If I could give negative 5 stars I would – I called a company "all clear plumbing" whom advertised $0 callout fee and $69 drain unblocking. Two plumbers from Everflo turned up and they charged me over $1000 to just pour some drain cleaner down the drain and use a plunger. Obviously it didn't work. I got a second plumber out who cleared my drain for <$400.

I tried to contact everflo multiple times, no one ever helped or got back to me. Then they are now in liquidation. They wasted my time and my money and are absolute crooks. They're operating out of multiple business names.

I contacted the building association and put in a complaint however they said they could do nothing because the only deal with individually registered plumbers and I could nto give them that information. Thank godness I didn't go ahead with their recommendations.!!!!!!

Everflo is in Liquidation – I have sent them a VCAT Tribunal order to repay me $ 2000 for a job that was not necessary. Just called and discovered that they are in Liquidation. Sent them to jail!

Overpriced prey on those in need – Got them to come on Sunday due to emergency plumbing incident, was charged $179 for call out to find out a $1700 quote to repair a birst pipe which took 10 minutes to fix. Would not recommend them

Zero Stars, DO NOT USED THEM, THIEF – I called Everflo plumbung due to a leaking hot water system. The plumber provide me a quote and suggested an upgrade of our gas without any mention as to why nor that it was poor condition. the gas line. After paying the balance we find out the water unit they charged was very expensive. We also discovered after 2 months the gas line wasn't replaced. I had paid them for work which they did not do. I had sent them many emails asking for a refund but they refused to refund my money of $1900. I made an application to VCAT for an order and attended the hearing. Manager still refused to refund my money. I have logged an affidavit of Judgement against this company to the Magistrate court. I have reported to the Plumber Industry Commission to try to stop these plumbers trading and taking monies from the customer.

0 stars, rip off! – Nothing has been done but they have charged over 1200. Their callout fee ended up 89 plus 179. Apparently they have multiple names, I have called a different company but Everflo showed up. You see this company name's name on a quote, do not pay anything, call another plumber you'll save thousands.

Find someone else – They do the job but they do not tell the truth. I was told they would need to cut through concrete and they didn’t, also that it would take most of the day and it took 2hrs at the most. They rip you off??

Wanted to give ZERO stars but not an option - Do not used these theifs – I needed to change 1 tap in the shower. Guy quoted $340 if all was straight forward. I said OK. He took 15min to finish the job. Took my credit card and without out even advising me of any variation to the quote, he took my credit card and charged me $700. I was livid. Spoke to head office and got no where. I will report to ACCC.

Do not use these guys – They tried to charge us $500 to unblock our drain. We reached a verbal agreement that for that price he would also unblock our bathroom drain but the plumber hardly applied himself to fix this drain and made some excuse to conclude that it could not be unblocked. scam and total rip off. Some of their standard contract term is also unlawful and we will be reporting them to ACCC.

They are con artists do not use them – They gave me a quote and asked me to sign up front. As soon as I signed they debited around about $1560. I cancelled within an hour after I found from three different plumbing quotes and two hardware sources that they had overcharged me. they refused to give it back even though no work was done except I was given a quote. In the first place they never mentioned there was a fee for a quote. Which would of steered me away from them in the first place. I thought they would withdraw money as they ordered the material. It wasn't even a deposit they took the whole full amount. Blocked Toilet – Extremely expensive $250 to unblock toilet. 10 minutes work with plunger!!!! Tried to upsell from the minute he arrived. Will not use again. More importantly they advertise no call out fee. You ring and its $40 . Very very disappointing.

Wastage of time – Just sucks your money. Never ever use them. Just ripping you off that's all. I called them for pipes broken but they charged me for 16000 dollars.

Please do not use this guys – Very unprofessional and rude. Asked for money upfront and then dont show up in time. You get someone else to do the job and they still bill you $196.90 even without showing up!!! I must get my money back. You picked on the wrong person.

