Looking for someone that finished Diploma digital and interactive games – Just looking for someone that actually finished that diploma. I wasn't sure if was even possible with the lack of support and outdated software and course modules. Seemed like alot of money for something that got cancelled. Please contact me if you finished it.
Nasty – Teachers lacked training. There was no actual support. I personally at the time was working part time and not on centerlink however the collage threatened me for not attending classes I didn't need to attend due to being in a self paced course. When I decided to quit the course after 2 months of nothing but issues I was still left with a $20000 debt. Show details
35,000$ in fees – Absolute scam has taken me years to try sort out. For those who were taken for a ride, just like me. You need to call the ombudsman 1300362072 (option 2)

I want my academic transcription b – I'm previous student of Evocca College I want to speak any one in charge because I want Academic transcription and be contacted through with this 0402930732 for any information pleas call on number presenting
Fantastic – I have had 2 Tutors through-out my studies and they both have always been there for me. Regular calls occurred making sure that I was always on track. If I needed to discussed any topics outside of my regular calls, they both were there to guide me in the right direction. I can not fault my experience. I am 2 assessments away from finishing my diploma and I can't fault my experience with Evocca
Great experience – I did my diploma of community service work and I had lots of support from staff to get me through the tough times! After I finished my diploma my husband signed up and completed diploma of digital technology. We were both very happy. I am now at university and they do not give the same support.

Worst College ever Big Scam – Teachers not qualified. When asking for help the response from teachers was "Do It Yourself it's a self paced course" or they would say " we don't know anything about the subject you picked to study it it's your problem you should know what to do" not our job". When I had to go overseas for a family matter and I told the college they said that's… Read more
fine" upon returning they complained that I was behind in my coursework when I was told I would be helped to catch up when I returned and that I should not worry. Eventually after studying the Diploma of IT for 2 years and having not progressed past the second module. I was asked into the managers office to discuss as the teachers put it my poor performance and me not doing anything and as they out it "sleeping all day in class" when in fact I was waiting for a teacher to help me. But instead all the teachers did was drink coffee and play on their phones all day. Eventually I was told by management to leave and so were the rest of the class none of the rest of the students passed the course including me and we ended up doing a class action against the school who resulted in the school being permantly shut down. The only good thing was that food was free. I might also mention that the teachers were very racist when I was there always shooting snide remarks my way and at one point I was racially discriminated against by one of the black teachers terrible school thank God it was permantly shut down
Inadequate learning and a VET fee of over $19000 – i was given no support and I didn't complete the diploma of Youth services due to Evocca going bust. I have a VET fee of over $19000. I believe this should be reduce significantly as i only was able to complete 4 units
Bunch of charlatans – Charged full cost of the course ($26k) even though I stopped before the census date. If I were to do the same course now I’d only pay $11k. Their response was pretty much, oh well too bad & tough luck.

A complete rip off – Stopped the course before the census date but was still charged the full fee. When I questioned it was told I could commence again but only had 3 months to complete 9 big subjects and that my tutor was only there to submit assignments to, and nothing more. She was little help with any questions I had. As I had a very small time frame to complete… Read more
tried submitting assignments in lumps although they took weeks and weeks to be marked therefore could never move on to the next subject which left me unable to complete the course, and with a huge debt and no qualification. Very very disappointed, definitely a company who is more interested in the profit then having there students complete there qualification.
Disgusting – What a total rip off. I have been through more than 3 tutors in my time doing my Dip. in Management, and 2 head bosses. I have been charged for 2 courses, only did one. There was no assistance with questions at all. I basically taught myself, thank god for the internet. The last tutor was only just learning the ropes herself. I now learn, after nearly 5 years, I'm in debt with the ATO for $18,900.
Scam – Thanks for the debt fools. The training and support was shocking. They aren't realistic and only get frustrated when you don't understand something. 12 grand debt now for what? Could of at least let me keep the laptop. In a honesty beginner's in gaming or graphic design should not enrol in this course it's an advanced course and they just leave you in the dark to figure out everything for yourself.

