were speaking to me like I made the mistake despite the invoice stating sizes M. They also wanted to charge me postage to send them back. I argued this respectfully and the best they could do was give me "store credits" (This is even worse now there's rumours they are closing down!). It wasn't until I mentioned I'll be complaining to consumer affairs that they responded by saying they would send me a new pair in size M as a one off "exception". Some of the correspondence wasn't written by someone here in Australia either. I believe the way the emails were written, it seemed like the person has either limited English or was using a transcription system. For an "Australian" company, it's pretty disappointing to say the very least. Another company I thought was great has really let me down and I'm reluctant to even consider buying from them again after the hassle I just went through to get what I paid for.

Awesome Shorts! – Bought some Golf Shorts and Chino Shorts for my partner and he loves it, the quality is fantastic and delivery was fast. I'm usually quite skeptical when ordering things online, but heard rave reviews about this brand and wanted to try it out. Exchanges were free too so no worries about getting the wrong size. Light Weight Golf Shorts – I purchased three pair of the lightweight golf shorts. As advertised, these shorts have plenty of stretch/give in the fit. Excellent fitting shorts which are great for golf or just casual wear. Quality material, these are great shorts. Farcical – I bought 10 items from these jokers and waited and waited. No tracking number, no dispatch email. I send them a msg on FB and also IG. No response. No phone number so you cant call. email again. Days go by. Surprise surprise, something else has gone out of stock. So I write back, wait days for a response. It just goes on and on. Don’t shop with these people, go to a bricks and mortar store and pay for things you’ll actually receive. I think I’ll have to dispute the transaction with PayPal and get my money back if they don’t show up soon

Avoid – Product sizes all over the place. They change the Terms and Conditions on all sale items to avoid returns. It's not a saving when you get wrong size and can't exchange. They offer 10% discount to buy more product that won't be true to size. Beware, stick with reputable brands Show details

Non delivery – I ordered 3 shirts and 2 shirts on 15 November. Still awaiting delivery. Whenever I contact them they issue a generic email promising to investigate. Not impressed!!

Misleading and deceptive – They have a AU store and bill you in AU$ but they charge your account in Singapore $, so expect foreign transaction fees from your bank.

Sizes run too small – Ordered 3 pairs of Signature Lounge Joggers in small and extra large which are our usual sizes. I verified this against their sizing chart. But all pairs are too tight :( Show details

Poor customer service – Placed an order for items that were apparently out of stock. Was not notified of this at all and only found out as I asked for a delivery update after 5 days of no correspondence. Was simply asked "how do you want to proceed"

Once liked, twice bitten on customer service = BYE BYE – Supported this brand for a couple of years, the shorts are reasonable when bought on sale especially the Ultima gym shorts. Shorts are not so great as is the situation if you change your mind for a refund, they hit you with a $9.90 so buyer beware and chose carefully! Very comfy – I have now brought 7 pairs of different types of shorts for my husband, and he lives in them. The waist is so comfortable for him which is his main objective as he has stomach issues. He has been complimented on the jean shorts as they look so nice on. Show details ·  1

Good pants but terrible customer service – I bought a pair of pants on sale and followed the sizing guide but the pants were too big, way too big. Maybe I was measuring wrong, who knows, regardless I was disappointed to find out I couldn’t exchange for a different size. I would have been happy to pay full price but instead my only option was to keep a pair of pants I couldn’t wear, and which still take up room in my draw. Show details

Eubi shorts are the best! – I have the lounge shorts and the swim shorts and both fit perfectly and incredibly comfortable. I especially like the swim shorts, they have fun designs and also have an inner mesh lining so you don't need to wear jocks! Show details ·  1

pick up a static charge from everything. I bought the 2 pack but the blue ones are definitely a different material to the grey ones, even silkier and more restrictive. These remind me of some things my Nan wore in the 80’s, she’d love them. I can’t gift them to her as she’s dead, so destined for the op shop.

Button popped off, same as another customer – Bought pair of Chino pants, seemed great for a while until the main button broke off, not the thread but the actual button itself broke. Pant size is not too small :) Reading similar stories. Customer support only offering 30% off a new pair, how is that allowed? Saying they only offer 6 months warranty, then this comes under wear and tear, then a discount? Just give a replacement! Show details

Worst shorts ever – According to my waist measurement I was XXL. They were far too big and don’t fit without tying the stupid string that the eyelet fell off within 2 months. They don’t stay up.
