Bought a Ceduna 17 Mk3 at the Brisbane Caravan show late 2024. Delivery was made early December 2024. Since then (and almost immediately) we have had issue after issue. Broken door hinges, leaking outdoor kitchen, leaking gas bayonette, incorrectly wired hot water through the inverter, kitchen sink failing to drain due to sink pipe bend… Read more
(engineering issue), light falling out of the wall above the bed, toilet level not working, shower shelves falling off, big gap around the security door, window strut missing on delivery, diesel tank cracked during assembly and leaked diesel through the front of the van, solar panels needed a manual reset, renergy app failing to connect, decal peeling, draw not aligned and unable to be closed easily (that drawer front has now fallen off during a tar sealed trip between two towns!), TV keeps turning off as the 12v cannot facilitate the power required to run it, water heater provides less than 90 seconds of hot water... we are wondering what next. The after sales is appalling, with us lodging multiple warranty claims online that go unanswered. The Rocklea sales team are rude and simply ghost us when we request an update on all the items that "are on order". We have escalated so many times now we have no other option that to go to ACCC and Fair Trading. We have had enough. This is not fit for purpose, and we have found many many other customers who are facing the same lack of warranty service.
Winton 10 – Super stoked with the service & information from the Rocklea team (Jimmy & Tom) from the viewing to picking up my Winton 10! Everything explained so well and helpful with questions & after service as well!

What warranty what customers service – The camp fall apart after 3000 ks and after 3 setup drop off to them it took 8 to 10 weeks to so be call fix they use the same screw holes in to end grain of split plywood they also put a screw right thought the floor as well They have told me to take them to fair trading qcat or accc it going cost 2800 to be fix Show details
A Fundamentally Good Small Caravan Ruined by Poor Warranty Support – I ordered my Winton 10 in September 2022 and it was delivered in March 2023. Faults were identified early on, comprising: wrong colour cushions supplied, faulty fridge, diesel fuel filter leaking, cupboard doors hitting the ceiling air-con preventing them opening fully and shower door binding on its threshold, requiring upward force on the door… Read more
handle to close the door. It is approaching six months since these items were raised with the Manager of Ezytrail at Caboolture. So far, only the cushions have been replaced. The fridge has been promised to be delivered for nearly three weeks, but still no sign of it. The diesel filter is allegedly on its way from China, but after weeks of waiting there is no sign of it. The fridge, filter and cushions had to be ordered from China because apparently Ezytrail don't keep stocks of spares of these items in Australia. The frustration due to constant battling to get some action on these warranty claims, and not being able to use the caravan, has been very stressful, to the point that my enthusiasm for it is dead. As soon as these warranty items are fixed, I will sell the van. I say "as soon as these items are fixed" but I have no confidence they will be fixed by Ezytrail. Endless broken delivery promises discourage confidence. Perhaps I will be forced to have these warranty claims fixed privately, just so I can get rid of the van and get on with my life. I would like to emphasize that in my view, Zack, the Dealership Manager at at Ezytrail Caboolture, has consistently tried to get these faults fixed, but it seems to me he is confounded by Ezytrail's system, particularly in that replacement parts have to be sourced from China. In relation to the fridge, its replacement was initially refused, despite a person with a B.Sc (Physics) - (me), providing written and graphical evidence from 48 hours of testing the fridge, that proved it could not keep a bottle of milk within the required temperature range. I was informed "that's how fridges are - turn it down a bit" as if an owner is presumed to be too stupid to know a fridge has a manual temperature control.
Excellent service – Troy and Zac. Great friendly team to deal with. Found them honest and upfront. Explaining our new camper was very thorough. Very happy to answer any questions. Lovely clean showroom. Show details
Sterling LX MK3 – I bought a brand new camper trailer and all I can say is that Joshua and Robin are professionals. Excellent value for money. Show details
Love it but leave it – Love the Winton 10, but it is falling apart and no one will fix it even under warranty. I have pictures if you would like. Show details
Buyer beware – Happily purchased a Parkes 15 January 2020, that didn't last very long once we took delivery. After advising Ezytrail immediately after taking delivery of the van that the whole front half of the vans interior was drenched and the front storage box resembling a small swimming pool and hatch over the ensuit had been blown off during transit. The… Read more
Caboolture store did everything to ignore us and our concerns never went anywhere. We were advised it passed the water test so we asked for proof and were denied on several occasions. After about 3 months of phone calls (always from us contacting them) and head office blaming the Caboolture store for the issue of the hatch blowing off and the water in the van (the van came directly from the factory in Vic) we were finally sent a new hatch and told that was the issue and easy to fix. Move on 12 months and we have the front half of the van with water damage, we lost all the bedding and the walls have mould showing through the lining and all the timber is swollen. Lodged a warranty claim and was told to go and get a quote to repair. When we got the quote and sent it to them we were told that $6500 for repairs required the van to go back to base due to the cost and the amount of work. At this stage I again contacted Consumer affairs and was advised this is a catastrophic failure and could be entitled to a refund, this to was denied by head office. We were then told that we were to pay for the transportation of the van back to QLD and then back to Darwin after the repairs, Consumer affairs has advised that this is illegal and no consumer should be out of pocket to fix a faulty product that is under warranty. With quotes to have the van shipped back anywhere from 5k to 10k. We asked that as our consumer rights state that were are able to have repairs done here in Darwin and cost forwarded to ezytrail this too was knocked back by head office, this would save us $5000 minimum. Every option we legally have available to us has been denied by head office. When we asked the Caboolture store who will be completing the repairs we were advised that they out source the repairs to another company. When we asked the Caboolture store manager what is the difference to you out sourcing or us having the repairs completed here, he told us there is no difference it is just what head office want. We then asked had the initial problem been repaired when we initially made ezytrail aware 12 months ago this would have been an easy fix of less than $1000 the manager agreed. He advised would have just had the window removed and resealed. We feel that they got $53000 from us and now they don't want to know us. Why should we be forced to be out of pocket more money to repair a van that was delivered to us was a faulty product. Once delivery is taken there is little to no after sales service as none ever calls back and when you do speak to someone they are not helpful. When you call someone their response is always "we were just about to call you" This has just been a drama from the start. We have used the van only a handful of times, the toilet and shower has never been used. This whole experience has been really upsetting and wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. It leaves us little trust in the whole caravan industry as we have heard of similar issues from people with other brands. This industry needs a shake up to protect the consumer more because this should never be allowed to happen. Just please be aware that if something happens other than where you purchased the van from this company will make you pay out of your pocket to send back for repairs.

