The variety of marine life was incredible, and the immersive exhibits, especially the shark tunnel, kept everyone captivated. The highlight for us was seeing the adorable penguins – they truly stole the show! The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate, making it a stress-free visit. WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo: Getting up close with Australia's unique animals was a fantastic experience. From the sleepy koalas to the impressive crocodiles, there was so much to see and learn. The interactive elements and keeper talks added an extra layer of engagement for all ages.
Madame Tussauds Sydney: We had a blast posing with the lifelike wax figures of celebrities and historical icons. It was a fun and interactive experience, providing plenty of laughs and memorable photo opportunities. The kids particularly enjoyed finding their favourite characters, especially with superheroes.
For our last day, we visited the Sydney Tower Eye, and it truly delivered on excitement! The panoramic 360-degree views of Sydney were absolutely spectacular. Seeing the city, harbour, and beyond from such a height was an incredible way to conclude our trip, leaving us with lasting memories.
Overall, the attractions more than met our expectations. They were engaging, well-organised, and provided excellent value for a family day out. The convenience of having Madame Tussauds, WILD LIFE, and SEA LIFE all located in Darling Harbour made it incredibly easy to move between them.
We booked 4 combined pass including Madame Tussauds, WILD LIFE, and SEA LIFE, and found the initial booking process straightforward. We did find that booking online in advance generally offered better value compared to on-the-day prices.
We highly recommend these Sydney attractions for families looking for a fun and engaging way to experience the city!

We highly recommend this budget friendly harbour tour. Yes it was on and older boat, but the old girl didn't disappoint and did a great job manoeuvring around the waterways. frustrating is that they only informed me two days later. By then, most of these tours had already sold out. We were left extremely disappointed because this was a one time opportunity during our holiday, and there were barely any options left.
If I had known this booking wasn’t secure or that there was an issue, I would have booked elsewhere immediately. Instead, I lost valuable time waiting, assuming everything was confirmed.
To make matters worse, they didn’t even reply to my follow-up email. There was no urgency, empathy, or effort to help after we missed out because of their system issue(!) It felt like they simply didn’t care that their delay caused us to lose a special experience.
Very disappointing customer service and handling of the situation. I wouldn’t have booked through Experience Oz if I had known my booking could fail without being notified for two days.

Tried to ring phone numbers on my paperwork and no answers .After realising something not right I looked through my emails to find a email from (all occasions cruises) the boat owner ( not Oz experience) showing changes to Wharf departure . Received that email at 5:30 pm while in car traveling to Sydney so did not get to see this notification ... Anyhow missed the cruise and dinner and seeing Vivid Sydney from the cruise . Next day rang experience OZ who said they understand my frustrations and will look into a refund ..Later in the day I received a email stating they would not refund because they sent email advising of changes .. Went back through my emails and in my Inbox , eventually found it in SPAM , tried to explain not my fault for not getting email and such important change information should be sent by SMS not email . The line was extremely long and the place was overcrowded. The food was terrible, there weren’t enough chairs or tables to sit and eat, and the drinks were very poor quality. On top of that, they were serving alcohol with children around. The music was awful as well. Overall, a very bad experience.

Because they were completely messing us around and shifting the goalposts, we refused to accept the 8:30 PM slot. To make matters worse, they changed the departure wharf entirely and left us completely stranded. When we confronted them, their pathetic excuse was, "We sent you an email." Who on earth sits around checking their work emails early on a Saturday morning before a weekend night out?! If a company is making drastic, last-minute changes to an event time and location, common sense dictates they should send an SMS text message so the customer actually sees it before traveling. This wasn't just a single mistake, either. I met over 10 other angry passengers standing at the wharf who were facing the exact same issue. All of us had our 5:00 PM slots messed with, shuffled around, and were ultimately turned away and left standing in the dark. This raises massive safety red flags. If a commercial marine company is so incompetent that they cannot manage a simple time schedule, don't know how to properly alert their customers, and strand groups of 10+ people at a time, how can anyone trust them to follow strict marine safety regulations on a dark, crowded harbor? A basic refund does not fix the stress, the wasted fuel, the expensive city parking fees, and a completely ruined weekend. Stay far away from All Occasion Cruises!
