Hi Justine, I'm sorry to hear of this. It sounds as it is running on defrost mode (usually fan only). You may want to check that the bottom element has not blown as this could also be why there is not heat on that function. Thanks

Hey Ruben, where can I get parts and wiring diagram to get the one I own fixed. Thermosat replaced but still no go, technician can not find a fault. $249 inc his fee. Replaced the grill element another $260

The grill will not get hot, but just warm?

I guess the next thing it the gear switch !

any input would be great.

You will need to turn your oven off at the power and turn it back on and that clock will be flashing then you use the + button to go forward and - to go back then the middle button sets it

The rotisserie will work on all oven functions. Simply insert rotisserie bar into the drive socket.

Mine only works with the fan function on, is that how it’s meant to work?

The issues have been "fixed", but have no confidence in the product. The replacement was faulty within months. Their preferred technicians to carry out repairs etc are extremely poor on customer service, not calling or following up as promised, rude and dismissive. Cancel your order while you still can!

I would absolutely reccomend this oven, i love it i have a small problem with the internal light but that is all and it is in the process of being rectified the stuff that I had spoke to on the phone were absolutely fantastic and could not be more helpful

Thermostats are faulty with this model. Get a replacement oven. Do not settle for a fix of parts as the constant heating damages other areas of the oven such as seals, circuitry, knobs, glass doors have blown out on some. Taken us almost 4-5 years and the replacement we got was faulty within months.

Get a brand new oven off then, or full refund if you can.

Demand a replacement oven. So many various issues, with so much risk to the owners and families. If our replacement breaks again, we will be requesting full refund and buy another brand.

Hi Leanne contact Euromaid It will not be you I'm sorry you made the same mistake as me & others in buying this product..read other worrying reviews. The one I purchased for my elderly parents had to be replaced. So many issues I regret not paying more and buy another brand. All the best .. consumer rights

We had years of problems, terrible oven and worse customer service from Euromaid and their contracted technicians. We finally got a replacement oven, but told we wouldn't get a new warranty period from date of install. Get a refund, buy something else. Current oven working ok, but would never choose Euromaid again.

The FC9PS requires you to use the timer for the oven to operate. Alternatively, you can select manual mode by pressing the function button. If you need some further assistance feel free to give us a call on 1800 444 357.

ok I get the whole press the function button, but have no idea how to identify it's in manual mode, I spent two hours in front of the oven following the timer instructions and no matter what I did the oven wouldn't turn on - I work in IT, if I can't understand how to use this, god help others!

I bought this for my parents. so I have not used it sorry.they had huge Issues with oven wiring. we have already had to send the first stove /Ovens back due to faulty wiring and issues with the first oven which I read online is an issue for others. after I had put the order in.

So phone them it can't be that hard unless it has fault. Kind regards Sue

Already had the first oven replaced. The fan would not work. Looking at other reviews big mistake buying this as a gift for my elderly parents .. Sorry not having much luck with this brand at all.

Hi Andrew, My best response will be to contact where you purchased the oven from and ask them for a full refund and purchase a Westinghouse Oven instead. There are better ovens out there that do not explode. Highly recommend just getting a full refund and buy another better oven.