Scam – This is a scam that has now got me in over $18,000 debt. I am trying to take them to court now. The tutor quit her job and told me false information. It caused me so much grief and still does. What a joke. I need to find legal advice now to resolve this money scam.
Kicked out whilst completing last assessment! – I just want to clarify firstly that the only reason they got a star at all was because I had no zero star option. I signed up to study with Evocca as I had been looking for an online business course for some time. My sister had recently signed up to do the same course and so it seemed like a good incentive to go with Evocca as they had a referral… Read more
reward of $200 (my sister was supposed to receive $200 which never occurred as apparently the government had changed legislation and they were not allowed to offer this incentive). After I signed up I began my study and had a really lovely tutor. My sister and I were studying together part time and Evocca soon took it upon themselves to assign us the same tutor....unfortunately they decided to swap me to my sister’s tutor who was apparently still studying herself and was rude, overbearing and very very hypocritical. There was constant encouragement to show initiative but then I kept hearing “don’t try and reinvent the wheel”. This course is not self paced as advertised, there was constant harassment and at one point my sister and I were accused of cheating as our assessments were too similar. I tried to explain that my sister and I are very close and many of our mannerisms and terminology are almost identical to no avail. We then decided to simply work separately and on different assessments. I was working on my final assessment.....the very last one and I was told to submit my work via email as it involved communicating with my tutor as my CEO. I was then informed that as my student portal showed no progress that my enrollment had been finalised and that I was no longer a student although the full fees were still expected.
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH EVOCCA!! BEWARE OF GREEKS BEARING GIFTS AS THEY SAY!! IT REALLY IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!
I was tricked, conned and lied to.... I completed the Diploma in 2015 and still have not been able t – I completed a Evocca Diploma in 2015 I have applied for over 300 to 400 Jobs in the industry I studied in. I have tried to complain to the relevant authority to have my government debit reversed but was told because I completed the Diploma I am not able to complain or have that debit reversed. program. I now know that I was tricked into a large debit that I will never be able to get a job to repay it.
I only signed up to the course because they told me it would lead to full time and or very well paid employment (several of the staff told me this). I studied so hard even turning up to class while I was no fixed address, even turning to others for help tutoring me and using speech recognition software to complete assessments be-leaving I would get a well paid job in the industry when I completed the Diploma.
It is now 2018 and I have not been able to get a paying job in the industry, completed Diploma is not worth the paper it is printed on. I have even had Government funded Job agencies try and help me get paid employment in the industry with the diploma.
Not self paced learning! – I started with Evocca undertaking their Diploma in game design, as it was a topic that I was very interested in and wished to study not as a career move but as just that an interest. Being advertised as a self paced course with utilities provided (laptop and software) I decided this was for me as I can complete it without deadline providing stress… Read more

