number. Lucky for me I got my money back through my bank. They should be shut down.

Australia Post tracking number (still very professional) and that is the last contact I had with them any movement of my product purchased had ceased. That was December 8, 2024 it is now January 22, 2025. I have emailed them 3 times with no answer. I will be reporting to bank to receive refund. On top of this, they have the gaul to keep sending me marketing emails. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Do yourself a favour and stay clear!! – have never received product ordered in October. tracking still says awaiting pickup by courier (7 Nov) It is now 6 Jan. I believe this may be a scam and have therefore reported this company to Scamwatch.

The company was highly resistant to accepting the return. Eventually, they agreed and promised a refund. However, after weeks of tracking, with Australia Post confirming delivery, they began making excuses to stall the refund process. I heard every excuse in the book: "The item hasn’t arrived," "The item needs to be examined," and "The item is yet to be located." It’s now been over three months, and I still haven’t received my refund.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid Estilo Living. Their practices are deceptive, and their customer service is abysmal.

Unfortunately I decided to buy two expensive bedside tables, payed 400 GBP for them. It took them ages to even ship the product, without allowing me to cancel the order because it was apparently in process of shipping for weeks on end. The delivery process was equally nontransparent and long. I received the bedside tables in two separate shipments 2 weeks apart, delivered by a company that does not send any delivery updates. There was a whole drama around how delivery company delivered the products, but review would be too long if I start writing about that as well. Most importantly the products were delivered to me in poor condition. The paint was cracked on both of them, even though they were packed well. This tells me that the products are just poorly made, it had nothing to do with delivery. This company sells cheaply made Chinese products for high price. They send polite emails while ghosting every single problem you have. I’m requesting full refund at the moment, but like with everything to do with this company, I’m expecting a complex and long process that is made like that on purpose so the customers give up. If you value your money, your time and your nerves DO NOT buy from this company!

Good outcome – Ok so I was nervous as I have never bought furniture online before, but I was happy with the outcome. I got two side tables and they're really pretty, I found similar ones online but at twice the price, so for what I paid, I was blown away. Shipping could've been quicker but overall good.
A great experience all round! – Really great service, especially from Kimberly, who answered all my questions and was super friendly. Loved the lights that I received, and the quality is excellent especially for the price compared to other places I looked online. SCAM!!! Do not order from this site. I placed an order in early December which never arrived and they responded to my first email giving me the option to wait longer or get a refund. I said I’d take the refund and surprise, surprise no refund ever came and now they don’t respond to emails!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

end of January I did a charge back through my bank. Then I heard from them, trying to convince me to not do the chargeback and they would issue a refund. I still went ahead with the chargeback as I do not trust them at this point. They told the bank the item was delivered to me. I'm not sure how they pulled that off, but I'm still working on fighting this. Do not purchase from this company!

Similar to other’s experience. I placed an order in Nov and by Feb still no delivery. Communication was only in response to my enquiries and essentially went nowhere. Fortunately my bank refunded the payment. I also have reported them to Scamwatch.
Abysmal service – I ordered a mirror, received an acknowledgement and nothing more. Estilo did not respond to two emails. I initiated a claim with Paypal who resolved the matter in my favour and refunded the payment. Judging by the number of similar reviews, this seems to be part of Estilo's business model.

Product not delivered, no response to enquires – Products not delivered. Initial enquiry received a response advising delivery had been delayed and would be shipped within days. That was approx, a month ago with no further communication and contact ignored. Appears to be a scam.

BUYER BEWARE - SCAM – BUYER BEWARE Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. They take your money and no product arrives. It's been two months since I made the order and my item never arrived and they've stopped communicating.
Don’t buy from company – Don’t buy off this site they are not genuine. I’ve been waiting since December for my order. They say they have run out and had to re-order . I’m now going the fraud company and my bank to see if I can get a refund and try and track these people down to stop the sort of bad behaviour.
