We bought the Kin dining chair in navy. The ordering process was easy. The quality is good — both timber and fabric. My only minor complaint is that the fabric holds dirty and crumbs etc and not as easily to clean as other fabrics.

Love my square hideaway coffee table. Looks amazing and great storage. I am now an Eva fan - slideaway sofa bed, dining table and coffee table. Ordered from Melbourne showroom. Great service.

Outstanding customer service - even when I returned the sofa I bought a sofa from Eva, it was of great quality, but unfortunately, it didn’t fit my space. delivery was smooth and on time, communication was clear and friendly, and when I first asked about an exchange, and later about a return, there were absolutely no issues or pressure at all.

The pickup was organised quickly, free of charge, and everything happened exactly as promised. What impressed me the most was that my refund was processed immediately and I received the funds the very next day.

Even though I couldn’t keep the sofa, I would highly recommend Eva without hesitation. This is the kind of service I wish more companies in Australia offered. I hope to be a customer again in the future, because service like this is rare and genuinely appreciated.

Lacking in customer service – Ordered sofa bed, delivery was suppose to be between 9th Dec to 16th of Dec. Still has not arrived. really giving me a direct answer to what is happening. Finally have tracking number. Rang Pep transport, even they don't know what is happening, cant locate item. I ordered the sofa bed for visitors over Christmas. :( The pull out sofa finally arrive, however sadly 2 of the side cushion covers had broken zips. Contacted the agent and they advised they would send out replacements..... 4 months later still waiting. Its a shame on the service because the product is good, minus the zips on side cushion covers. The lounge is good quality, the only issue I have is I had to secure to wall as when I tried to pull out the sofa part the whole sofa moves. This is because it is on hardwood floors, might not happen on carpet. However, still happy with the purchase, but extremely disappointed with the service. Still waiting on replacement cushion covers..... Also notice there are great reviews on google reviews, however I could not find anywhere I could go to add a google review. At first just thought it was a one off, but because I am still having the same issue with replacement cushion covers I am seeing pattern.

together on his own, he said it was easy. Together we did covers, with one pushing down on pillow, whilst one zips. I thought the light coloured wood may look cheap, not at all! The slats for the bed are sturdy I love when you sit as a sofa, the seating is nice and deep and we both find super comfortable. I read from the team at EVA on a review, to put wax on slats for the pull out to bed. Fantastic tip, I did this and I can slide in and out without help. True double bed size, when pulled out. Pillows Cushions are comfortable, We have also been using as a day bed watching the footy. I have always had leather sofa, first cloth ever and couldn’t believe I spilt an entire cup of tea first night, swabbed it up and it just came out no water marks the following day on fabric. Tip- even though the underlay also has a washable cover I have since bought a waterproof single size cover for under the sofa covers as added protection for the undercover ( for the sitting part only) I feel confident that I can wash all covers anyway. I have had correspondence since… about their generous end of financial year sale, again they respond promptly, and do there best to accomodate all your requests, questions All this and a 5 year structure guarantee You can wash the covers Interchange other colours if you wish. They said there design team might be looking at other dark colours for fabric and wood later, I would definitely buy a charcoal colour cover set in future Who knows maybe another sofa bed! Thankyou

We bought hemp linen sheets 5 months ago - they have been great. They have softened over time with a few washes and are so comfy to sleep in. They give off some dust initially as you expect with linen - little fabric fragments - but this has also reduced with a few washes. No issues to complain of, will buy again.

Mattress topper was great for adding extra structure after I realised that my back prefers. I wouldn't mind if it was even stiffer but that might be a bit too niche to work for most people

I bought the Eva pillow last year and I already find it difficult to sleep without. It’s very comfortable, not hard at all but not really soft either, and hasn’t lost its shape. I don’t use any other pillows now

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I trialed a mattress and the returns process has been the biggest joke and stuff around. The mattress has finally been picked up by Salvos and I am still waiting for my money months later. They are not proactive or helpful. My order wasn't dispatched for 3 days after i reveiced an email "ready to ship" and I contacted customer service, they said they provided me the wrong tracking number and asked to wait for the package as the order status from their side said "in transit". of the return process and booked a return pick up for 7am (outside of their 8-5pm delivery window). It was pretty awkward for the delivery guy when he woke us up. He apologised profusely and showed us that the return had been arranged for 7am by Eva. Can't be bothered explaining the other things that went wrong because it's so boring but the process was as far from seamless as can be...

Awesome pillow. Supportive and comfy. Has very easily become my favourite. I am doing this review as part of a promo to get a $50 voucher.. and I’m only doing it so I can use the voucher to buy another one! Highly recommend!

The Eva Sideaway Matress Topper has been the best addition to our Eva Sideaway couch. It adds extra comfort when folded out as a bed yet does not takeaway from the comfort of our beautiful couch.

The bed is well designed. We ordered a king bed. It’s really solid and the quality is excellent. Loved the way it assembled together and every part fitted perfectly. It’s very comfortable to sleep on as there’s no movement or squeaks. We were extremely happy with the communication we received about delivery from Eva as well. Best sleep we’ve had in years! No more back pain or numbness. I have severe cervical stenosis and this mattress has improved my quality of sleep 10 fold. No partver disturbance even with a toddler in the bed. 10/10 Show reply

We purchased the slide away sofa bed and it's a really great product particularly for small spaces that need to double as a living space and occasional bedroom. It's comfortable and really easy to use. We've also found that you don't need to pull out the whole bed if there is just one person. The customer service we received at EVA was also amazing. We had a few issues crop up and they were easy to contact, super responsive and friendly and also very good at resolving the issues. They definitely put their customer first, we spoke to a few different staff for a few different issues and every experience was the same. Really pleased with our experience overall and the product is also really great.

We bought this for our spare room - and it has proved to be excellent. It's a firm bed to sleep on but very comfortable. If you're over 6 ft tall it may require you to sleep diagonally though. I really love my Eva everyday sofa. I’m about to move to a larger place and get a new cover and add more modules, this kind of flexibility is why I bought it. Also, I was very hard pressed to find anything else as well made and chic at the same price point.