issues do arise Clem will do his best to sort it out for me. These guys are just what you want in sales people - no BS, nothing too much trouble, no high pressure selling. Highly recommend.
Excellent service – We have been dealing with Mitch and Clem since purchasing our van in January. These guys have been awesome. They address any concerns in a timely manner and have gone above and beyond to meet our needs. Mitch’s communication is fantastic, if he says he’ll follow up on something, he does and gets back to you. I’d highly recommend these guys and the van is awesome too.
Amazing Camper trailer together with Professional Customer Service – We've just bought a Parkes 15 MK2 TWIN. We were looked after from the first phone call we've made to Mitch until the day we picked up the caravan. Mitch gave us a good 2 hours on the pick up day to show us as much details as possible before getting back home. The quality and attention to details together with the price is very very good. we got back from Townsville. We've set up the caravan in our back yard and we are inviting friends over like if we were in a caravan park, to get the feel for it.
Everyone loves it. Can wait to take it for the real adventure. Thanks so much for Mitch and Clem.

Customer Service – We purchased a new Stirling Z MK2 in February 2020 from Clem at the Townsville branch. Clem was helpful and easy to deal with while we were assessing our options from the range on display and finally making our purchase. There was no over the top sales pressure at any time. When we got the camper home to Cairns I noticed that the jockey wheel had… Read more
a collapsed bearing. I notified Clem who replaced it without any hesitation. We are yet to travel and the camper has only been towed from Townsville to Cairns and set up at home at the time of writing, so far no problems.

