Although not having to make a claim, Everyday Travel Insurance was by far the best, offering the same services at a much lower cost. Very easy to apply for and I will use them again when needed. Show details
Flight cancelled. Required to extend the policy by 4 days Tried multiple times, phone and email. Emails did not address the issue. Emails stated to call customer services..... Unavailable. Policy change – the team was great when I made mistake in choosing my policy Very professional Show details
Disgusting – You're not actually covered for anything. If something is lost, you have to say where it is to prove it's lost. If it's damaged, you're not allowed to replace it (eg. phone under contract). You're not allowed to have another phone until the claims process is complete - I waited 3 months to find out my claim was denied because I could not provide… Read more
evidence of a phone at the bottom of a canyon. I had to retrieve it and get a technician report on it. It's fake insurance.

Follow-up · The policy is very clear to understand and was easy to make a claim and the excess wasn't bad we will use them again
Used a technicality to avoid payout following a death in the family. Left a very sour taste in the mouth Show details
Follow-up · Claim process was usual. Yes i appealed the decision to their complaints department who didn't change anything. We purchased the policy for a trip to New Zealand. Mother in law who had long standing slow acting leukemia was told she had days to live just the day before we travelled. so we cancelled. Insurance said claim was rejected because it… Read more
Firstly I am happy to be insured with Everyday rewards and nib, as I am a long term customer with them anyway, and they are the ones I usually use. Regardless, they have a good selection of insurance available at competitive pricing. I did not need… Read more
to do any claims in the first 3 months I had it, and have not had a claim previously, so cannot comment on service yet. I did extend it for another 2 months, however, and have just been told I need blood tests and an urgent ECG, so will be able to comment further after I have put in a claim.
Follow-up · Update. As the insurance had already lapsed, I purchased a new insurance policy from them which was easy to do and I had no problems obtaining another policy to carry on with. I decided to wait till January when I can see my heart specialist in Australia for further tests as the Drs here seemed to be taking extra precautions and the blood results… Read more

I have travelled extensively throughout the world in the past 30 years. I used Everyday Travel Insurance for the first time last year and was amazed at the very competitive pricing along with an extra 10% when a Rewards Member. The basic cover included much more than any other policy. I've been a loyal Woolworths customer for many many decades. I wish I'd know about the Travel Insurance earlier. Show details
I am 81 and this year have found it increasingly expensive and difficult to find Travel Insurance for twelve months, until I came across Everyday Travel Insurance. Online it was an easy experience and I was able to purchase it for less than I have paid in the past years. I rang the company to clarify a couple of things on the policy and spoke to… Read more
Jeremy who was incredibly helpful and explained in detail the cover that I had with my policy. I will certainly be staying with Everyday Travel from now on. Thank you so much! Elizabeth Lynch

Do not recommend this overseas insurance. When we needed them in an emergency they were difficult to contact, service team were very unhelpful and paperwork was difficult. Show details

I’m a Woolworths employee, so it would have been a reasonable price for comprehensive coverage… assuming their website actually worked and wasn’t constantly linking back to the page I was just on, or if it let me actually log in. But it turns out the failure is systematic for Woolworths, because evidently their employee emails are broken too, as… Read more
outlook keeps denying my log in, if it acknowledges my account exists at all. So no log in, no claim. Pretty interesting how that works out for them isn’t it? They’ve already got my money, and now they don’t need to pay out because *conveniently* there’s no work around if this happens. $350 wasted, not even including the actual medical care I needed to purchase. Lesson learned.
Woolworths travel insurance was compatible with the high end travel insurance companies with a bit better price tag. When you add the 5000 bonus points on top (which I am still waiting for) it's a real winner. Fortunately we had no need to make a claim but I felt confident should we have needed to. ADJUSTED RATING We never received our 5000 reward points for taking out this insurance policy. Show details

I found the premium very competitive and the agent was very clear in explaining the policy. It was all sorted very quickly. I didnt have any reason to make a claim thankfully, but felt confident in the product. Also, it was a nice surprise to get the extra bonus points on my next shop as I have another insurance policy with Everyday Rewards. Show details
Everyday travel insurance is perfect for someone who wants a fuss free, easy to purchase insurance options that covers a wide range of conditions that don’t require an additional assessment. charges. Thankfully during my trip I didn’t need to call on the insurance, but it was definitely worth it and good value for money.
Easy to purchase. Easy to understand PDS and what is covered. No long waits on the phone or other hoops to jump through. Reasonable value. My first time using. I have never needed to claim on this or any of my previous policies. Show details
Very competitive pricing, excellent value for money, variety of levels of cover to choose from (Basic, Standard, Comprehensive) and a selection of Excess levels to choose. Show details
We needed to submit a claim and from the first email the claims officer appeared knowledgeable, professional and personable. The policy was of a similar price to other travel insurance companies. From when I lodged the claim it took about 5 weeks to finalise - there were a few documents I didn’t have thank took time to find the added time to this process. I have never used Woolworths insurance before and would again! Show details
It was easy to take out the insurance. I had to make a change to the end date, and it was easy to call and have that changed. I didn't make a claim (fortunately!) so I can't comment on their claims process. I would take out this insurance in the future. Show details

very easy to arrange. great price. I have not had to make a claim on any of my travel insurances with Woolworths to date but I would expect the same professionl service i receive when making them. Show details
Easy to use website. Competitive price. Read some of the PDS and could understand what was covered or not. Didn’t have to claim so not sure of that side of the insurance. Would use Everyday Travel Insurance again so long as their pricing remains lower than some other companies Show details
After canceling my flight due to illness of my husband I claimed the money back for some parts of my flight. Staff on the phone was very helpfull. I talked to someone within Australia, so no overseas call centre. My claim was approved in a week, without any problems. It was the first time I used this travel insurance, and I will use it again. Cheapest and comprehensive…but a little consign reading the PDS. I did ring them before final payment to enquire about my coverage to find where my particular coverage was within their PDS Show details
I have found Everyday Travel Insurance to be very compatible with my needs. Im 81 years young and the guy was just so nice and helpful on the phone, which is very rare these days. this Woolworths Travel Insurance in January-2025 for all seven of us to Europe.
Simple, complete and value-for-money travel insurance. They are listed on comparison sites so that is a great start and then they have pretty much all the coverage any traveller needs. The fact that there is a discount to my Everyday Rewards account is a sweetener.
Not the cheapest, but close to it, with the Everyday Rewards bonus. AND having the Woollies family, brand and juggernaut behind me, makes me feel that a reasonable claim, whilst we have never made one, will be successful compared to other vendors!
Always completed and paid online, with ease! For amendments and issues, helpdesk is always an attentive person, if you go past Mandy the automation.
As soon as I arrived in Brazil, my three-year-old son Francisco became extremely unwell. The combination of cold temperatures and the long flight left him coughing for nearly 10 hours and rapidly deteriorating. Once in Brazil, his oxygen levels dropped, and he was struggling to breathe. urgent assistance and to find out which hospital we should go to. I never received a response. I was forced to manage the entire situation on my own. Fortunately, I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years and was able to care for my son appropriately—but no parent should have to face that kind of emergency without support. I will never use this insurance company again.
