Fantastic Customer Service. I made a st^pid facebook marketplace purchase and needed a Marquee cover. Replies to my questions via email were super fast, honest and not off-puttingly cold and sales focused like my experience with some other vendors. Delivery was quick and the product great quality. We purchased a 3x4.5 marquee and on first set up there were a couple of small holes in the roof. I contacted Extreme Marquees and they immediately replied stating a new roof top was put aside for collection. Great customer service. There has been quite strong winds and the marquee has held up perfectly. Great product that I highly recommend.

We made use of our marquee at spring carnival in Melbourne during the coldest day since 1913. The marquee held up brilliantly while other cheaper versions were turned inside out. We had so many people asking for Extreme Marquees details to make a purchase, needless to say our guests were extremely happy that our marquee stood up to the extreme weather.

Happy with the quality and service from the sales team and design team (Jeremy & Kim). Unfortunately, I did receive both gazebos, and the nut wouldn't fit the bolt provided for the wheels, so had to go buy correct size myself (easy fix but just another thing to do).

Needed a replacement roof for my marquee. It was so easy to order through the website. Ordered Monday and it was delivered to my home in SA on Thursday. Very good service

customer. Only suggestion to anybody buying it is don't try to assemble it the first time on the day of when you need it. It takes time to figure everything out. I did a mock set up before which helped a lot.

birthday. I worked with Elise on the design and clearly communicated how important one specific photo was to the final piece. She did a wonderful job - making it very unique and personal - she sent the proof, which I reviewed and approved — the main image was exactly where it needed to be. The main image was very special for my friend who has been through hell and back.

When I picked up the package last Friday, the printed proof on the outside showed the correct design.

However when I got home and opened up the actual gazebo wall — the most important photo was missing. My heart sank. This was a gift from a group of friends. This friend is very dear to our group and we wanted to celebrate with this truly beautiful and unique wall.

I immediately contacted Extreme Marquees on their 1300 number. A lady said someone would call me back immediately. I then followed up Saturday with a phone call and I even arrived at their factory - which was closed, hoping someone would be there. Today - Monday - their response was an email from [Name Removed] which simply said:

"Sorry about that, just a printing error — it seems the dog was on the file we sent to production. Printing was done overseas so there's no way we can have it reprinted by Wednesday. Send through your bank details and I'll organise a refund if you don’t want it reprinted. Feel free to reach out with any further questions."

That’s it. "Just a printing error"

No genuine apology, no effort to make things right in time for my friends birthday on Thursday - no sense of urgency or accountability for a completely avoidable mistake.

Just a casual “whoops” and a refund offer — for something that was meant to be a meaningful, sensitive gift.

This wasn’t a small typo or minor issue — it was a key part of the design that was flagged clearly and confirmed before production. And now the whole purpose of the gift has been undermined.

Unprofessional, careless, and incredibly disappointing.

Will never recommend you or your services!

270 awning, extreme marquees – 270 awning, passenger side, desert shade ordered on 13 Jan 2025. One of two parcels were delivered on the 24th Jan 2025. (jip, not combined, awning and bolts send separately) To confuse matters more, both parcels had the exact same tracking number. Its the 28 th Jan 2025 and the issue is still not resolved. far I have had a prompt response and assurance that this matter will be resolved. OpenFreight is the company handling the delivery. Now I feel for them as it is not easy to track down a parcel that has the same tracking number and been signed off as " received" in their system.