Lack of comms to start but got better with new managment – Purchased my Parkes 13 after the outdoor show in Townsville early 2019, and was not happy with the previous Townsville's manager as there was bad communications relating to deliveries and product. since August 2019 and have done over 2000km of mix road nothing too heavy in regards to serious off roading. Only upgrade I have made is to the vans suspension which Clem did in no time at all, and it has improved the towing ability greatly.
It has also gone through its first official service and everything is good.
Go elsewhere – A dual fold camper has been good for us as a family with 2 kids but if I had my time again I would buy a different brand. Warranty claims and disgusting customer service has me regretting our purchase often. With little difference between brands, I would spend my money where they appreciate your business, and that has not been my experience with Ezytrail. Show details
Parkes 13 – Have had our Parkes 13 for a few months now and have had no problems at all. Easy to setup and everything works as it should. We found Tamara and the crew easy to deal with and our van arrived a week earlier than scheduled. Show details

Can't wait to take off – After years of roof top tent touring around Oz, we investigated off road camper trailer options and decided to check out the Ezytrail range of campers (initially the Albany GT) and found the Stirling GT Mk2 to be the set we were looking for. only very helpful, but also very knowledgeable about the Ezytrail products and accessories.
We took delivery of our Stirling GT Mk2 last Thursday (21 June 2018) and are planning to take off on another (6 to 7 months) adventure around outback Australia later this year after installing a Redarc BMS 30 and few other mod cons.
Tamara and Dirk (who did the delivery handover) were great to deal with and Tamara gave us a number of very helpful and practical tips for using the camper …. yes, definitely a 5 star experience
Our adventures – Before purchasing our Parkes13 we had been looking for awhile for a camper/van and we couldn't compromise and agree together. Then we called into ezytrail at slacks creek and both Crystal and Theo were quite helpful. We then went to the Brisbane show 3 weeks later and were impressed that we were remembered by names which goes a long way. We spoke… Read more
to the boss from Victoria and were informed about the future upgrades. With all this happy wife happy life and our compromise was made . Even after purchase we have been impressed by the service and updates during the build period and had a guided tour of the new location. Handover with Theo was very relaxed and we were assured that anytime he's only a phone call or email away.
Lincoln LX - LOVE IT!! – We purchased our Lincoln LX Mk 2 from EZYTRAIL BRISBANE and love our new camper. We have had amazing after sales service following the purchase and found Theo and his staff to be really helpful with any questions that we had. We've taken the camper on its first big trip and couldn't be happier. So happy that we chose Ezytrail!!
Albany Z - Couldnt be happier!! – We purchased our first camper from the Brisbane branch. The albany z rear fold and we couldnt be happier. From the moment we started the process to collecting it last weekend everything weny smoothly. Upon setting it up we did notice one of the pins in the stabiliser leg was bent and our gas connection line was not with the camper. I contact Theo straight away and he arranged for these items to be sent directly to us.
Disappointment – From the moment I we purchased this trailer on eBay we got the run around from this company. I was told I drive to Brisbane to pick it up 2hrs drive from where I live, only to be told my trailer was not on the delivery. Come back next week! When I managed to finally take delivery the ark power pack was missing and only partially wired for… Read more

Following the set up instructions to season the tent. It was missing one of the first support posts for the bed sections - vital part for assembly. I had to modify another part.
After concluding the tent would not sit straight no matter how I tried to stretch and pin the base, then extend poles and fit spreader bars.
Applying the spray on waterproof seemed relatively easy however when it rained the following day it leaked like a sieve. Understanding that this is path of the course to seasoning I continued to hose dry and waterproof several times over the following week. Assuming this was now ready to go we took it for its first run, and it rained. And it leaked terribly.
As the tent did not sit properly water pooled on the roof. Water also came in the the power lead zipper (which is not covered), the main ground compartment was flooded. Amazingly the bed section remained relatively dry.
The tool box leaked throught the lid mount handle. Destroying some of my tools. One of the stabilizing legs would not wind back up. Then I noticed the rust. Less then month old.
When getting it home again I had no choice but to set it up and dry/ season the tent all over again for the next week, much to the discuss of my neighbours.
After complaining and sending photos to management I was promised they would send a can of cold gal spray, a new stabilizing leg, a new seal for the tool box and a replacement pole for the one I modified. I am still waiting over 6 months on.
Recently we took the trailer out for a weekend, finally getting over the impending disappointment of my $7500 holiday investment, only to find the tent riddled with MOULD! The foam matress destroyed. Absolutely devastated!! The so called water and dust proof vinyle cover had absorbed water into the test and fested.
When complaining again to the Ezytrail staff I was told the 3 month warranty had expired. Nothing they could do.....
The product is Rubbish and their after sale service matches!!!! Steer well away!!!!!
Would not set up easily or straight. Rusted, stabilizer leg faulty, water proof cover leaked, mould, terrible warranty service!
