The worst trading platform, sold all my shares without any notification !!!!!! I tried to contact customer service and was never answered. Still haven't received a reply from customer service. POS company closed my TSCM position with a drop to $212 on 2nd September 2025 whereas anywhere else you look online, tradingview etc, the drop was only to $225. They are scammers and manipulate charts per user to take money from you. Etoro are thieves

I tried ringing the 1800 ... number that I found on google to hear a computer say wrong number. You can't open a ticket on their website to chat to a human the website just sends you around in circles. Not disclosing fee associated with deposit. I deposited through my debit card. Charged heavily on the conversion fee. No info displayed on the screen and stealthily withdrawn from my account. US$500 trade and sold instantly. They have terrible spreads and I lost US$20 from this. Their currency exchange is horrible.

I lost an additional AUD$60 from the currency conversion on-top of the US$20. In the end I lost about AU$88

To top it off their refused to give me the US$50 - this is a frequent thing with eToro if you check [r/eToro](https://www.reddit.com/r/Etoro/).

They also charge US$5 to withdraw to your bank account, and they don't have PayID. It takes days for the deposit to reach you.

They also charge a fee for inactive accounts. Ridiculous.

I wasted so much time and energy on their issues and then chasing up my bonus. If I can stop one person from having to go through what I had to that's a good outcome.

Terrible – Scam site set up to take your money. Dont even trade in real cypto. Keeps your money for 2 weeks when you want to withdraw. This site should be shut down.

EToro compromised my account – ETORO COMPROMISED MY ACCOUNT almost as soon as I brought the shares they then cancelled my order overnight and held my funds, still trying to withdraw via financial ombudsman $21500k and they’ve charged me fees for the entire exercise. Initially, I signed up because they advertised no commission fees on stock transactions, but after joining, they started implementing fees. Additionally, the bonus referral program is deceptive. To make matters worse, their customer service is difficult to contact, lacking both direct chat and phone support.

privacy and security issue. The system won't allow me to go any further and process a refund until I submit my TFN, who the hell are they to withhold my funds from me. I want my refund, its been 4 days and still no proper assistance from customer service. This is a SCAM. They should make it very clear and upfront about what is required to be able to use the platform and not only revealed step after step during the verification process with the tax file number being asked for as the last step. That is not transparent and its a major issue that you can deposit money before this final stage and now they have trapped my money. Scam scam scam!
