As this was over the Easter weekend I didn't expect a reply straight away but it took customer service 4 days to tell me that they didn't have a "finalized English version" of the instructions yet. Then it took another 3 days (with me contacting them daily) to get some schematic pictures and the vaguest instructions which amounted to "put the screws in first". We decided to give it ago and it took my husband and I a weekend to work out which pieces went where. BUT when it came to the drawers we got stuck. The assembled drawers (including the runners) are about .5cm smaller than the holes that they are meant to go into. Assembling the runner on one side means the runner on the other will need to be stretched. In addition you can see all the screws and the when looked at closely, I can see that my cabinet is different from the one in the picture which has a good finish with no obvious screws. As of right now and with my cabinet still in pieces I have now been trying for a week to get someone to resolve my issues but all I get is a "thank you for your patience" message. Right now I just want my money back. It's not good enough.
