company informed me the product had been returned to sender, as the address on the package was incorrect and did not match that on my tax invoice. I contacted eStore again and was told this was a supplier error, and they would have the product to me by tomorrow. Surprise, surprise - no delivery! I contacted eStore again and was told the products were now missing. Many of my calls were not returned, and while staff were courteous, there was much passing of the buck to the supplier and the courier company, with limited taking of responsibility or resolution. My order was cancelled - a far from optimal outcome. A truly farcical experience!

go out the next day. Two days later the monitor arrived, but no docking station. I called and was told they'd call me back when they know what was wrong. They never called back.

After another three days I called again, asking why no docking station yet. I was told again that they would call me back. This time they did and told me that "the supplier" hadn't sent out the docking station because there has been a price increase. If I wanted my docking station I would have to pay another $34.

I found it unacceptable for a shop to advertise a price, send an invoice for that price, receive the money and then ask for more money. So I asked for the order to be cancelled.

It seems that estore is not a shop that holds stock, but rather an intermediary to other suppliers, who are the ones who send you the goods (or not as in my case). It also (at least in my case) is not ashamed to ask for extra payments after you paid their invoice in full.

estore then refunded the money for the docking station in full. I am sure there was no ill intent, no fraud and no shady scheme. But they have definitely not acted properly here.

I found another seller for my docking station, for a lower price and they sent me the station within days.

Terrible - been waiting 2+ months for a $30 order – Ordered a wireless keyboard + mouse, in March. Kept calling them on why they had still not shipped it. They kept saying supplier is sending stock tomorrow and we will ship early next week - they repeated same story 4 times - im now out of patience, and cancelling the order - hopefully they do process the refund in time! Crap service.

I have received no updates from them. I'm still waiting. Hopefully, they will refund some of my money if not this is pure fraud.

No reply and update since then. I requested for an update four days ago and still no update. In my mind, I take this as a fraud case; expecting no further response from them anymore.

Go elsewhere – I ordered a monitor 11/3/2016 and told "in stock" 1-2 delivery days after dispatch. 19 days later I had to call and chase up and was advised that E-Store received an email from their supplier last week to say the item was out of stock and they forgot to let me know. If I hadn't called no one would have ever let me know. I am now awaiting a refund. I don't have time for businesses like these.

Dishonest and horrible service – E-store being dishonest with my order status and intentionally delay customers orders. Do yourself a favor and call your bank for chargebacks/Paypal dispute. If you want more assurance check out below comments from other customers and also lookup their sister company Warcom's reviews. Good luck..

Bad experience and no one there to check on orders – Never use them as their service is non existence. I emailed first and there was no response after a couple of days I called and waited 30 minutes and when it was my turn the line just drop out. So I went to live chat and no response there either. Trying to dispute the matter with Paypal to get my money back.

Commenced a dispute today through paypal and within hours they refunded my money. Mind you estore didn't bother to tell me that but I had an email from paypal saying the dispute was closed as they had refunded my money.

They claim "Black Tie Service". Sadly for me it must have been a stubbies and singlet day, Certainly no black tie in sight.

I hope my review on here warns others considering a purchase. I only wish I had read this website before I ordered.

Do not use this company – I have held on the telephone on five separate occasions, a total of well over 120 minutes, only to have the line drop off. I have also sent two emails about my order and have not received any reply. I would not recommend this poor excuse for a store to my worst enemy. I agree with a previous reviewer - no star, or better still, five red warning stars would be more appropriate.

Do not Buy From This Company – This has to be the poorest customer service we have experienced to date. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy anything from this company. We purchased and paid for 3 scanners back on 26th Feb, we have been chasing a connote and delivery ETA with no luck. When you ring you get told you are 5-9 person on hold and have 15-20 minutes to wait. When you are the next person in line and it hits these times the phone line drops you.

We were successful once with an online chat - it lasted 45 minutes with periods where kristy disappeared 10-15 minutes. When she came back she advised she was on hold with company for con-note. Eventually she stated that they were emailing con-note and she would do likewise. Surprise surprise we still have NOT received this information.

Be very careful they have similar companies online with all the same problems experienced by estore - look at reviews for yourhomedepot and wowbaby, they are all the same.

We are now disputing the charges with the credit card company in order to try and recover our money.

We have just realised this is the same company we returned two scanners in July last year for refund as they were not compatible with our software. Again emails to Wayne regarding these returns is met with stunning silence. No refund was ever applied to our credit card.

I can not reinforce enough - Do Not Buy from this organisation. They are dodgy at the least.

the Customer Services number have ended in hanging up when it is my turn. This means starting the process again. As I type this, I am waiting online again. To request a refund this time. Customer service is atrocious and misleading. You've had my $319 for almost 2 months. A new customer gives you the opportunity to create a lasting good impression. Delivery never happend, Very POOR customer service – I ordered two Hard Disks and their site shows it was in stock and will ship in 24 hours. After one month still no news about my order. No clear answer and every time calling the number, after 15 minutes they just hang up my phone. One successful call, they told me next week you will get it but now 15 days passed and nothing happened. No status emails, no response to email, no contact form.

Slow delivery not shipped – I ordered a laptop and your site said it was in stock and ships in 24 hours. Ordered after 5 pm on a Tuesday, so expected it to ship on Thursday or Friday - no status emails no response to email contact form and online chat. Once was a good store - now poor poor service. Wanted this as a present for my sister. Would have just as well gone to Centrecomm and paid the $10 more. Crap.

Hopeless - "In Stock" means nothing – Ordered an item that was marked as "In Stock" on the website. 5 days later it hadn't shipped. I cancelled the order the next Monday after seeing all the bad reviews, then had to wait another 4 days for the refund. Dodgy as.

Avoid at all costs – Orders items that were 'in stock and ship within 24 hours'. Despite numerous unanswered emails/calls it takes them two weeks to tell me there is no stock. They offered a refund - two weeks later still awaiting refund, despite more unanswered calls/emails. Wish I read other reviews of this company before ordering from them - they clearly are a poorly run operation with a complete lack of customer service. Avoid at all costs