Thief’s totally sucks your money doing nothing – I am shock these plumbers charged me $6000 for three hours to fix the toilet blockage. But didn’t fix and run away with $6000. Please call someone else.

Absolute Rip Off Merchants – We employed these plumbers for an emergency situation with a Septic Tank. They requested that all monies be paid up front before any work would be done. Sent him packing – Came out looked at it then he said I need to write up a quote $715 plus gst 30 mins work.

Business model is to make money by ripping people off – When I asked for a weekend call out I was told there would be a $179 call out fee which was actually $196. the everflow quote book which is very scripted, so why couldn’t I be quoted before committing to the callout fee? Now I have committed to paying $179 which is actually $196 only to be told that the service would be about $940 ($750+25% for weekend rate) and $100 in parts!!! To fix a snapped pipe and install a tap! So I refused to pay that much and went to Bunnings, spent $39.10 and fixed it my self with proper fittings in about 30 minutes. They still walked away with my $196 for doing absolutely nothing. It seemed like the refused to give me a even a rough quote because they knew they wouldn’t make any money out of me. Go elsewhere!

Calculated Con – We had a pin hole leak in a galvanised pipe under the house. They stung us a 170 bucks call out fee which i guess we expected. top of the $179 call out fee. Over $600 for $15 worth of parts and maybe 20 mins of labour. I said no to the quote and they walked away with $179 for 10 mins.

Now my question is how many times does this happy

They get called out and quote ridiculous and just walk away with nearly $200.

I believe it’s a legal scam that they have come up with because they aren’t actually doing anything wrong.

They are just a couple of crooks.

Great company with amazing service and equipment – Young man ..Callum working for this company was very patient and knowledgeable. Tracked down the problems in water pipes and offered solutions for a fair price. Highly recommend their services. .....and will use them for ongoing work.

Fair price and very efficient! – Adam from Everflo plumbing came to fix a downpipe on my roof to stop water damage. After receiving multiple exorbitant quotes from other plumbing companies, Adam came to assess the issue, quoted a fair price and fixed the problem on the spot. He even spray painted the pipe to match my tiles. Great quality work, would highly recommend this plumber.

Simply Honest Service – I have hired them to do the the gas connection works for my home. they been very honest from the start to finish can't be any better. Ever Flo Pluming is highly recommended. If someones after honest and reliable plumbing services i would highly recommend them

Great service – r my grandaughters 2nd birthday party to find someone had bent our hose pipe outside, googled the local plumber and found everflo plumbing, about 40 minutes late (today on a Sunday) Callum arrived to my place, quoted me $445 to replace the hose pipe, and hose tap. Very happy with the service and price. I’ve already reocmommend you guys to my friends and family!

Honesty goes a long way – I have a rental property in Melton and from the annual gas check I was informed by the real estate there was a problem and to fix it it was going to cost me $2500 I phoned everflo plumbing for a second quote they sent one of their plumbers out who informed me that he was going to contact the manufacturer because the system was less than 10 years… Read more

old it should still be under warranty I live in Sydney so really on what trades to tell me if I had not asked for this second quote I would have been out $2500 you can rest assure that I will be using Everflo for any further gas needs it’s not often you get such a honest company I for one didn’t think they were out there

Call Someone Else!!! – Charged us over $700 for a 20 minute visit. Didn't fix the problem (blocked sewer) but DID quote over $5,000 to fix an alleged broken pipe. Total con merchants, steer well clear – On the first day of moving in to our property we couldn't get the water heater working so called Everflo. The chap that came round was nice enough and told us the unit was broken and it was going to cost us $5,700 for a new unit installed. later that we had been massively overcharged. On looking up the cost of the heating unit at $750 this meant they had charged us the best part of $5,000 for a 7 hour install, i know they have overheads as a business but that is just blatant ripping off people in a bad situation.

