test will be how often do I have to use it. We all know that methylated spirits actually kills the mould so in future I’ll use metho first and then apply Exit Mould later. The only drawback is Exit Mould is a bit pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. Mould is the scum of the earth, and one of my pet hates! Death to all mould!

Won’t use anything else – Exit Mould removes mould from grouting between tiles. Simple. Just spray on and walk away. It’s best to rinse off after half an hour or so as the house will smell like an indoor swimming pool otherwise.  Show details

locked out – have used this product for years BUT I have given up fighting with the protective lid and n nozzle. I saw a hole in the side and dribble it onto the sponge to use it. I put a tape over the hole between uses. Show details

Trigger and spray keep sticking – Same complaint as everyone else. The trigger and spray fail really quickly and after using Exit mould for years I am not convinced it actually works. slight bump and they tip over easily. Clearly people who design and make these products don’t actually use them otherwise the litany of issues described here in product review would have been addressed.

I give up! – I have been persevering with Exit Mould for years now but am giving up and will stop buying the product - the trigger system is absolutely useless and I end up with the product all over my fingers if it works at all - most frustrating and wasting my money. ADULT PROOF NOT CHILD PROOF – How on earth are you meant to open the spray nozzle and when you finally do guess what - no product comes out. It's going back to Wollies to get my money back and try something else. Show details

Exit Mold is IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN!!! – WHY.... just WHY do they need to make it so bloody impossible to get the thing to spray???!!! I couldn't even unscrew the nozel head, to tip some out, so I will never buy this product again. The simple old 'on-off' nozzel worked just fine. New trigger wastes the product – I love Exit Mould, don't get me wrong. However, the trigger on my latest bottle doesn't work properly, and two thirds of what I squirt runs over my hands and down the drain. I can't afford this, with prices of everything being as they are, so I will have to switch to another product until this problem is resolved. Show details

Too difficult – I found the new trigger system too hard to use. I had to get my husband to move it to "on" as I couldn't. Never had that problem with the old trigger. As I cannot rely on having someone around when I need to use it, I wont buy it again. Show details

I agree with SueCC – I have been using Exit Mould for over 25 years so have no problem with the contents. However, the trigger has stopped working on my new bottle after one squirt.

It doesn’t work – I really can’t understand the reviews for this product. It kills about as much mould as what spraying it with water would. Completely useless junk. Didn’t even remove a speck of mould. And it stinks terribly. Show details

NozzIe of Exit Mould trigger pack – I have purchased three packs all of the triggers broke within a short space of time. So frustrating! So much waste of product. I find that the trigger part breaks very quickly and then the product cannot be used. Mags Show details

Very Sad!! – Absolute great product. Pity you can't actually spray it on the mould because they can't figure out how to make a spray bottle that works. What a farce! I will never buy it again.

The trigger is hopeless so sad such a good product previously – I have always used exit mould but now with this different trigger I have to change to another brand. Trigger is hopeless – The trigger on this product is hopeless. Right from day one when you get it home from the shop. The trigger leaks, so you end up with exit mould everywhere and all over your hands. The nozzle or trigger eventually dries up or stops functioning so nothing comes out. And finally you can’t get the trigger off to be able to remove the left overs in the bottle. Very poor quality.

Impossible to open – Have always loved the product but the new packaging has a nozzle that is impossible to open. Have tried three different nozzles and had a drip not spray result and this last bottle sprayed two squirts then stopped altogether and not even a dribble came out. I’ll go back to using pure bleach again which works just as well!  Show details

Absolute rubbish – Absolute rubbish. I'm 60 and couldn't work it out. My 37 year old son couldn't work it out either. Just physically punched a hole in it. Who was the idiot that designed it. Show details

Love it !!!! – My tiles in my en-suite were gross and no matter what I tried it wouldn’t budge Exit mould was recommended and it’s AMAZING and my tiles look brand new again. The nozzle can be tricky especially if you have problems with you fingers but the product is really good Show details

Spray nozzle needs change – The spray nozzle is very hard to work out,it says press tab and turn to on.The off mark is barely visible .Cannot use it as i am unable to turn on.. Show details

Trigger Spray – Please consider people with arthritis in their hands. We CANNOT manage the small sharp trigger spray. Plus can you put more bleach back in....... it doesn't work anymore. Still scrubbing!!! Show details

Burn the dispenser-keep the contents – Used to be a great product, and still is. Trouble is applying it. What the f##k did they do, hire some American consultant to re-invent the wheel? Keep the contents but go and buy a $2 trigger pack and transfer the contents. Show details

dangerous to use. I'm an older person and I cannot squeeze the trigger very many times before getting too fatigued! Change it back to how it use to be.

Exit mould my favourite – I have used many products and exit mould is by far the best. The new packaging is so much easier to use then ever before - trigger design is less resistant. Don't change it please. Show details

Don't buy it – Terrible I agree with all the other comments. Your hand gets drenched. I thought it was a design fault and took i back. Next bottle was the same so I changed it into the old bottle and sprayed my sink top and now its permanently stained it yellow so its a disaster. Don't buy it.

New design trigger pack is hopeless – I have to agree with all those complaining about the new trigger on the bottle. Absolutely impossible to open and then use. It leaks all over your hand while spraying. I notice that these complaints go back to mid last year at least, but obviously Reckitts don’t think it’s an issue. I have thrown my new bottle out. Now looking for another product to take its place. Very disappointed!

The trigger and lid have now failed me twice in a row when there is half a bottle of product left. This makes it unusable and I won’t be buying this again. Show details
