the adventure itself, And it was 100% better than I had imagined. Those JetSkis are brutally fast, exceptionally quick to turn and left me audibly laughing the entire time. So so good. Cairns JetSkii tours win this hands down!! (If you ride motorcycles you’ll actually enjoy this more than your bikes, well I did.)
I bookes Greenland tpur for 2 people @$110 each person. Tour was advertised as transit to Geenland Island in Cairns, Queensland plus one activity. See attached file. We paid $220. feel completely safe and at ease. Our guide, Caitlin, was highly professional and shared wonderful insights about the marine life around Fitzroy Island. Thanks to her, I even got to see my very first sea turtle and coral bombies! I can't recommend this tour enough — an absolute must-do for anyone visiting Cairns.
Spirit of Hervey Bay Whale Watching Cruise. Highly recommend this cruise for a lovely afternoon of seeing Humpback whales from a comfortable boat. Getting to see the shore of K'Gari is also a treat. crews said you at the correct Wharf and perhaps the boat you are on is waiting for these boats to depart . Waited and waited and by now well past departure time . Tried to ring phone numbers on my paperwork and no answers .After realising something not right I looked through my emails to find a email from (all occasions cruises) the boat owner ( not Oz experience) showing changes to Wharf departure . Received that email at 5:30 pm while in car traveling to Sydney so did not get to see this notification ... Anyhow missed the cruise and dinner and seeing Vivid Sydney from the cruise . Next day rang experience OZ who said they understand my frustrations and will look into a refund ..Later in the day I received a email stating they would not refund because they sent email advising of changes .. Went back through my emails and in my Inbox , eventually found it in SPAM , tried to explain not my fault for not getting email and such important change information should be sent by SMS not email . SO NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER , USE THIS COMPANY OZ EXPERIENCE AT YOUR OWN RISK

I am 92 years old and made a genuine mistake and paid twice for tickets to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary for my granddaughter and her partner. I tried to use the second payment for 2 different people but nothing was possible. My case no. was 00873262. I certainly won't be using your company again!

Very sad and disappointing experience. We travelled all the way from Colombia with my elderly parents for this once-in-a-lifetime tour. We arrived 15 minutes before departure instead of the required 30 minutes because I missed the reminder message. I understand the safety policy, but it was heartbreaking that there was no flexibility, refund, or option to reschedule. A little compassion would have made a huge difference. Show details

Booked a Cathedral Cave Cruise from Tairu, New Zealand. Drove 2 and a half hours to do this the next day. Arrived at Tairu to receive an email stating cruise didn't run in Winter. Surely ExperienceOz should have known this before accepting our booking. We lost the opportunity to see Cathedral Cave as we only had the one day available. back. This was a week ago and still no call. In all fairness the people I spoke with were very understanding and polite but unable to resolve the problem. A friend staying with me had a similar experience . Also twice when I phoned after holding on for ten minutes the line just went dead. Yesterday I tried again to book the same experiences and thankfully everything went through without a problem. Also when booking several experiences there is not an option to click continue shopping after choosing the first one you have to return to the original page and go from there.

We have had a great day today with cruise Whitsundays on the freestyle trip to Hamilton island. The booking was easy The staff were friendly and helpful and very professional at the departure point.
