from where I was sleeping. So I rolled over to the firmer side and found that to work just fine. I rotated the mattress regularly to make sure I didn’t wear out one spot so figured I was just due to rotate it again. Now it’s been approximately 2 years and I have never had a mattress as uncomfortable as this. It would qualify for “sagging” but the foam has definitely lost its firmness much quicker than any other mattress I’ve ever owned. I’ve also never had any other mattress that only lasted 2 years before it needed replacing. Some nights my back hurts so much from the bed that I choose to sleep on the couch instead for the rest of the night. I would only ever suggest this mattress for a guest bedroom. Because after 2 years you’ll be wishing you spent the same amount of money at an average mattress retailer.

would occasionally get with the Ikea mattress. So far the mattress feels like it will last decently as well which is pleasing. The only negative from this whole experience was the delivery part - they asked me to pick a day when I ordered, and on that day I didn't hear anything from the delivery partner, so I followed up 10 minutes before the end of the delivery window and was told that there were issues with collecting my mattress from their warehouse and that they would get back to me. 20 minutes later I got a call back from them saying they'd get in touch with next steps, and when I asked if that meant redelivery on another day they said that would be likely but they'd call to confirm before anything happened. I then left for dinner and 20 minutes after I'd left, I got a call from the delivery driver saying he was 20 minutes away from my place. A really disorganised experience and quite frustrating on my end, but none of this is directly Eva's fault so I've not removed any stars for that.

Finally, a good night’s sleep! – I ordered the mattress because I’d only been getting maybe 5 hours of sleep each night. If I slept any longer, I’d wake up feeling like I was in a train wreck. of research of mattresses and firmness ratings, and springs and materials and found two or three that met my requirements. The mattress itself was competitively priced and in the range I wanted to spend.

But what sold me on Eva was the bundled bed frame that allowed me to keep my mobile devices near…. A sturdy built frame with a few modifications that made my inner techie smile. It was simple to put together, too!

The delivery was the following day and it all came in two big boxes. The mattress in a large wheeled box that, though heavy, was manageable because of the well thought out box design.

We spent 10 minutes putting the beautiful wood frame together. All simple hand screws and well finished slats and slots. Easy as pie.

The mattress was a bit more cumbersome because of the weight, but once removed from the box, expanded into the correct size in no time. It was a thing of beauty compared to our old 20 year old mattress!

It’s been a few months since buying this mattress and frame. My experience has been thus:

The frame is perfect, I love it and am pleased I splurged to get it despite the fact that I didn’t REALLY need a new frame. This was a last second upgrade. No regrets.

The mattress was a bit more difficult to judge. I think there was a good month or so where sleeping still wasn’t comfortable. In all honesty, we were so used to our old mattress, it just took a bit for us to settle into the new one.

There is definitely less bouncy movement in the new mattress, something that I hadn’t realised I’d have to get used to. When my partner turns over in the night, or gets out of bed, I don’t even notice!

The firmness was about the same as our old mattress, but because of the zoned springs, it too took some getting used to, but in a good way.

After several weeks, we both love the new mattress and frame. The quality of our sleep has definitely improved, with deeper, more relaxed sleep, even if we do still get up multiple times during the night. Old age sucks!

My purchase was well worth the investment and I’m very very pleased.

The quality is great and has been perfect for my partner, but as someone with a larger athletic build, my back has been incredibly sore in the mornings. I don't find the mattress to be as firm as advertised. Show reply

I have both Eva and Emma mattress and I would say that Eva has been better - no sagging over the years. I have back pain with Emma upon waking up but never with Eva mattress. I should have bought Eva but my Emma is already out of warranty Show details ·  1

Good for the first 2 -3 years but my partner and I are both having back pain issues. There is a dent in the middle of the mattress though we tend to sleep on our separate sides. Have been rotating it every few months and can't fathom why this is happening. Probably won't be buying another Eva. Show details

directly in the middle of the mattress and it feels completely different, highlighting how little support is left where we usually lie. I don't possibly know how this mattress could last for 10 years if it's like this at not quite 6.

We found the mattress a little too firm for us, but with a topper we’ve adjusted to it. The down side though is now all our sheets are a tight fit. I’ve had a few box mattresses over the time - and they all seem a bit too firm for me! Show details

The mattress arrived quickly and the unpacking process was very high quality. The mattress has received only praise from my pregnant wife and she’s gotten the best sleep she’s had in a long time even only the the first few days of having the mattress. For me the mattress does feel a little firmer than I expected but we shall see if that changes a bit in the adjustment period. Show details

Honestly a great product. Very easy delivery which is why I bought it and it is decently comfortable. It is a bit on the firmer side so it’s great when sleeping on the back but is not 100% comfortable when side sleeping. The only negative points are that it is quite heavy, makes moving it difficult if you are by yourself. However after 1 year of use the quality has held up very well! Show details ·  2

We bought an Eva mattress a few years ago for our eldest and it’s been perfect. It’s incredibly comfortable with just the right balance of softness and support. After five years it still looks and feels like new. When our younger son outgrew his single bed, we didn’t waste too much time shopping around. The mattress has a very good support. We used to sleep on futon mattress as we preferred sleeping on the firm mattress, but sagging was the problem. Eva Comfort Classic mattress is extremely comfortable to sleep on with its medium to hard firmness. held onto our mattress for 5 years before replacing it when we moved houses, that’s how much we loved it. Highly recommend Eva mattresses if you’re after comfort and quality that lasts.

Good spacious and comfy bed. I think my skin is sensitive so the first time I had ton of allergic reactions like hives and urticaria. However, after getting use to it have lessened. Otherwise great bed if you dont have any skin allergies.
