if I wanted to return it. I also needed to buy it on a payment plan and EVA had many options.

To be honest, I still wasn’t convinced I had made the right choice.

I suffer with cervical stenosis (severe neck pain), left hip tendonitis and is very painful to sleep on that side, right shoulder tendonitis and bursitis and hard to sleep on that side too - I am a side sleeper and sleeping on both sides of my body I’m always in severe pain and this keeps me awake all night, tossing and turning.

I needed help to get the king mattress out of the box and to unpack. It was heavy, so be aware if you aren’t strong enough, get some help.

The minute I took it out of the outer plastic it poofed up quickly and was easy to move into place.

I have been sleeping on the mattress for 9 nights now and I also purchased the pillow.

I am absolutely amazed how better I sleep, like a baby, the pressure on my hip and shoulder has decreased and the neck pain is under control with the pillow.

This review is the honest truth, I’m so pleased I chose EVA, I’m about to throw my old faithful mattress and pillow out, I won’t be going back. I actually love going to bed now knowing I’m going to sleep better with less pain.

The Eva mattress has been undoubtedly the absolute best mattress we have owned in our 34 years married. Forget spending thousands on the big brands that normally charge delivery fee & are difficult to get up staircases . The Eva mattress was free delivery easy to lift up our staircase ( we have a 2 storey home ) and was set up in less than 5 mins! The comfort level has far exceeded my expectations. There is absolutely No partner disturbance and I’m sleeping so much better as it is firm & supportive but with a plush feel too . I honestly highly recommend the Eva mattress , it is excellent value , wonderful customer service & ordering is made so easy & very flexible with delivery . So happy my niece recommend Eva Mattresses to me ! It saved me $ thousands AND I am now telling my friends about it.

You must try it, just perfection! – Might be the best mattress I’ve ever owned! Good and firm, finally I’m not waking up with aches and pains any more. But it’s also super soft and plush on the very top layer, so I sink in just the right amount and when I turn over, I don’t feel like I’m rolling over a hard surface. Mattress is very comfortable and I feel i sleep better. There is a bit of an imprint where i usually lay. Huge downside - mattress is so heavy to lift that both my partner and I struggle to lift the edges to tuck in sheets etc when making the bed. There is no way we can make the bed on own own. We probably would not purchase another Eva mattress for that reason alone.

Worst experience ever! – Worst experience ever. The Delivery person was extremely rude. Arrived early before the delivery time at 9am, and refused to wait for 5 mins! the purchase - looks like there has been similar bad experience from others. I will never buy from Eva again, there are so many great options in the market.

No stock on day of scheduled delivery, no more stock until next year – We ordered in November a couple of classic King sized mattresses as we are moving into a new house. On the day of delivery we received an email saying that they no longer had stock and wouldn’t be available until mid January. This has left us in a difficult position. Show details

We have had the king size comfort classic mattress now for a year and overall pretty happy with it. The only downsize is it is a little on the soft side and its lacking edge support. But otherwise it’s a decent mattress for it’s price.

The mattress is as comfortable as you can get; firstly, from delivery to your door to the ease (and satisfaction) of slicing open the wrapping, you instantly have a good night sleep and don't disturb your sleeping buddy... Show details ·  1

We have 5 of these in our household - no complaints yet! – I purchased 5 of these for our new home. 1 King and 4 Queens. I bought them as they have pocket springs at the bottom as well as the memory foam layer. I am sleeping like a log. I have had no complaints from any of my family. The mattresses are just over a year old and none of them are sagging. They have all maintained their firmness. I love getting in to bed - it is so comfy and supportive. Very happy. Show details

Sunk during warranty period – We bought King size mattress, which is sinking from the middle. Unable to sleep on this matteres. Still under warranty, issue was reported to customer service. comfortable bed but good luck with finding fitted sheets that will fit it – The eva mattress is comfortable, we purchased the king size, but realised we couldn't find fitted sheets to fit! Their standard fitted king sheet size is 180cm x 203cm Eva's is 183cm x 203cm therefore the width of the sheet will not grab or fit. Take this into account before purchasing. I looked at Sheridan, Pure Zone, Target, Temple and Webster, Kmart, Spotlight, Adairs and they all do not fit. Show details

Everything they said it would be – Although only have had the King size mattress a few weeks we are at this stage very happy with it. It was delivered to us in Tasmania within 2 working days of ordering and it was packaged magnificently. good 10 year warranty and a 365 day trial period. Much easier to handle and turn around than our other mattress.

washable cover, sale price, and the option to customise the firmness. It is very comfortable. It's like sleeping on a cloud, without being too soft. It's supportive. I'm loving my new Eva mattress. My husband is a builder, so has aches and pains. So far he finds the mattress very comfortable and supportive and is staying asleep for longer. We've only had the mattress for 1 month, but so far so good (very happy).

My Eva King mattress is so uncomfortable – We have been sleeping on this mattress for nearly a year and it is extremely uncomfortable. Initially it was bearable and thought we just needed time to adjust to the firmness. Months on and we complain nightly. It is so firm with no give and the springs dig into your hips!
