Missing parts again. Zero customer support. I now have parts everywhere. I have an unusable room due to the space required to build the thing, and the AA corner pieces that are required for the structure are missing from both sets of packages sent to me. Some parts arrived rusted as well. Useless company. Horrible service. Avoid.

Horrible! Damaged parts and still missing parts over 1 month! – Horrible! Order #3179. TEOM Left Bed and TEOM Slide! My order should have 9 pcs in total. Almost all the edges of the pieces are damaged due to poor packaging but it would not let me share more photos! In addition to all this, the items is not as the description says! It says the ladder can be mounted on either side, but this does not seem to be possible, because no matter how I change the pieces around, the bolts wont align any more. I got a few responses at first from [Name Removed] but they did not answer my questions, just apologies. I haven't received a response for 10 days. The last response asked me to email admin@ezspace.com.au which is the same email i have been emailing to the whole time and the email i received the response from!!! Doesn't make any sense. I continuously ask for a number to reach them on to discuss and clarify but it seems that they don’t have a number to share!! I will have to lodge a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs! Such an organization should not be allowed to operate in Australia to be honest, its appalling!
Missing parts – The admin don't seem to take the problem seriously the there are 2 parts missing. These are the 2 MDF panels that when the bed is closed it makes the unit look like a wall unit. container was damaged, and essential items were loosely sitting in the box. Considering how easily the panels were chipped on arrival, I don't believe this unit will last more than 1 year. I have tried to reach out to EzSpace regarding my invoice by replying to the order email; however, they have refused to send an invoice, maybe knowing it will be used for a complaint. I have attached pictures so everyone is able to see for themselves how poor the quality is. It also seems like the factory is trying to cover up the damage with paint or something. Please reconsider any purchases as EzSpace will disappear once they have your money. I have made 3 unsuccessful attempts to resolve my issues with EzSpace support. I hope this company can improve as their products could have a lot of potential.

Follow-up · Our bed was badly damaged by Allied Express. They used a non-Allied Express courier to do the damaged delivery. Goods was not secured just thrown in the back of his old truck. NO responsibility taken. Don't buy from ezspace for they give you the runaround. Many bad reviews online

We have been following up and it's now over 7 months with no item or delivery date in sight. The business keeps saying there is a delay in shipping and it's going to be another month. The murphy bed was obviously one returned by another customer. It was dirty, hand prints, broken gas strut mechanisms, damaged veneer, incorrect screws (to short), no mounting brace. received the mattress, offered a refund and I bought a mattress locally As I had overseas visitors with no bed to sleep in. Delivered in 5 days. Basically it has been a nightmare. I wouldn't buy a nut and bolt from ez space they are an absolute nightmare of a company in my opinion, this is my personal experience. Putting the bed together was challenging. The video online didn't represent The bed I was putting together. The gas struts didn't line up with the mounting axles which was a challenge to alter. Fortunately I have a mechanical trade and was able to solve the issue, not sure how a non handy person would have achieved putting this together. All in all a nightmare of about 80 emails back and forth can't actually speak on the phone with anyone. Hence if I could have given zero stars I would have.
Avoid at all cost, buy cheap buy twice – Wouldn't recommend to anyone, waited 4 months for bunk bed to arrive only for it to be damaged and unusable. After finally getting in contact they sent replacements which were also damaged. Tried getting in contact requesting a refund and to return everything to no avail. paid extra to attain at the time of purchase is not available until 3 months later. By this stage we have removed the bed my daughter has so she has no bed. Every item that arrived has been damaged. Scratches, dints, bits peeled off, dints, pain marks. Unbelievable. The furniture that my children have used for the last 5 years looks in better shape. The instruction manual is pathetic. It took 15 hours for my husband (an engineer) to assemble. 15 hours! Only to discover that they have sent us two of the same desk tracks. So the desk is stuck half assembled. One side locked in place, the other track destroyed because it is the wrong one. And what to we have? Weeks of emails and phone calls unanswered I keep being told the team will review your case. I have a bedroom out of use, I have a child with no bed, I have an unsafe space and their team is reviewing the case for weeks on end. They blame transit of course for the damage which is unacceptable and ultimately pack your products better if that was damaging them but it is clear it is on the manufacturers end. Pathetic! They even offered a refund for the bed that is not here? What was that supposed to do? We already paid $1500 for everything else? Disgusting business tactics. Disgusting quality.
I will start engaging with Papal to refund. I do not have weeks to wait for them to decide if they will replace their faulty/damaged items. I will have to get a tradesmen in to fix the desk and purchase new tracks as I have asked several times if tracks can be sent out and the question gets ignored. I will also have to continue to wait for the bed for my daughter. Who knows what that quality will be like IF it arrives.
Update new tracks have been requested. But no update of when.

2024. After placing the order, we had to repeatedly reach out for updates, as at no point did EzSpace inform us about any delays. On 22 July 2024, we heard that the container was delayed and expected in early to mid-August. On 12 August, we were reassured that delivery would occur promptly once processed. On 4 September, we were told that the order was not in the initial shipment and would arrive in a later container scheduled for mid-September. Ultimately, the bed was delivered on 10 October 2024.
Next: The website explicitly mentions that the wall beds are "designed with safety locks to prevent accidental folding, ensuring peace of mind.” However, the bed we received lacks any functional locking mechanism to keep it securely lowered, which directly contradicts the claims on their website. Additionally, the bed requires the weight of a mattress to remain lowered, something we only discovered after partially assembling the bed. So, if you want to turn the mattress over, the bed will slam back up. And I mean Slam with force. Before ordering, I checked with EzSpace to see if our current mattress would suffice. At no point was it made clear that a mattress is a crucial part of keeping the bed down. The bed’s inability to stay down without a mattress is a critical safety issue. This, combined with the absence of the advertised safety locks, poses unacceptable risks and undermines the product's usability.
Last: Assembly Issues: the assembly instructions and the accompanying YouTube video are misleading and incomplete. For example, installing the gas struts (or "air rods") required significant physical effort and improvisation, contrary to the instructions. We reached out to them about this well within the 30 days after delivery but, unfortunately, did not immediately ask for our money back because at that point, we weren’t fully aware of the other problems we would encounter, and we were willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. I sorely regret this because they now refuse to give money back. We’re many emails further, without a solution to any of our problems in sight, but outside the 30 days. We would not have made this purchase had we been provided with accurate information about this product's assembly and safety requirements, including the advertised safety locks. The delays and poor communication are frustrating, but the fact that the bed is unsafe for use is the biggest concern.
We have reached out numerous times, but all they do is ask for pictures of the issues, and all we can do is explain that we cannot make a picture of parts that are not there. The product they delivered is nothing like what they advertised. I have no faith in the accuracy of any other claims from this company and seriously question their products’ overall quality and reliability.
