Eva were also great to deal with, there were fairly lengthy delays in the shipping but my customer service agent, Camille, was super helpful and responsive and ensured I got my shipping cost refunded due to the delay in receiving my mattress.

Customer service was very communicative and responsive throughout the whole process . Mattress was firm and comfortable. But zoning wasn't good balance for neck support. However could be due to my neck injury. Show details ·  1

The sofa bed, unlike many others slides out so that you sleep from the side end to side end, rather than from the "bedhead". The design gives greater choice of setting up the bed in a small space. contact me regarding when it would be delivered. By Tuesday the 4th of January I had heard nothing of my order. All good, busy holiday period, Ill just ring them to check in to find out when I can expect a delivery. No answer, customer staff are busy, so I leave a message. This is all to get information that I SHOULD BE PROVIDED ALREADY. No reply to my message so I call again on Wednesday, again everyone is busy, so I leave another message. It is now the 10 of January and I have still not had any correspondence from this company via either email or telephone to tell me what is going on with my order, which according to their website was able to be delivered the next day.

Sure you may be busy, so the delivery time may be longer, but the complete disrespect to the customer to A) not tell them this information after they have given you nearly $1000 of their money and B) not reply to any of their attempts to get in contact with you whatsoever shows an appalling inadequacy and reflects poorly on your business.

I will not be recommending this product to anyone no matter how good their products are when they finally do arrive.

would have had to send it back). As other reviewers have noted the head board is really wobbly, which is a real flaw in the design. Mattress is okay. The Eva pillows however are extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. If you take the white outer cover off, which they say makes it softer, it makes very little difference, and because the inner is charcoal coloured it makes the the pillows look dirty when using white bed linen. I was going to return them, but the 120 day return policy applies to 1 pillow per household, which I was quite disappointing as they weren't cheap and I bought them based on the 120 day return policy. No one in the family can sleep on the pillows, as they are just super uncomfortable and you wake up with a headache and a sore neck. Wouldn't recommend.

Too firm for me but customer service was great – Ordered the Eva on recommendation from a friend. I ended up with an extended trial period because COVID-19 prevented returns for a while so I tried it for about 5 months. Unfortunately I found it way too firm for my liking. The other thing I didn't love about it was how heavy it was. It's a big mattress and lifting it to change the sheets would be a challenge for a smaller person.

Having said that, it did seem really sturdy and well constructed. I think the quality was good, it just wasn't the right fit for me personally.

The thing I was most impressed with was the customer service. The company was very responsive and usually replied to emails within a few hours. The return process was easy. So if you're after a pretty solid mattress and want to give it a go, there's no harm in trying.

Mattress has been great, no complaints about the product. The delivery of the product however was not great. No notification, no knock on the door, just left outside the front door even though there was people inside the residence the entire day. Another Eva mattress – This is my second Eva mattress so I was already sure of the quality I could expect. Still using the first one too so I know they lost. Best decision I’ve made in a long time – My hip pain has nearly gone! I’m sleeping in longer brackets ( I used to wake up every 2-3 hours in pain ) I actually made 6 hours one night! I tell all my friends about my purchase. The only grief I have is that it should have handles on the side of the mattress instead of the top and bottom. Best sleep I’ve had in years – Have only had the mattress a few weeks. I have a bad back but by the second night, I noticed it was easier to get out of bed. The mattress is firm but soft. Only time will tell if it holds it’s shape and comfort for the long haul. Show details ·  1

money. Unlike a lot of foam mattresses, this one stays cool and has a great bounce to it, but without disturbing your partner. Strong recommendation.

Winner – This bed frame is amazing! I was hesitant about the height initially but it is so perfect! I can still store stuff underneath but I love seeing the timber and the cord holders are so handy! was getting on a consistent basis and for weeks i was smiling when i plopped down on it such was the difference. The support and comfort is top notch and my sleep has been as good as ever, or is it Eva. Have noticed no wear or tear or problems with the mattress.

On a side note i also nabbed a (satin type) duvet set (ordered wrong but my fault and was happy to keep) and then a set of sheets of the same ilk. Unfortunately both pillow covers tore in the first few months as did the mattress cover (on one of the side seams) well later around the 10 month mark. The cover is a very tight fit and perhaps that contributed.

I've left the mattress review at 5 stars as it has been fantastic and the sheets were a separate issue.