Shortly into my course, I had to change tutors due to a Timezone issue. I was fine with this, but I’m giving my details upon signing up, I though this may have been catered for when assigning my tutor. A small oversight.
As I moved through the course assignments, I found that the student portal was a little awkward to navigate and the resources seemed lacking in actual content, so as to be able to decipher answers to assignment tasks.
My contact with my tutor was pressuring to ensure head way was made with my assignments and I was being told that I had to get them done. This had pushed against my initial reasons for joining the course as a fun, no stress endeavour. I was starting to learn that self paced was not intended at all.
The pressure built as I continually signed and sent of the forms so I could obtain my laptop that I required with the software to actually do my main assignments. They always got lost and my laptop never came, I couldn’t do the core work without it.
Eventually in my patients, the census date passed and I withdrew from the course being told that I could return at no extra cost as I had already paid.
No I have paid for a course that I can not return to and had no opportunity to complete as the resources required were never delivered.
They have left me with a debt and no qualification.
I want my money back.
Believe these reviews – Before I started with Evocca, they promised these reviews weren't entirely correct and the TV story was not true. I thought I would give them a chance. Bad idea. Before I started, my local campus closed. Upon finding another campus (My first reason for signing up here was for a personal tutor, not distance education), I was amazed at the lack of… Read more
knowledge of my tutor. The learning guides were very good (even though we had to print them at home) and I was getting an assignment done every day. Staff were friendly, helpful an happy. Motivated and supported, this shouldn't take me long, even though I have signed up for part-time study, which I was assured is a possibility.
As the first year progressed, learning notes became less and less helpful to the point they were useless. Tutors and guides teach PC but we are provided with a Mac, causing a few headaches. Units are in the incorrect order (this meant that I was learning things later, that were tested in an earlier unit). Google became my only place for learning. They tell me "This is a diploma course, you should be able to work it out." and my thoughts are "This is a school, you should be able to teach.", assignments were getting a resubmit for things as small as a comma. Assignments could take 14 days to be marked and when you get four to seven resubmits for things as small as a grammatical error, the 10-day required assignment rate could not be adhered to. Once or twice my tutor changed his mind to the first way I had it! In later units we get a poorly written 100 page plus learning guide to decipher, study and practice before starting an assignment. This in itself takes longer than 10 days, and contains none of the material you will be tested on.
After one year my tutor suddenly left with no explanation, now there are no on-campus tutors, more campuses closed with no notice or explanation. The happy environment became stressed. Other staff left and eventually I was unhappily changed to distance learning. In the following year my tutor changed 9 times. New tutors are helpful for a start, then gradually become useless. They are not allowed to help with assignments (and are suspicious of any other questions). Sometimes the only feedback you receive is "No that is wrong." or "Resubmit." You wonder what you did wrong. Assignments now take two months or more and there is very little encouragement from the tutors. They take a lot of days off and often hide away appearing offline. Are they helping someone or taking a much-needed break? These tutors must be very overworked. Some days I am certain their job is to convince us to give up. One told me I need to go to University to get tutor support and often I was urged to quit. Two months out from my due date (in a self-paced course, I find out part time is now not an option) with many assignments to do, I finally gave up but still have to pay the full amount.
I have also been terribly sick with pneumonia for 10 months. There was no compassion or support, from the tutors or school, and no offers for an extension, only a "finish soon or else" email.
I am now questioning my intelligence and future. If I hadn't married recently, I am sure I would be suffering from depression. Maybe they should start teaching a course on how to make money because they are very good at it. They have $25,000 of mine!
Debt and No Diploma! – If I could go a minus I would, I have been stuffed around on two diploma's now. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE! I went to hand in a few assignments a few days ago to be told with no contact that my enrollment has been canceled? Look at all these reviews Evocca, all negative. Not sure where I can complain in regards to this but I will be trying to do that… Read more
officially. Online - study at your own pace. You're a joke!
Two diploma's now with no qualification to be seen, no contact or communication on what is going on and the course material you can't understand. Not to mention they told centerlink due to me getting aus study that I was not with them and now I have a debt with them as well!
Stealing money – I dropped the course when they made my fees available to be viewed as I could not pay. They said it was after census date and charged me over $5 000 for one month. It cost $5 000 per month to study so I only paid for a month. I'm at uni and pay $5 000 per semester.
I regret the day I signed up! – I signed up for a counseling diploma. It took forever to get the materials sent to me, then after months of submitting assignments and weekly struggles, I fell behind. The training material was hard to understand, it was not laid out well enough to comprehend and then I was told that it didnt make sense to me because I had in fact been sent the… Read more
OLD learning material as they had recently updated their books...
From then on I struggled every day to catch up as I had fallen so far behind because I was using the wrong materials to learn from. I had several tutor changes and not one did I ever feel comfortable with. They all kept pushing and pushing me to catch up and I just couldnt. I have health issues, (which is why I was doing the course through distance training).
I felt demoralized, pressured, overwhelmed and could not take it any more. I asked to take a break from studies so that I could centre myself again and work on my health, which was declining with the constant mental stress of being pushed and badgered to complete and catch up, they instead canceled my course so i have no way of continuing or starting up again. I assume I have an enormous debt now too, I pray this does not stop me doing any other courses to better myself in the future.
Worst experience, I would not recommend at all.
In debt on a War Disablement Pension - Disgusting – I enrolled with this college following an accident in the military. At 44 I tried retiring and became very bored, very quickly so decided to embark on a course. My son pointed me towards an advert on the internet and went ahead and enrolled, the staff fully aware of my disabilities from my injuries requiring frequent medical attention and… Read more

