They stated they would provide a refund once received. The item was subsequently returned back to me a week ago as the address was unknown. I’ve been emailing again and in the last 14 hours have been informed that the email address at esvedra no longer exists. Do not buy for this company it is a scam 100% a scam and I’ve now reported them accordingly so I encourage anyone to not buy from this fake website

I ordered some dresses which were not suitable. Before purchasing anything I confirmed what their return policy was just in case. They assured me that I could return the items for a full refund if they were not suitable. The dresses were returned in November and I have still not received my refund. I can see that they have arrived in China but nothing else. This is disgraceful!

according to website. This company trades in Aud dollars and website appears everything Australian, until you do actually want to return the product. Upon returning the product i was offered a 30% refund and keep the shoes. I didn't want to do this as i have already purchased something else. What this company fails to tell you is that you have to return the item to China with a customs declaration costing 36 aud. not really worth it for a 75 Aud pair of shoes. (unbranded) So, I have opted for the 30% refund. 27 emails later still no said refund. I also have to close my dispute with them before they will pay me the refund. So, the story is this company sends from China and sends back to China although looking very Australian. Australian owned and worldwide operated on website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible – The shop is NOT Australian it operates from China. The returns you have to send and pay for back to China. They cost $40 to you. And if not received back to China (unlikely) within 30 days you don’t get your money back. The product takes FOREVER to get to you. The sizing is VERY wrong. Do not buy from this store.

top/shorts set were not as advertised (different cut and colour). I was advised to pay $20AUD for return which I declined given the error was made on their end. I have requested a return and refund to which they were agreeable and on follow up, they are currently withholding the process while they "investigate." They fumble back and forth with a contradicting reply each time. Please do not entertain this nightmare of a situation.

No papers of return advice or any order slip with dress. Emailed them and for three months Lisa keeps sending me a generated letter telling me how valued I am and thanks for my patience, my order is on track. Overly priced for very poor quality items – DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. IT’S A SCAM! Poor quality clothes and shoes. They won’t refund your money if you make a return. They’re based in China not Australia. Worse than Temu because at least Temu has reasonable prices.
