Ezy Math Tutoring

I sent one enquiry (have since booked another business for unrelated reasons) and they HAVE NOT STOPPED harrassing me since. Daily calls & texts is beyond harassment. No reply phone number and when I try to call the 1300 number, it constantly goes to voice mail. Is it not obvious I"M NOT INTERESTED?!

I registered and they said 1-3 days to get a tutor. Been a week and they appear to have ghosted me. Called last night but the girl had no idea. Tried to call today several times and it goes to a voice mail. Left a message but no action. Iooks like i'll be going else where.

Poor experience, they cannot be bothered to even get back to you – Contacted Ezymath about Maths help for year 8 twin boys. Initial instant reply via email then a follow up call. would call me back in a couple of days. It's now been 2 weeks with no communication from them. Give them a miss, imagine how hard it would be to get their help once you are signed up and paying the fee's.

Great tutor! Great background admin – My daughter really clicked with our tutor from the first lesson. She actually enjoys her hour with him. Her confidence in the classroom has grown, and so has her love for the subject! All we wanted was for her not to struggle and this has definitely been achieved.

Great tutoring Service – An easy to set up tutoring service that was flexible during lockdown with online tutoring. I felt the tutor really cared about my child. She was friendly, well-prepared and flexible.

Terrible service – What a terrible service I ever had. They offered free trail and I paid for the first tutoring and then I went ahead to for a tutoring for my daughter . But then, I found they found out they charged way too much . I decided to end the tutoring service. I received call afterward requesting me to pay for free trial fee. Seriously? What is free trial means ? They didn't even explain to me .

Bad service and unprofessional attitude of customer service...Please stay away – The cs team member [Name Removed] when asked question about the training program and selection criteria ofthe tutors hung up the phone on me , by saying that they will process my refund. Awful customer service – All attempts to use their interview online procedure were a failure from their end. No explanations offered especially from [name removed]. Patronising mail to say we tried but we have found 'our good tutors. Very unprofessional.

Very approachable and eager to help! – Tutors have been very friendly, approachable and flexible. My daughter has definitely improved in her maths, especially towards the end of the year. When needing to change tutors for timetabling purposes, Ezy Math have been very accommodating.

Good Tutors – The tutor was knowledgeable and very well prepared. His calming nature put my son at ease making a good learning enviroment. The tutor provided additional resources that also helped. He also provided a good summary at the end of each session.

Mathematics – My daughter was lagging behind in her school due to COVID lockdown . As a result, she’s started tutorial with Ezymath and the tutor gave her all the necessary foundations. She explained to her the concepts in a clear way. Now, she is getting better.

Great online tutoring service – During lockdowns my son has been having online maths tutoring with Ezy math tutoring. These sessions have been very beneficial and we are seeing his grades improve. The online sessions are very interactive and the tutor uses jamboards to teach and engage my son in the maths problems they are working through. Highly recommend.

Now looks forward to Maths class – After struggling with Maths in Yr 7 and anxious about Maths classes we hired Ezy Math in the Christmas holidays to catch up and consolidate. Our tutor is patient, clear and professional, making tutoring a parallel path to the classroom. Our Ezy Math tutor has turned Maths-stress into Maths-proud.

Very helpful – My daughter is happy with her Maths and Chemistry tutors. However, we had a hard time finding a Maths tutor who can do face to face so we ended with online tutoring. My daughter’s Maths tutor was really good but it would have been better if it was face to face.

Has been a great thing for my daughter her tutor is very patient and is always on time – My daughter is feeling more confident, tutor has been working at her pace, We still have a way to go but with the knowledge of her tutor things are going at a steady rate, and she does actually look forward to her lessons with tutor.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff – My sons are very happy with the level of teaching. The tutors are very approachable and work to the pace of the student. Time and again all questions have been answered to a high standard and leave the student with a greater understanding of the subject.

Year 8 Math Tutoring – COVID really effected our 13 year old boys progress in Maths and we needed help to catch him up and keep him on track. Well organised, some tutors are very good – Well organised. Individual tutors can vary. If not satisfied with one tutor you can ask for another. Highly recommend Paul Andrade in North West Sydney for maths and English tutoring.

Fantastic confidence boost – My daughter was struggling with Maths and has done for a few years. Tutoring has given her a safe space to make mistakes and not feel bad. She can direct the lessons to the areas where she feels most uncertain and it’s helped her confidence enormously.