My first tutor made regular weekly contact and was of great help but also had two other tutors conflicting each other, he (my first tutor) was then made redundant in the reshuffle and was appointed another tutor. I had no contact from this tutor for eleven weeks!
Upon making contact they were of great help but advised the submissions I had made as instructed by my first tutor were in the incorrect order.
Things ticked over okay and was asked to submit medical information to allow me to extend the duration of my course enabling me to complete it whilst undergoing many medical procedures. I did this from my pain specialist and things again ticked along. I then have had no tutor contact from early February to what is now 26th June 2017.
I received an email on Monday advising my registration was cancelled from August 2016 even though I received a certificate of completion of a unit in October of 2016. I also received a Myer gift card after the August cut-off for student of the month!
Learning materials are average at best and very contradictory. They provide a MacBook for your studies but then the learning material is written for Windows based programs.
An expensive waste of time - don't bother going there.

Scam artists – Scam people into enrolling so they get government funding! Promise free study tools and aid then send you a bill! All about making money with no care or responsibility for sending people into debts they can't afford.
No interest in helping students complete courses – At first my experience with evocca was great. I had a lovely tutor who called weekly and was really supportive. Then I got a different tutor who gave good assistance but not to the same level. As I'm disabled I was taking a long time to finish my course but was assured that I would be supported until my completion. As soon as they got the last… Read more

They are only interested in the money. The sooner they close down the better
The worst. Thanks for the Debt! – When I signed up for this course I was told it was full-time and I would be allowed to receive centrelink payments. A couple of years later and I just received a letter from centrelink saying that I needed a review. Just finished speaking to them and they put me on part-time halfway through the course. I didn't receive any help from my tutor the… Read more
whole time I was studying. Wasn't informed of any changes to my workload. Wasn't told that I had to do the units in any specific order so I just went and did what I could and was goin to go through them later to do what I couldn't with a friend in the same course.
I am now in $7000 of debt that I have to pay back that I can't afford because of their mess around. Thanks for nothing you useless people.
Absolutely Pathetic – Had to drop out of the course after completing on a couple units, was told i was out of the course only to find out years later i now have a 30k debt! Refuses to refund me anything. Disgusting treatment of students. Beware of this school as it will take your money and will make sure you dont ever get it back.
Worst Excuse for a Education Provider – Evocca are the worst, i was told that i could take a break from studying as i had personal Issues arise, that made spare time almost non existent for me. aside from that, i had little to no support from my tutors and when i had asked for more support, i was told if i wanted it i would have to drive 2 hours to the nearest college where my course… Read more
was being tought. when i called 2 months before the Break year was over, i was told i was unable to re-enroll for the course as intake was full. and i just had to deal with the debt. then i was also told by the same lady that they could get me back in, but i would have to pay the $25000 again. (clearly the intake was not full) absolute joke of a "College"
Thanks for the debt! – After being told by Centrelink that they received a report from Evocca College saying that I had left the course this time last year, despite still being a study up until fairly recently with Evocca College, then being told that I was kicked out of the course, so I now have two debts. One with Evocca College ($25,000) and one with Centrelink… Read more
($7,000). I haven't received my Diploma, I'm unemployed and all I've got to show after 2 years of doing this scam of a course from this scam of a company, is a $30k debt. Thank you so very much, Evocca College and the Department of Human Services (AKA Centrelink). You've royally buggered up this 23 year old's life!
I don't know why anyone would want to study with Evocca – Evocca is the absolute worst Training facility i have ever come across. Absolutly horrible the amount you pay for the diploma and the amount of help and… Read more

Absolutely the worst – I was enrolled in a diploma of events and was lucky enough to get my diploma. After nearly 2 years and 2 tutors later. Their IPad policy was absolute poor you didnt get to keep it if… Read more
you enrolled after a certain date. Management couldnt care less if they hurt students when they let staff go and the fact that students werent told a thing leaving us with an uncertain future. I thought it was study at your own pace obviously not and if you had a medical certificate they still made you work. I will never ever recommend evocca college to anyone. The fact that they also changed their name to cover any hot water they are in didnt help they have absolutely wrecked my reputation. Thanks evocca
