Extremely impressed with Sam and Karl. They called us when they were 30 mins away and arrived on time. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Bed was installed perfectly and all packaging taken away. No mess was left behind. Extremely happy with the service provided today by both.

We visited the Castle Hill store on the weekend and were greeted by Jordan who was very helpful with choosing the right Lounge and fabric! We ordered later that evening via email where Kristine was very prompt in phoning me the next day to confirm and organise our purchase. She was very helpful throughout the process, we are very excited for delivery of our new lounge!

Could not have been any better. A message arrived about 1.5 hrs before they were due to advise us of their location and provide a link to track the truck in real time . Then Sam called me to advise us of ETA . Sam and Karl were absolutely amazing. Friendly, polite and efficient .
Our new lounges were assembled And placed where we wanted them and all of the packaging was removed.

King Living Delivery service is second to none

I was so impressed by the delivery service provided by king living. Sam and Karl turned up on time (which never happens with furniture deliveries!), they were friendly and professional and we were amazed at how quickly they assembled our new Delta lounge. They even took the time to show me how to re configure the lounge. They took away all of the packaging and left no mess at all. Thanks Sam and Karl. Highly recommended!

Suzzanah made our purchase decision easy. She sent us samples of the material we thought we wanted which allowed us to see how it would look in situ and advised us in advance of the wait times. Excellent Delivery Service

Sam & Karl provide a very good delivery service. They called to advise they were on their way and would be approx 15mins away which gave me an opportunity to be ready for the arrival of a new Bed & Mattress. They were very attentive and respectful of our home making sure not to touch/scratch the walls and removed their shoes as they were walking on carpet. They made sure the mattress fitted correctly and that the changeable covers purchased also fitted correctly. Highly recommend their delivery expertise.

The whole process of buying a lounge from King was excellent and easy! Suzzanah our assistant guided us through the process easily and effortlessly! The delivery guys quick and efficient to one small issue that was fixed the next day! And the lounge is beautiful and comfortable!

Sam and Karl Delivered our Delta III set, they kept us in the loop as to the expected time of arrival, as we were given a timeframe between 10am and 2pm, so it was nice to be notified in advance, when they were 20 minutes away. The guys unpacked all boxes and then asked us about how we wanted the sofa to be setup (as it is modular and we have many options). They also showed us how to make changes ourselves if we wish to do so later. So overall very friendly service, fast and efficient, great communication. Much appreciated!

The footrest of my Leon recliner has been hitting the round base. I lifted it up a little and it went back but not fully into position. Now when you push the buttons nothing happens. How do I fix that and also make it so the footrest doesn’t hit the base?

We have a King Dream 3 seater settee where one of the leg extenders won’t retract from the fully open position. There is clearly life on the extender button but nothing at all on the retractor button. Is there a simple fix or do I have to put out a service call?