Extremely disappointing service – We called Everflo Plumbing to come out and take a look at our rainwater tank pump which was playing up. After a few minutes of tinkering around without saying anything to us, the plumber told us that he had done a "major service" on the pump (without actually quoting this to us or confirming with us first) and that it was going to cost over $750.… Read more

He then charged me 25% GST (which they later tried to claim was a "clerical error"). A week later and the issue is still not resolved with our pump and the company has refused to refund me the overcharge of GST. I would be very wary dealing with this company.

Definitely avoid! – Anyone considering having any plumbing work done by Everflo Plumbing, think again. We had an emergency call out for a water leak on a Saturday night. I realise that the cost is more expensive in these situations but to be charged $2110.00 for 45 mins work considering the problem was a leaking flexible hose that cost $5.00 from Tradelink plumbing… Read more

supplies. Instead they installed a new basin mixer that didn't need replacing and told me you can't just change the hose, that's rubbish. They charged me $1410.00 plus GST for 2 mixers that were in perfect working order, one installed, one not. I checked the price of these mixers at Tradelink, they were only $59.99 each. So that totals $1990.02 labour for 45mins. work. Would not recommend this shonky mob to anybody. They claim on their web site, Affordable pricing, operate with integrity and honesty, what a joke!

Great service – Had a blocked sewer problem Oct 15th. Called plumber "A" who carried out an inspection and quoted an outrageous amount to fix the problem AND billed me $360 for the inspection & quote. later had problem fixed, much to our relief. The boys were corteous and professional. Stuck to the task of solving problem (could have opted to come back next day) which, contrary to plumber "A" diagnosis, was not a blocked pipe in our back yard but a blocked pipe under our concrete slab/floor. Btw, the cost was a mere fraction of what plumber "A" had quoted. Fingers crossed I won't need a plumber in the future but if I do, I will give Alex & Terry a call.

Stay Away – Stay away if possible. They'll under qoute you to suck you in, only to tell you later that they can't finish the job because something else is wrong. They'll still charge you hundreds of dollars and leave you with a an unfinished job. Then if you ask them to complete it, they'll tell you it'll be another job and will you be asked for another x… Read more

They wanted to perform very expensive and unnecesary work – The problem was a blockage at the sewerage main but they wanted to replace all sewerage pipes on my property at a cost of almost $10k! A later consultation by another plumber confirmed that all pipes were fine and and only problem was the blockage at the main which was caused by a broken pipe at that location.

Very very expensive for a 5 minute fix – Very expensive and misleading, cheap call out means expensive quote especially if water is off and you have to get it back on. By my calculation their hourly rate must be $1200 plus as I paid well over 300 for around 15 minutes work including arrival quote and paperwork. Won't use again.

Rip Off !! Avoid them in emergencies – We had an emergency water leak on Sunday pm where we could hear a water spraying noise within the walls in the upstairs bathrooms/toilets. We switched the mains off immediately and upon contacting their service, an after hours plumber came out to the house, could hear the noise of water spraying behind the walls when the mains were turned on again… Read more

several times. He failed to check other toilets and bathrooms, focusing on one compartment. He made a hole in the plastering of the upstairs toilet without being able to identify the issue, and before checking the main bathroom or the en suite bathroom/ toilet he quickly suggested a Leak detection procedure, costing $968 (with GST) !!

Another plumber came out next day accompanied by the leak detection team, and before the leak detection was conducted, the 2nd plumber quickly identified the issue that turned out to be a VERY SIMPLE case of burst pipe in the flushing unit of the en Suite toilet!!! The leak detection was conducted nonetheless and hence I UNNECESSARILY ended up paying for that service which could have been avoided should the first plumber spent sometime to properly locate the water leak source (in this case was quite visible in the upstairs main bedroom En suite ). I must say I was not very happy and I feel I got ripped off with this service !! I ended up paying $1621 all up, including the call out fee and a pressure valve installation (both of which I am happy with).
